Agree to sign this labour contract amd commit to implement the following provisions:
Article 1: TERM AND WORK CONTRACT

- Job description: Monitor configuration and change of requirement in IT project; Create test
case, test plan; Execute test and follow bug tracking; Make guideline and support using Japanese
technical document.
Article 2: WORK REGIME
- Time of work: hours /week; From am to am and From pm to pm
- To be rested from 2 days for a week: Saturday and Sunday
- To be distributed equipment (PC/laptop, devices..) for working.
Article 3: OBLIGATIONS, RIGHT AND BENEFITS OF THE EMPLOYEE:
1.Rights and benefits:
-Means of transport for working: Self- supporting
-Basic salary or wages: (gross sarlary)
-Allowances: According to company’s policies
-Bonuses: According to company’s policies
-Regime for raising salary: According to company’s policies
-Form of payment salary: Transfer of money/Cash
-To be paid monthly on: 30

-Time of rest: 12days/year (weekly leave, annual leave, and public holidays)
-Social insurance and health insurance: shall be applied regulations of labour legislation
-Regime for training: According to company’s policies
1.Obligations:
-Fulfill the works regarding terms and conditions in labour contract
-Comply with production and business orders, working discipline and occupation safety
regulations
-Take responsibilities for compensation for violating labour discipline and material
liability.
Article 4: OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHT OF THE EMPLOYER
1.Obligations:
-Guarantee the employment and fully committed regulations in labour contract
-Pay all of remunerations and other fringe benefits in accordance with labour contract and
labour agreements (if any) on time.
1.Rights
-Manage the employee to fulfill the works in accordance with labour contract (assign,
appoint, postpone….)
-In case the labour contract have to postpone / terminate, or need to penalty the employee
following law, collective labour agreement (if any) and internal labour regulation of
enterprises.
Article 5: IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS
-Any problems do not defined in this labour contract then these shall be applied with
provisions of collective labour agreement. In case of not having labour agreement, these
shall be applied regulations of labour legislation.
-Labour contract is made in 2 copies those have validity equally, each party keeps one
copy and comes into force on . When both parties sign appendix of
labour contract, the content of appendix shall be valued as the contents of this labour
contract.

  • 2. -Allowances: According to company’s policies -Bonuses: According to company’s policies -Regime for raising salary: According to company’s policies -Form of payment salary: Transfer of money/Cash -To be paid monthly on: 30 th of each month -Time of rest: 12days/year (weekly leave, annual leave, and public holidays) -Social insurance and health insurance: shall be applied regulations of labour legislation -Regime for training: According to company’s policies 1.Obligations: -Fulfill the works regarding terms and conditions in labour contract -Comply with production and business orders, working discipline and occupation safety regulations -Take responsibilities for compensation for violating labour discipline and material liability. Article 4: OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHT OF THE EMPLOYER 1.Obligations: -Guarantee the employment and fully committed regulations in labour contract -Pay all of remunerations and other fringe benefits in accordance with labour contract and labour agreements (if any) on time. 1.Rights -Manage the employee to fulfill the works in accordance with labour contract (assign, appoint, postpone….) -In case the labour contract have to postpone / terminate, or need to penalty the employee following law, collective labour agreement (if any) and internal labour regulation of enterprises. Article 5: IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS -Any problems do not defined in this labour contract then these shall be applied with provisions of collective labour agreement. In case of not having labour agreement, these shall be applied regulations of labour legislation. -Labour contract is made in 2 copies those have validity equally, each party keeps one copy and comes into force on . When both parties sign appendix of labour contract, the content of appendix shall be valued as the contents of this labour contract. This labour contract is made at : on .
