This article discusses the quality indicators of pasta products obtained by partially replacing wheat grits of the highest grade with millet ground 3.8% (of the total mass of the dough, taking into account water). The addition of millet is due to the fact that the raw materials are saturated with various vitamins. As part of the study, organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters (28% humidity) after the procedure of «pressing raw materials» were considered and the indicator of shape preservation after the «cooking» process was determined. The results obtained in terms of quality indicators meet the requirements established in the standardization documents, at the same time, the nutritional properties of the product are improved, the energy value is 337.8 kcal (proteins 10.5 g, fats 1.1 g, carbohydrates 71.4 g per 100 g of pasta), the replacement of wheat flour of the highest grade with more economic raw materials is carried out. Quality indicators are determined in accordance with TR CU 021/2011 «On food safety», TR CU 022/2011 «Food products in terms of their labeling», TR CU 029/2012 «Safety requirements for food additives, flavorings and technological aids», regulatory and technical documents GOST 31743-2017 «Pasta. General technical conditions», GOST 31964-2012 «Pasta. Acceptance rules and methods for determining quality», GOST 572-2016 «Millet millet. Technical conditions». The enrichment of pasta with millet improves the biological, nutritional properties of the product. At the same time, the use of millet as a raw material reduces the cooking time of pasta, the form after cooking will meet the established requirements.

Any structures of metal, which are used in construction work, must be qualitatively protected from the external environment, more precisely, from the development of corrosion. Under the influence of the environment as a result of corrosive processes, the metal loses its properties. The presence of corrosion reduces the service life of any equipment in production, it worsens the quality of products. To solve the problems of increasing service life and providing chemical protection of metal, which is made of equipment, constructions, and structures, use highly effective anti-corrosion coatings based on epoxy resins. These materials are chemically resistant and provide a barrier that limits the access of corrosive media to the coated surface. Epoxy resins are stable to the action of halogens, acids, and alkalis, and have high adhesion to metals. However, having a complex of positive properties, epoxy resins have significant disadvantages - high combustibility, stiffness, and relatively...

The impact of repurposing drugs that now in vitro inhibit significant chronic respiratory illness corona virus type 2 was indeed underestimated or ignored during the early phases of the COVID-19 virus. Recent clinical data, however, suggest that remdesivir and favipiravir may hasten to heal, but lopinavir/ritonavir had minimal impact on very ill patients. The interferon appears to be the primary impact of triple therapy with ribavirin, lopinavir and interferon-1b. The role of hydroxychloroquine, marketed as Plaquenil® or chloroquine, marketed as Aralen®, in the treatment and prevention of COVID-19 is presently unknown due to the small sample size research. Anti-cytokine drugs may not benefit persons with mild disease or severe illness. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is commonly used for COVID-19 patients in China and has antiviral and immunomodulatory effects on SARS-CoV-2. This review outlines existing COVID-19 therapeutic options and advocates for clinical trials for children,...

The present study investigates the effect of blend copolymers on the physico-mechanical properties of mortar mixes. Blend copolymers were synthesized based on poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) and urea (U) in aqueous solution with different blend ratios 65/35, 50/50 and 35/65 respectively, using glacial acetic acid as crosslinking. Physico-mechanical properties of mortar examined included water/cement ratio, setting time, workability, water absorption and compressive strength. The addition of blend copolymers to the mortar affected the physico-mechanical properties of mortar mixes. As the content of PVA increases in the blend copolymers, the water of consistency decrease, whereas the setting times (initial & final) were shortened. The compressive strength of the hardened cement pastes was increased at all ages of hydration while water absorption decreased.

This article discusses the main technologies for processing titanium-containing raw materials, the advantages, and disadvantages of various technological solutions. The analysis of the literature revealed that the traditional methods for the production of titanium products are mainly focused on the use of ilmenite concentrates. In connection with the depletion of ilmenite deposits, in the near future, there will inevitably be a need for a switch to the use of complex orestitanomagnetite. Obtaining titanium dioxide (TiO 2) from titanomagnetite raw materials with a high content of impurity components requires an individual approach for each specific deposit. The possibility of further improving the development of a technological process for low-temperature (1000-1200 • C) processing of titanomagnetite concentrates via the production of pure TiO 2 is proposed.

