Technical parameters:
Resolutions: 1/1000
Outside Load: 100-350Ω

Connection:
1. Inside connection: 4-20mA, load input port connect with “I” of J602, Ground
port connect with “ GND” of J602
2. Outside connection: 4-20mA, load input port connect with pin “1” of DB9,
Ground port connect with pin “6” of DB9

Calibration:

1. Press” Print” and “ Total”. Go to C32, shows[out-4], the output current should
be 4mA.
2. Press [↑]shows[out-5] Pres[↓]shows[out-20], the output current should be 20mA.

3. Adjust the current, for example, adjust to [out-20], Press [←](“Zero”

key)or[→](Net/gross key)to adjust the current

4~20mA corresponds to Zero ~Max. capacity. After pressing” TARE”, the weight
will start from 4mA.

4
SET C31=0, 0~20mA output mode.; C31=1 4~20mA output mode.

If you need 0~5V output, Set C31=0, Then test the current output., you will get 5
volts.

2.4 Relay output signal function

The indicator can output 4 signals, when connect with outside

equipment the indicator can perform automatic control function and
upper limit and lower limit alarm functions. It perform 4 kinds of
function by setting C33.

For example:

Check weigher application - Indicator has yellow, green, red LED’s.

Yellow LED on when under , if ok the green LED is on. If overload red
LED is on. You can connect with the buzzer. The alarm would activate
when overloaded .

C33=2 Feeding control application

For hopper scales. The target is between 50~500kg, the I/O card can
perform opening and closing of the feeding valve.

Parameter setting C13=500kg C14=50kg

C13=500kg upper limit , close feeding valve

C14=50kg lower limit, open feeding valve.

Connection: 1.

Connect direct to control machine, connect OUT 4, suggested that

you connect a manual switch as the emergency stop switch.

Connection: 2.

2. Indicator output signal will influence the ON/OFF switch to control

machine, OUT 2 ON, OUT 1 OFF, OUT 3 connect buzzer, to
activate alarm to remind when to start and stop.

Note: when the weight is over 500kg, OUT 1 OUT3 instant

connection and switches off, OUT 4 switches off; when weight is
under 50kg, OUT 2 OUT3 instant connection and switches off,
OUT 4 constant connection.

the accumulation result

Press for 2 seconds to power on or power off

Power on/off

3.2 Power on & off

Press for 2 seconds to power on or power off, after power on the

indicator will show ”000000-999999”. After count down it will go into
weighing mode. Pls. check whether all 6 digits of the LED display is
operational

9
3.3 Zero operation

1. Initial zero setting

When powering on the indicator, if the weight on the scale is within
the initial zero tolerance, indicator will show zero automatically.
2. Manual Zero setting
When the scales is stable, and not a negative display, you can zero
the weight within tolerance by pressing the (ZERO) keys.

3.4 Tare operation

Press “TARE” key, the gross weight is tared, indicator show the Net
weight, the “Net” “tare” status light is activated. In tare mode, Press”
TARE” key, to clear the tare weight, the indicator will show the gross
weight.

3.5 Accumulation operation

In Zero mode, load weight till stable light activates, Press (TOTAL) to
go to accumulation mode, ”TOTAL” light is activated, display shows ”
n 001”, and then displays loaded weight; unload the weight , scale
returns back to zero, load the second weight again till stable.
Press (TOTAL) display shows ”n002” then displays the second loaded
weight. Repeat it again and again, up to a maximum 999 times.

Check the accumulation

Press(PRINT) and hold it and then press (TOTAL) , display shows
”n**”, (** = number of accumulations) then shows total weight. There
are 8 digits in total. It shows the first 4 digits then the last 4 digits. For
example, the first 4 digits is”0012”, the last 4 digits is”34,56” It means
the actual weight is “1234.56”

EXIT the accumulation function

When the indicator show the last 4 digits, Press (TOTAL) and hold it,
the indicator show “ clr n”, Press “PRINT” key to exit; if you want to
clear total weight, Press “ZERO” or “TARE” key, “clrn” will change to
“clry” it means clear total weight YES ,then Press “PRINT” to clear the
total weight and exit accumulation mode.

10
3.6 Print

If display is stable, and connected to a printer, press” PRINT” to

print the weight.
Note: In tare mode, it will print and also show a tare. Negative
weight will not print. Set C30 for time format.

3.7 Hold

There are two different hold functions.

Peak hold function and weight hold function. The setting is different.
option 0=No hold function
1=Peak hold /2=Weight hold
3=Auto hold/4=Animal hold
Instruction:
Peak-hold: it shows the max. weight, mainly used for materials
testing, such as tension and pulling force.

Weight hold: it shows current weight value.

Auto-hold: When the weight is stable enough on the scale, the

indicator will automatically “ Hold” for 6 seconds.

Animal-hold: Press” Hold” key, the indicator will show” LOC” for 3
seconds, the “ hold” light is activated, During the 3 seconds, the
indicator will read the average weight and show it.

Press” HOLD” key again to exit it

3.8 Count

1. In weighing mode, load the weights on the platform scale, Press”

Count” the indicator will show” PCS 0” press” Zero” key to input the
quantity, press” Print” to confirm it
2 . Load the goods on the platform scales, the indicator will show
the quantity.
3. Press” Count” to return to weighing mode.
4. If you want to weigh different goods, in weighing mode, put the
sample on the platform scales, press” Count” the indicator will
show”0”
Press “Print” hold it and then press “Count” the indicator will
show” PCS 0”, press “Zero” and input the sample quantity, press “
Print” to confirm it. Then repeat step 2 and 3.
