Estudio de la prosa critica de Guillen mediante el analisis y la comparacion de los ensayos de Lenguaje y poesia dedicados a la poesia mistica de san Juan de la Cruz y a la poesia visionaria de G.A. Becquer. La oscuridad y dificultades de estos poetas cuestionan la vision guilleniana de la literatura como arte consciente de lenguaje. La interpretacion del simbolismo exige poner en juego estrategias heterogeneas, que articulan un acercamiento filologico con los metodos de las «nuevas criticas», emanados de la hermeneutica del Romanticismo, a proposito de problemas como la alternancia de sentidos literal y espiritual, el poema como transposicion imaginativa de la norma o la oscilacion entre texto e intencion. La respuesta de Guillen al problema de la ininteligibilidad conduce a una reflexion sobre la determinacion de lo que constituye el texto y de las fronteras entre creacion y critica.

Planteamiento general de los problemas de caracterizacion de lo «popular» en lectura como «comun», a traves de un rastreo de fuentes historicas (programas educactivos, bibliotecas, programas de alfabetizacion, produccion editorial) y textuales (a falta de otro tipo de documentos, textos literarios). Se destacan tres relevantes campos de trabajo: instruccion, lectura extensiva e ideologia. Las practicas de lectura documentadas revelan tension entre la norma y el «gusto» o «placer» literarios, diversamente resuelta.

Baudelaire y Mallarmé inciden radicalmente en la poesía de Rosa Chacel, atenta lectora y traductora de literatura francesa tanto clásica como moderna. Ambos escritores refuerzan en ella la preferencia por las formas tradicionales, especialmente el soneto, su molde de composición predilecto. Si de la obra de Baudelaire recoge ante todo estímulos temáticos abiertos, con especial atención a cuestiones a la vez trascendentes y apegadas a la vida ordinaria, la huella de Mallarmé resulta igualmente determinante, aunque más discreta y casi furtiva. Se hace presente, más allá de deudas puntuales con pasajes, imágenes o temas, en un uso lúdico de la poesía al contacto con lo circunstancial de la vida, en el que el hermetismo que caracteriza al maestro de los simbolistas desempeña decisivas funciones.

El párpado y, en general, la región periorbitaria son sitios anatómicos asociados a un gran riesgo de recurrencia y metástasis. Las recomendaciones sugieren practicar cirugía micrográfica de Mohs y escisión de segmentos por congelamiento.Objetivo. Describir los antecedentes y el contexto actual del tratamiento quirúrgico y la reconstrucción para cáncer periorbital.Métodos. Se hizo una búsqueda en la literatura científica, utilizando las palabras clave (MeSH): neoplasms, carcinoma, squamous cell, basosquamous, melanoma, Mohs surgery, y operadores booleanos. Objetivo: exponer los resultados del registro de nutrición enteral domiciliaria (NED) del año 2014 y 2015 del Grupo NADYA-SENPE.Métodos: se recopilaron los pacientes introducidos en el registro desde el 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2014 y la mismas fechas de 2015, y se procedió al análisis descriptivo y analítico de los datos.Resultados: en el año 2014, se registraron 3.749 pacientes y en 2015, 4.202; la prevalencia fue de 80,58 pacientes/millón de habitantes en el año 2014 y de 90,51 en 2015. Por sexos, hubo un 49,9% de mujeres en 2014 y un 50,3% en 2015. La edad media fue de 73 años (IIQ 59-83) en ambos años. Finalizaron 684 episodios de NED en 2014 y 631 en 2015, la causa principal fue el fallecimiento en el 54,9% y 50,4% de los casos, respectivamente. Los portadores de sonda nasogástrica presentan una edad media superior a los pacientes con cualquier otra vía (p < 0,001). home artificial nutrition (HAN) is a growing therapy, but the absence of obligatory registries complicates the calculation of its real economic burden. The aim of this study was to assess the state and economic impact of HAN in our health area. an observational, prospective study was designed to calculate the cost of nutritional formulas and materials in patients who initiated HAN in the nutrition unit during a year. we included 573 new patients with HAN during the study period, 60% of whom were treated with oral supplements. The median daily cost of oral HAN was 3.65 (IQR 18.63) euros compared to a cost of 8.86 (IQR 20.02) euros for enteral-access HAN. The daily expenditure per 1 000 kcal of diet was higher for patients on oral HAN than for patients with tubes (5.13 vs. 4.52 euros, p < 0.001). A correct treatment of obesity needs a program of habits modification regardless of the selected technique, especially if it is minimally invasive as the intragastric balloon (BIG). The adherence of the obese patients with regard to recommended drugs measures to medium- and long-term is less than 50%. Given that the results obtained using the technique of gastric balloon must be seen influenced by adherence to the modification of habits program and its fulfillment, we reviewed series published in attention to the program proposed with the BIG. The series published to date provide few details about the used Therapeutic Programs as well as the adherence of patients to them, and even less concerning the Monitoring Plan and the loyalty of the patient can be seen. We conclude the convenience to agree on a follow-up strategy, at least the 6 months during which the BIG remain in the stomach.

We requested the participation of the active members of the NADYA group within the last 5 years with the premise of structuring the SWOT-R based on the characteristics of the NADYA registry from its beginning. 18 experts from hospitals all over Spain have participated. The internal analysis seems to be positive, presenting the registry as having important resources. The external analysis did not show a great number of threats, there are very potent factors, "the voluntariness" of the registry and the "dependence on external financing". The aim was to adapt the informed consent used for bariatric surgery to a method that has especial characteristics. We used the informed consent proposed by ASAC for bariatric surgery and 8 statements related to IGB included in the WESTLAW ES database. The review of the statements defines the IGB treatment as a curative-intended and non-satisfactive therapy with an obligation of the means used, but not the outcomes, by the treating physician. Moreover, the obligations of providing a correct and complete information -which includes the dietary regime- should be observed, as well as the possible therapeutic alternatives and finally, the proceeding used should be in written. a) To provide a clinicopathological profile of Hürthle cell neoplasms (HCT) in our experience. b) To evaluate if there are any differences in the clinical or morphological features between three HCT categories: benign, malignant and indeterminate. c) To examine the role of the clinical and morphological features in predicting the behavior of these neoplasms. We reviewed the clinical reports of all patients with a histological diagnosis of HCT at our Hospital between 1981 and 1996. The final study group consisted of 25 cases. The neoplasms were divided into three categories on the basis of presence and degree of capsular and vascular invasion, marked nuclear atypia, tumour necrosis and pattern of growth. A series of clinical parameters were evaluated. Of the 25 tumors, 52% were morphologically classified as benign, 8% as indeterminate and 40% as malignant. Bone marrow transplant (BMT) implies the treatment with substances which may compromise the nutritional condition, thus increasing the morbido-mortality of these patients. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the nutritional support (NS) protocol for patients subjected to a BMT in our center. 55 patients were included (24 men and 31 women), who were subjected to BMT during 1994, with prior chemotherapy depending on the underlying disease. The nutritional condition (NC) was evaluated upon initiation and at the end of the NS, using anthropometric, biochemical, and immunological parameters.
