1. Determine the level of Public Service Motivation of the respondents in terms of:
• Attraction to Public Service
• Commitment to Public Values
• Compassion
• Self-Sacrifice
2. Determine the level of Job Satisfaction of the respondents.
3. Determine the significant relationship between Public Service Motivation and Job
Satisfaction of the respondents.
4. Determine what dimension of PSM that predicts the Job Satisfaction of the
respondents
SCOPE & LIMITATION Scope and Limitation of the Study

This study will be conducted at Southern Phillipines Agri-business Marine and


Aquatic School of Technology Malita, Davao Occidental. This will be limited to job
orders working in SPAMAST as the respondents in order to determine their level of
public service motivation and job satisfaction that might affect their performance.
SIGNIFICANCE Significance of the Study
