    Project Title: TagaLeAnS

    Background of the Project


    In response to the most recurring parent concerns with regards to difficulties in
    comprehending module instructions in “English” the teachers of Pisipis National High
    School translated said English instructions to Filipino (Tagalog). The project covers
    quarter one (Q1) and quarter two (Q2) for this school year wherein the implementers will
    collect data on its effects on student performance and parent evaluation.

    Objectives
    Project TagaLeAnS aims to achieve the following objectives
    a. Promote ease in understanding instructions so that parents can better guide
    their children in answering their SLMs.
    b. Address poor academic performance of marginalized students.
    c. Transform students into productive individuals.

    Target Students
    This project plans to cater students from all grade levels of Pisipis National High
    School.

    Methodology
    In this part, the methods and procedures of project TagaLeAnS will be presented
    using the IPO model.

    PROCESS

    - Printing
    - Distribution
    - Retrieval
    - Evaluation

    OUTPUT
    - Higher Academic Performance by Students and Parent Satisfaction

    This project is also considered as the Continuous Improvement Plan of the school,
    where as if no improvement of such have not taken to the health status of target learners,
    the involved teachers are open for changes of strategies for the betterment of the student’s
    learning.
