Ֆինանսական շուկայում օգտագործվող ֆինանսական գործիքները և այդպիսի շուկաներում ներդրողների իրավիճակային անորոշությունները գնալով ավելի են բարդանում, ինչն էլ բերում է ավելի բարդ ֆինանսական գործիքների կիրառությանը, որոնք բավականին դժվար են վերլուծելու համար: Ներդրումային ռիսկի մակարդակը աճում է միաժամանակ, այնպես, որ բոլոր նրանք ովքեր գործում են ֆինանսական շուկայում հանկարծակիորեն պետք է արձագանքեն շուկայի փոփոխություններին և փոփոխեն իրենց ներդրումային ռազմավարությունը ժամանակին: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ներդրողները փնտրում են նոր տեսակի գործիքներ, որոնք ավելի շատ կհամապատասխանեն նման իրավիճակներին և կապահովեն ներդրումից շահույթ: Այս նոր տիպի օպցիոններն են էկզոտիկ օպցիոնները: Վերջին տասնամյակներում էկզոտիկ օպցիոնների շուկան գնալով զարգանում է զարգացած ֆինանսական շուկաներում

Among the most urgent problems are the level and the quality of life. One of the reasons is the financial economic crisis of 2008-2010, which brought a deep decline in the population’s level and quality of life. Moreover, currently, one of the main problems is the energy consumption costs. Our well-being depends on the correct social policy, which, in turn, depends on whether the information is sufficient, and whether it fully shows the problems in today's society. The direction and pace of further reform in the country and therefore ultimately political and, consequently, economic and social stability depend on solving the life’s level and quality problems. In this research we focus on the idea of quality of life, its relationship with GDP per capita and assessment based on energy consumption costs. The research is aimed at understand how energy saving and effective usage can decrease the costs and control overall use of latter, which in turn will have a positive effect in People’s quality of life.

Living in the 21st century everyone is a witness to a global capitalism. But after the global financial crisis the situation in many European countries has worsened. Some of those countries even cannot solve financial problems and hence face many socioeconomic problems. In this situation citizens suffer the most. Unemployment rates have skyrocketed and paid work is no longer a right for everyone. This research paper we focuses on a new idea, Basic Income, which is an income unconditionally granted to all on an individual basis, without means test or work requirement.1 The research is aimed at understand whetherBasic Incomecan be a new tool to further socioeconomic rights and whether it constitutes an emerging right, considering that guarantees of some fundamental rights and hence is a right in itself. The research also examines the current situation in Armenia and how Basic Income could address infringements on socioeconomic rights in Armenia today.
