The article is devoted to the problems of archive activity during the digital era, which are conditioned from the authors' point of view by the introduction of electronic documents that have changed the content of paperwork and archiving key categories - authenticity and copy number variation, as well as related originality and authenticity. The technologies of work in the archive, always considered as a unique system of originals are based on the traditional understanding of these categories. Using the method of expert assessments during the determination of key category content, the authors conclude that the current activity of the archives is aimed at copy production activity increase, their management and the provision of authenticity, reliability, integrity and suitability for use. The analysis of the personnel competence, reflected in the professional standards, allows us to identify the main areas of training that have a positive impact on the challenges of the external environment. At the same time, employees of the organization, as a rule, have different professional training and practical experience. From this perspective, the phenomenon of in-house training of the personnel is updated, under which the training is carried out on the basis of the organization and aimed at achieving the objectives to develop it. Communication, as a mechanism of using communicative skills that can have both positive and negative effects, occupies a leading position in the professional activities of the personnel. Thus, it is connected, in most cases, with conflicts, in particular, the lack of personnel preparedness and readiness to manage them. Researchers are actively engaged in finding the ways to prevent and resolve conflicts, using various forms of post-graduate training...

From the philosophical perspective article deals with the correlation between law and consciousness. To address the issue, ideas from renowned thinkers are used. It specifically describes the experience of addressing the subject in Russian philosophy from the late nineteenth to the early twentieth century. The article shows the reasons for preferring law or consciousness in different periods of history and demonstrates the rational nature of law and the irrational nature of consciousness, indicating that law and consciousness are not mutually exclusive. It concludes with an attempt to combine the two concepts in activities of people who must enforce legal norms. Using the experience of Russian philosophy, which regards the law as a moral minimum, people are advised to govern their actions not only by legal rules, but by listening to the voice of their conscience. The authors suggest understanding conscience as a spiritual and moral human law that makes it possible to make decisions ...

Cognitive linguistics sets a stress on the importance of considering the phenomenon of “embodiment” through the prism of studying the core role of the human body, the corresponding cognitive and linguistic anthropomorphic structures, and their influence on man’s sensemaking of the world. Within the framework of the article, it has been demonstrated using the material of the lexical structure of the polysemantic word arm that the structure and functioning of the human body predetermines the vital aspects of our thinking, verbalization and existence in general. Lexical invariant of this polysemantic word is defined as a cluster of dominant features that underlies the figurative metaphorical meanings of this word which can be considered as a part of our educational system. Acupuncture (ACU) is becoming a more common practice among hypertensive individuals. However, the reported therapeutic effects of ACU in lowering brachial blood pressure (BP) are ambiguous. Therefore, evaluating more sensitive markers of arterial functioning might unveil the protective effects of ACU on hypertension. We examined the effects of an 8-week ACU therapy intervention on vascular hemodynamics and stiffness in middle-age hypertensive individuals. Participants were randomly assigned to either ACU (n = 23) or a control group (n = 22). Brachial and aortic BP, wave reflection (AIx) and arterial stiffness (SI) were measured before and after 8 weeks. There was a significant group x time interaction (P < 0.05) for brachial and aortic BP, AIx and SI which significantly decreased (P < 0.05) following ACU but not after control. ACU led to reductions in brachial and aortic BP, wave reflection and arterial stiffness in middle-age hypertensive individuals. ACU might be effective i...

Menopause is accompanied by a progressive arterial stiffening associated with increases in blood pressure (BP) and decline in muscular function. It is crucial to prevent or reduce the negative effects of menopause on vascular and muscular function by implementing appropriate lifestyle interventions, such as exercise training. We examined the effects of a stair climbing (SC) regimen on arterial stiffness (pulse wave velocity [PWV]), BP, and leg strength in postmenopausal women with stage 2 hypertension. Using a parallel experimental design, participants were randomly assigned to either SC (n = 21) or nonexercising control group (n = 20) for 12 weeks. Participants in the SC group trained 4 d/wk, climbing 192 steps 2 to 5 times/d. Participants' brachial-to-ankle PWV (baPWV), BP, and leg strength were measured at baseline and after 12 weeks of their assigned intervention. There was a significant group by time interaction (P < 0.05) for baPWV, and systolic BP (SBP) and diastolic B...

The present study examined the effects of a 12-week Tai Chi (TC) training regimen on heart rate variability (HRV), symptomatology, muscle fitness and body composition in women with fibromyalgia. Participants were randomly assigned to either a TC training group (n=18) or a control group (n=19). HRV, symptomatology, muscle fitness and body composition were measured before and after 12 weeks. There were significant decreases (P<0.05) in sympathovagal balance (LnLF/LnHF), sympathetic tone (LnLF, nLF), pain, fatigue and significant increases (P<0.05) in parasympathetic tone (LnHF, nHF), strength and flexibility following TC compared with no changes after control. The changes in LnLF and LnLF/LnHF were correlated with changes in pain. There were no significant changes in HR, sleep quality and body composition after TC or control. TC may be an effective therapeutic intervention for improving sympathovagal balance, pain, fatigue, strength and flexibility in women with fibromyalgia.

The present study examined the effects of a 6-week whole body vibration training (WBVT) regimen on heart rate variability (HRV) and body composition in obese Hispanic postmenopausal women. Participants were randomly assigned to either WBVT (n=13) or non-exercising control group (n=14). HRV and body composition were measured before and after 6 weeks. There was a significant group x time interaction (P<0.05) for heart rate, sympathovagal balance and body fat percentage (BF%) such that all significantly decreased (P<0.05); and R-R intervals which significant increased (P<0.05) following WBVT compared to no changes after control. The changes in sympathovagal balance were correlated with changes in BF% (r=0.63, P<0.05). Our findings indicate that WBVT improves HRV and BF% in obese Hispanic postmenopausal women. The improvement in BF% partially explained the decrease in sympathovagal balance. Since obese and older individuals are at increased risk of developing cardiovascular ...

The article considers one of the fundamental questions concerning the understanding of information by man as a multi-level system of reality. The analysis shows that historically the understanding of the phenomenon “reality” in the context of the ideas of substance, the degrees of reality and so on changed from the extremely broad ontological category as fixed, immutable essence to the notion of reality, which is dynamic and dialectical.

Information culture turns the contemporary society into an extremely pragmatic one. Eternal truths forfeit their value that negatively affects mental state of a person. One of the reasons may consist in extreme rationalization of consciousness. Thus, the problem could be solved in the process of correlating something that is cognized by nous and is experienced, discriminating between authentic and non-authentic being.