Non-stationary effects can be widely used as an intensifying factor in technological processes and as a tool for studying chemical systems. Studies of energy effects on structural transformations in liquid systems can make it possible to significantly intensify many chemical and metallurgical processes. We have studied the solubility of aluminum, iron and molybdenum in alkaline solutions under the influence of alternating electric current. A two-electrode cell was used. The electrodes were made from dissolved metal. The frequency of the electric current varied from 20 to 200,000 Hz. In the process of dissolving aluminum in an alkaline solution at the same current frequency and alkali concentration, the mass loss of the aluminum sample increases with increasing current strength up to 0.042-0.044 g. A further increase of current practically blocks the dissolution of aluminum - the change in mass was 0.005-0.007 g of Al. Increasing the alkali concentration to 5.7% KOH significantly red...

It is shown that the complexity of Kazakhstan's oils requires specific ways to protect oil pipelines from damage caused by metal corrosion. Even the presence of only paraffin in oil can cause sedimentation effects in the volume of liquid (Dorn effect). And the complexity in the molecular composition of oil causes electrophoretic impacts that lead to increased corrosion rate. All this should be considered when developing corrosion protection. The physical and mathematical analysis of possible mechanisms of electrophoretic mobility of components with the participation of liquid systems was carried out. In such a system with ions content, the macroscopic object will move as a charged particle having the same charge sign as the skeleton. The triboelectric effects on the metal/organic liquids (oil, fuel oil, etc.) boundary have been analyzed to determine their influence on the corrosion of pipeline metals. There are many methods used for temperature-strength control of reinforced con...

Grafting polymers based on acrylic acid (AA) with blend copolymer were synthesized with different ratio of AA (0.125, 0.25 and 0.5% by mass of blend copolymer) using ammonium persulfate as an initiator. The blend copolymer (PVA/S) was prepared by blending poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) with starch (S) in ratio (1: 1 wt.%), in presence of glacial acetic acid as a catalyst. The obtained polymers (PVA/S/AA) were characterized by FT-IR, TGA, DTG, SEM and mechanical test. The results showed that the mechanical properties of blend films are strongly dependent on the AA. Moreover, an increase in the ratio of AA in grafted polymers, increase thermal stability, tensile strength and elongation at break.

The goal of this research is to prepare novel amphiphilic graft copolymers (nonionic) based on hydrophilic poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether (mPEG) and hydrophobic methyl methacrylate (MMA) at room temperature and pressure. To generate P(mPEG-g-MMA) grafts, poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether (mPEG) was synthesized and grafted with varied ratios of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in the existence of benzoyl peroxide as an initiator utilizing a macro-free radical initiator procedure under the effect of heating in toluene. The research discussed in this paper looked at the possibility of using the synthesized graft copolymer P(mPEG-g-MMA) as a nonionic demulsifier in Petroleum Crude Oil Emulsions. The produced nonionic surfactants were assessed as water demulsifiers in oil emulsions that were noticeable at varying oil: water ratios at 60oC. According to the demulsifier chemical compositions as well as concentrations, the testing findings revealed that the dehydration rate of the prepared ...

The present study deals with microstructure, electrical properties, water absorption and firing shrinkage of V O doped ZnO in the range of 0.1 - 1mol% V O , which fired at temperatures range of 800-1220 25 25 C for different soaking times. Densification of the suggested mixes is deduced from physical properties of 0 water absorption and firing shrinkage. A decrease in water absorption was recorded with rise in maturing temperature and increase in time of soaking but the results of firing shrinkage showed an increase with rise in temperature and soaking time. The samples are examined by using X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and DC electrical measurements. XRD data indicate that no secondary phases are formed, supporting the SEM results.

Research is to develop methods of construction of novel synthetic molecules, "working" on the principle of natural enzymes and/or phytohormones, i.e. in low concentrations, significantly reducing the risk of negative impact on the living organism or plant. The combination of the piperidine moiety and the phosphonate group is quite popular due to the good "pharmacophore" of both structures. Numerous studies have shown that organic phosphonates have the potential antibacterial, anticancer, antimicrobial and antithrombotic properties. Furthermore, the phosphonate moiety can readily form complexes with metal ions. Aminopolyphosphonates as multidentate complexing agents are used in medicine to relieve metal overload in living organisms. The applicability of complexes for treating anemia of iron overload in the body is known. For a purpose to search of novel biological active of wide spectra of action molecules of wide spectra of action there were used set of interrelated studies: Chemical stage included a serial circuit of a fine organic synthesis techniques from starting molecules to the metal complexes, having a moiety of N-(2-ethoxyethyl)piperidine, phosphonate fragment, and ion of biogenic metal; Biological stage was composed of evaluation of biological properties synthesized systems. Therefore the first part of this research includes the synthesis, identification of N-(2-ethoxyethyl)piperidin hydroxyphosphonate (II), in a concentration of 10-3 % stimulating growth and resistance to drought of plants, and in the experiment on animals poisoned with
