Purpose - The aim of this research is to know and analyze the magnitude of influence of organization citizenship behavior and person organization fit on the performance of non-medical employees Hospital Islam Siti Khodijah Palembang either partially or simultaneously.  Design/methodology - This research use s a questionnaire and the population of this research is 2 45. The data is analyzed with Multiple Linear regression using computer statistical package . Findings – The author finds that the Organization Citizenship Behavior and Person Organization Fit had significant partial and simultaneous impact on the Performance of Employees and Person Organization Fit have dominant influence to Employee Performance to Non-medical Participants of Islamic Hospital Siti Khodijah Palembang.

The influence of transformational leadership and quality of work life on interpersonal communication implication on employee performance. Aims to know and analyze the influence of direct and indirect variable of Transformational Leadership (TL) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) to Interpersonal Communication (IC) implication on Performance of permanent employee of PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Branch. Analysis of this research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the research show the direct effect of Variable Transformational Leadership (TL) to the performance of 0.39, Quality of Work Life (QWL) to the performance of 0.07 and the interpersonal communication (IC) to the performance of 0.81. The indirect influence of transformational leadership variable (TL) on the interpersonal communication (IC) implication on the Performance of 0.356. And the influence of indirect influence of quality of work life (QWL) towards interpersonal communication (IC) implication on Performance of permanent employee of PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Branch at 0.186.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan daya saing pengrajin sangkar burung di Palembang melalui penerapan teknik inovasi dan pemasaran. Melalui tahap analisis situasi dan kondisi mitra, ditemukan bahwa pengrajin menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kualitas produk yang rendah, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang inovasi dan pemasaran, serta keterbatasan akses ke pasar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan di bidang inovasi produk dan pemasaran. The study is to prove the effect of courtesy on motivation and the implications for the performance of civil servants in Banyuasin Regency. The sample of this research consisted of Civil Servants with structural positions of echelon IV as many as 373 people in the local government of Banyuasin Regency. Technical analysis of data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Variance or Component Based (VB-SEM) approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results showed that the Courtesy Attitude Variable had a positive effect on Employee Performance and Courtesy Attitude had a positive effect on Motivation. This study also proved that motivation had a positive effect on employee performance. It concludes that the Motivation Variable as an intervention variable between courtesy and employee performance. This research has implications for policies for performance appraisal that are based on courtesy and motivation.

The study aims to analyze the level of readiness for the adoption of the IBS (Integrated Business Startup) system for SMEs in the city of Palembang. The method used is the e-readiness method using 6 indicators, namely: Awareness, government, commitment, business resources, human resources, technology resources, and adoption. The method of determining respondents is by using the census method. The respondents are SMEs in South Sumatra Province, which is under the guidance of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sumatra Province, and which has been registered as IBS users as many as 280 SME respondents. The research objective was to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Motivation on Student Achievement either in partial or simultaneousmanner. Respondents in this research were students of SMP Negeri 4 Lalan, Bumi Agung Villages, Musi Banyuasin Regency with magnitude of 135 students. Proportional Random Sampling method was applied to select respondents by using Slovin formula so that sample numbers was 56respondents. Data analysis was conducted by using double regression analysis technique. The results showed that that Emotional Intelligence (X1) and Motivation (X2) had simultaneous significant effect on Student Achievement of SMP Negeri 4 Lalan, Bumi Agung Villages with magnitude of 150,607 (sig. 0.000). Emotional Intelligence had more dominant effect on Student Achievement with magnitude of 8,905 (sig. 0.000) than that ofMotivation with magnitude of 4,130 (sig. 0.000). This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality and tax sanctions on service satisfaction and its implementation on compliance to pay personal vehicle tax. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as tools of analysis. The result shows that service quality affects service satisfaction, and it implies compliance with the personal vehicle tax payable compliance. Besides that, the tax sanctions affect service satisfaction, and it implies compliance with paying personal vehicle tax. Tax sanctions are a prevention tool for violations committed by taxpayers, If Service Satisfaction fails to meet expectations, and taxpayers will feel dissatisfied. The Effect of Emotional Intelligence Against Student Achievement aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence which consists of self awareness, self management, Motivation, social awareness, relationship management partially and simultaneously on learning achievement. Respondents are students of SMP Negeri 4 Lalan Bumi Agung  Vilage Musi Banyuasin Regency to be 135 people. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis techniques. Partial assay results (t-test) showed emotional intelligence consists of Self awareness, self management, Motivation, social awareness, relationship management positive and significant effect on learning achievement. This study aims to measure the User Experience of e-school in supporting blended learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The object of this research is the parent school of LPKA Class I Palembang, namely: SDN 25, SMPN 22, and SMAN 11 Palembang. Because of this, all of the parent schools implemented an e-school web system adapted from the LPKA Class I Palembang filial e-school. Application of the E-Dashboard System on Worker Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable at LPKA Class 1 Palembang. Aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the E-Dashboard System on Worker Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable at LPKA Class 1 Palembang. The research sample was LPKA Class 1 Palembang employees as many as 90 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The analysis of this research uses SEM-PLS, which is operated through the Smart PLS program. The results of the study show that the direct influence of the e-dashboard system variable on Worker Performance is 0.567, the effect of the e-dashboard system variable on the motivation of 0.893, and the influence of the motivation variable on Worker Performance of 0.349. The magnitude of the indirect effect of the E-Dashboard System variable on work motivation has implications for the Worker Performance of Class 1 LPKA Palembang by 0.311.

Kepuasan kerja diidentikkan dengan sikap seorang karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya, dan kinerja merupakan hasil atau tingkat keberhasilan seseorang secara keseluruhan selama periode tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh variabel insentif dan pengembangan karir secara langsung dan tidak langsung, terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140orang. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), menggunakan Program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh langsung Insentif dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir memiliki pengaruh langsung lebih besar terhadap Kinerja (sebesar 0.32) daripada pengaruh langsung insentif terhadap kinerja (hanya sebesar 0.33).
