 Scope of work for installation and fixing

1. Installation of 12 FCU’s (indoor units) Mitsubishi Electric as per the selection.

2. Installation of 12 outdoor units Mitsubishi Electric as per the selection.
3. Fabricate and installation of PHENOLIC duct (PALDUCT)with all required accessories as per the design
and specification.
4. Supply and installation of Grills and diffusers (Air Master) as per the design.
5. Supply of copper pipe (Maksal South Africa) as required as per the design.
6. 3/4 Inch rubber insulation to cover the indoor and outdoor copper pipe.
7. provide canvas and foster to protect all the refrigerant pipes on the roof only.
8. Supply and installation of 1 inch PVC pipe for the A\C units drain system (drain point should be close
to the A\C unit)
9. Supply and installation of 3 core (6mm) cable for the outdoor units and single core (2.5mm) for the
indoor units.
10. Supply and installation of power isolators for the outdoor units.
11. Supply and installation of 10mm rubber pads for the outdoor units.

Exclusion:

1. Any civil work.

2. Any carpentry works.
3. Power supply will be provided by the main contractor.
4. Any additional work will be excluded from our offer.

Pricing for installation and fixing : 75,000 dhs

total Pricing for supply and installation : 160,000 dhs

Cancellation: Once order has been confirmed and units are being manufactured,cancellation charges not less than 15%
will apply on the total value.
Warehouse Charges: Free storage for up to 15 days will be provided to the customer from the date of notification of material
availability. Thereafter, a weekly storage charge of 1% of order value per week will be applied until
shipment
Warranty: Standard Mitsubishi Electric Warranty. 1 year from the date of invoice for full system.5 years from the date
of invoice for factory installed compressors against any manufacturing defect, providing that all payment
being cleared.
Taxes: VAT is applicable as per local government directives.

Payment Terms: By Cheques in advance for each stage

Delivery: 1 Months from confirmed order

Validity : 7 Days only from the date of quotation
