    The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of athlete endorsement, price perception, and product quality on local basketball shoe purchasing decisions, and the influence of sport involvement moderating athlete endorsement, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions of local AZA brand basketball shoes.     This study aimed to confirm the Resource-Based View (RBV) under a dynamic perspective. Thus, the model developed was to test adaptive capability as a mediating variable between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation. The study was conducted on the Batik Industry in Central Java, Indonesia, which involved 198 respondents with a 51% response rate. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation had a significant positive effect on adaptive capability and innovation. In addition, entrepreneurial orientation had a significant effect on innovation. The results of the analysis of the mediating variable indicated that entrepreneurial orientation had a significant effect on innovation through adaptive capability. This finding was in line with the RBV stating that the ability to recognize or create opportunities would create adaptive behavior and encourage innovation.     This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, switching cost, and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in the mobile phone brand Nokia students FISIP UNDIP force 2010 to 2012. The sample amounted to 81 respondents with a sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the test results indicate that the simultaneous F variable brand trust, switching cost, and customer satisfaction has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at 50.6% which means that customer loyalty can be explained by brand trust, switching cost, and customer satisfaction of 50.6 %, and the remaining 49.4% can be explained by other variables. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by using tools such as cross-table analysis, test validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the t test and F test. Results of statistical analysis known simple linear regression equation between motivation and performance of employees is Y = 13.710 + 0.274 X1, then the discipline of working with employee performance equation is Y = 12.280 + 0.563 X2. While the training with employee performance is Y = 17.258 + 0.438 X3. Together - equal influence motivation, work discipline and training on employee performance can be determined by using linear analysis. The result of the calculation is Y = 9.651 + 0.171 X1 + 0.190 X2 + 0.172 X3. This Research aim to know the motivation influence, environmental work, and compensation to employees performance of through spirit job. Sampel in this research is determined with the census approach many as 80 people. Its measurement scale use the scale likert. At data analysis use the simple linear regression test and test the doubled regresi. Research result show the motivate to have an effect on to employee morale of equal to 5,7 gratuity. Environmental work to have an effect on to employee morale of equal to 18,5 gratuity. Compensation have an effect on to employee moraleof equal to 10,4 gratuity.Motivate to have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 5,0 gratuity. Environmental work to have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 12,7 gratuity.Compensation have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 12,2 gratuity. Spirit of job have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 10,9 gratuity. Motivation, environmental work, and compensation to employee moraleof equal to 21,2. Motivation, environmental work the, compensation and employee morale to employees performance of equal to 20,3 gratuity. This research conclude that motivation, environmental work, and compensation have an effect on to employees performance. Companies need to approach the family, consider resting facilities, bathrooms, employee salaries and bonuses.

    Human resources is one of factors has an important role in improving employee performance. The population of this study were 86 employees as respondent. From the results of data analysis conclude that Internal Communication has significant effect on Job Satisfaction with 45,8%, Working Environment influence Job Satisfaction with 36,7%, Internal Communication influences Job working performances with 18.5%. Working environment influences workers performances with 10.1%. Job satisfactions influence Workers performance with 11.6%. Together with Internal communication and Working Environment influence workers performance as 19.3%. and together with Internal communication, worker environment and job satisfaction to worker performances as 18.4%. it shows that as the internal communication, worker environment and job satisfaction are going well, the worker performance will going well alsoAccording to this research in the management of Bank Tabungan Negara Company, we have to pay more attention to the internal communication in that company.     This study aimed to determine the effect of job training and motivation on employee performance Grasia Hotel Semarang . Population of this study is Grasia Semarang Hotel employees totaling 80 people , with the saturated sample or census of all employees are using the hotel as a respondent . Measurement scale using a Likert scale . In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0 . From the analysis of the data found that the categories of job training that is equal to 51.2 percent declared fit. categories of motivation that is equal to 67.5 per cent said either. Employee Performance category that is equal to 67.5 per cent said either. Effect of job training on the performance of 10.1 percent and motivation affect the performance by 5.0 percent. These results are caused by several factors, including the suitability of this type of training, the salary given by the company, employee absenteeism, as well as the timing of the work. The conclusion that job training has the most effect on the performance of employees is 10.1 percent compared to the motivation that only 5 percent. Taken together job training and motivation has an influence on the performance of employees by 13.3 percent. Advice that can be given, HR management Grasia Hotel Semarang need to pay attention to all matters relating to vocational training, either instructor, materials and schedules, in order to apply the training to be better targeted and become more leverage. Companies need to improve employee motivation it can be done with greater incentives and increased comfort facilities such as toilets and canteen are intended for employees.

    This study aimed  to determine the effect of variable o rganizational c ulture, o rganizational c ommunication and m otivation on employees p erformance at PT. PLN (Persero) Semarang area. The population of this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Semarang area  96 people total by spreading using c ensus or s ampling m ethod s aturated. Measurement scale using Likert scale. In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0. From the analysis of the data is known that organizational culture variables affect employee performance at 31.3 percent. Organizational communication variables affect the performance of employees at 23.5 percent. Motivational variables affect the performance of employees at 45.2 percent. Taken together organizational culture, organizational communication and motivation affects the performance of employees at 52.6 percent. This means better or higher organizational culture, organizational communication, and motivation of employees it is expected that the better performance and higher as well . Based on these research  result, the management of PT. PLN (Persero) Semarang area needs to consider the conditions of the organizational culture that have been implemented of the company. Organizational communication level also should be maintained properly so that employees can be more effective at work. Companies also need  to increase the motivation of its employees.     Excerpted from The World Factbook of data released by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 2013, Indonesia is the fifth largest force among the countries with calculations 118.1 million people in 2012. According to data from ILO (International Labour Organization) to Indonesia in 2013, as many as 52% of the Indonesian labor is dominated by women. Economic factors are the main reasons women choose to be workers. This condition then made the woman labors want the welfare given by the company to be maximum and fulfilled. The factors that support the well-being of labors among others is the role of unions labor and compensation. Through the union labor they sent their aspirations so the role of union labor is very important to specify the welfare of women labors. In addition, compensation is also important for the labors as individuals because of the amount of compensation reflects the size of their work among the workers themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of union labor’s role and compensation for the welfare of women workers PT. Hanil Indonesia. This research type is explanatory research. The population in this study were female workers of PT. Hanil Indonesia and the number of samples taken were 95 respondents. The sampling technique used is theSlovin formula. The analytical method used is the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test and F test with SPSS version 16. Research results through coefficient determination analysis shows that the role of union labor and compensation has a positive and significant effect on the woman labors welfare partially (with results respectively 30.5% and 43.9%) and simultaneously 54.4% for the woman labors welfare. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the role of union labors in PT. Hanil Indonesia is good, besides the compensation is important in supporting their welfare. The advice given in this study is the union labors should be more responsive and quick in responding to complaints of labors as well as the company further improve the welfare of women laborsthrough the compensation.
