Purpose and Description
The study for Barangay Residents Record Management and Certificate Issuance
System is develop to enhance the way of managing, issuing certificate and keeping all
the residents confidential records.
Specific Objective
To create a module that will automate resident records and incident record of
the residents
To create a module that can print certificates/permits and other related records
To create a module that will cater the services of the said barangay
The system prepares and prints Barangay permits and certificates like
Community Tax Certificate, Barangay Clearance, and etc. It helps the client to give fast
response to the user by using this system because this system have a readymade
permits/certificates that the user needed.
The system gives an information about the services of the barangay like for
example of medical consultation by the use of this system the users can get and see
the schedule and the time. Different services of barangay can be view by the user with
this system they can also see some jobs opportunity that the barangay offer and also
The system is exclusively for the Barangay of Ticol. It only gives information of
barangay official and their finances for every program they have is not included in the
system.
Project Client
The project client of this study is the Barangay Secretary of Barangay Ticol
Sorsogon City. The Barangay Secretary is the one who is responsible to use the system.
And also the Secretary is the one that will give reliable data for the researcher so that
the system will be complete.
