Pemerintah senantiasa menghimbau masyarakat agar dapat membuat desinfektan secara mandiri di rumah. Akan tetapi, masyarakat di Desa Suruang, Kecamatan Campalagian, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar masih banyak yang belum mengetahui cara membuat desinfektan, kalaupun masyarakat ada yang tahu membuat desinfektan pada umumnya mereka hanya sekedar mencampur bahan kimia tanpa mengetahui kandungan senyawa di dalam botol kemasan, bagaimana sifat senyawa tersebut dan bagaimana takaran tepatnya. Akibatnya, pencampuran bahan kimia tersebut justru dapat berdampak negatif bagi mereka seperti pembentukan senyawa baru yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan mereka. Olehnya itu, kegiatan dalam wujud edukasi tentang pembuatan desinfektan sangat perlu dilakukan.

Seed separation and cleaning is one of the important processes in obtaining pure high quality seed. The main characteristics that influence the ability to separation seeds are seed size (length, width, and thickness), shape, density, surface texture, terminal velocity, resilience, color, and electrical conductivity. Electrostatic separation is based on differences in the ability of particles to develop and maintain electric charges. In this study, a high tension roll‐type electrostatic separator was constructed to separation of sunflower’s seed in order to extraction of pure seed and remove impurities. An extended corona discharge field was generated by three wire type electrodes in the roll-type separator. PurposeCOVID-19 has changed life as we know. Data are scarce and necessary for making decisions on fighting COVID-19. The purpose of this paper is to apply Six Sigma techniques on the current COVID-19 pandemic to distinguish between special cause and common cause variation. In the DMAIC structure, different approaches applied in three countries are compared.Design/methodology/approachFor three countries the mortality is compared to the population to distinguish between special cause variation and common cause variation. This variation and the patterns in it are assessed to the countries' different approaches to COVID-19.FindingsIn the DMAIC problem-solving approach, patterns in the data are distinguished. BACKGROUND The current coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic is holding the world in its grip. Epidemiologists have shown that the mortality risks are higher when the health care system is subjected to pressure from COVID-19. It is therefore of great importance to maintain the health of health care providers and prevent contamination. An important group who will be required to treat patients with COVID-19 are health care providers during semiacute surgery. There are concerns that laparoscopic surgery increases the risk of contamination more than open surgery; therefore, balancing the safety of health care providers with the benefit of laparoscopic surgery for the patient is vital. The study explores the impact of Information Communication Technology (ICT) on da’wah activities during the COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria. It aims to identify the positive and negative effects of ICT in propagating Islamic teachings and address the gap faced by traditional du’at unfamiliar with ICT. By investigating how ICT-compliant scholars adapted to the pandemic restrictions, the study seeks to provide insights into enhancing da’wah activities through modern technology, ensuring wider dissemination and interaction despite physical limitations.

The National Science Foundation’sDaniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope(DKIST) will revolutionize our ability to measure, understand, and model the basic physical processes that control the structure and dynamics of the Sun and its atmosphere. The first-light DKIST images, released publicly on 29 January 2020, only hint at the extraordinary capabilities that will accompany full commissioning of the five facility instruments. With this Critical Science Plan (CSP) we attempt to anticipate some of what those capabilities will enable, providing a snapshot of some of the scientific pursuits that the DKIST hopes to engage as start-of-operations nears. The work builds on the combined contributions of the DKIST Science Working Group (SWG) and CSP Community members, who generously shared their experiences, plans, knowledge, and dreams. Discussion is primarily focused on those issues to which DKIST will uniquely contribute.

Power designer has sought several means to reduce the discharges in form of ozone gases called corona effect that diminishes conductor on high voltage overhead transmission lines. Various factors affect the corona loss in transmission lines, some of which are natural and some are equipment-related. While we cannot control the natural causes, we can take certain measures to prevent corona. This paper considers a corona mitigation model for a single-conductor single-phase line, but the model can be extended to multi-conductor and multi-phase cases. The model employed Peek's mathematical equations which was modeled using matlab application tool. From the results obtained, the corona loss decreases with a decrease in applied voltage and also by the implementation of the maximum length ℎ leading to the correction of the irregularity factor mo with high voltage values of 300 and 400 kV. Consequently, corona loss decreased as conductor radius is increased. At maximum voltage of 400 kV, the corona loss due to the mitigation models was completely dropped to 0 kW/km. This paper helped in determining the capacitive effect of a line under corona surge using dynamic capacitance theories. Although corona power can be acceptable to a certain level, it should always be considered when designing transmission systems, along with resistive power loss calculations.

Analizamos el programa iconográfico y el ajuar litúrgico del Santuario de Ntra. Sra. de la Montaña de Cáceres. Con respecto al primero, estudiamos el retablo de Manuel de Larra Churriguera y las piezas escultóricas, con particular importancia de la talla de la Virgen titular de la ermita. Se añaden los retablos colaterales del Cristo de la Salud y Santa Ana, donde intervinieron el retablista, procedente de Salamanca y asentado en Cáceres, Vicente Barbadillo, y el escultor José Salvador Carmona, sobrino del afamado maestro Luis Salvador Carmona. Se añade el estudio de las obras de platería del santuario, con especial importancia de la corona que Félix Granda hizo en 1924.
SUMMARY: We analyze the iconographic program and the liturgical trousseau of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Mountain of Cáceres. With respect to the former, we study the altarpiece of Manuel de Larra Churriguera and the sculptural pieces, with particular importance of the carving of the Virgin of the chapel. We add the collateral altarpieces of the Cristo de la Salud and Santa Ana, where the retablist Vicente Barbadillo, who came from Salamanca and settled in Cáceres, and the sculptor José Salvador Carmona, nephew of the famous master Luis Salvador Carmona, intervened. A study of the sanctuary's silverwork is also included, with special emphasis on the crown that Félix Granda made in 1924.

Generation of microdischarges inside porous ceramics by AC high voltage was explored. The physical properties of the microdischarges were investigated by electrical measurements, photographic visualization, and optical emission spectroscopy. The effects of pore size, discharge power, and gas mixture composition on the discharge properties and its development are described. The optimum generation and distribution of the microdischarges was observed with pore sizes of 50 and 80 µm. The emission spectra of the microdischarges indicated their strongly non‐equilibrium character. A theoretical analysis of the microdischarge mechanism is provided, accounting for the pore size and the elementary processes such as ionization, recombination, and ambipolar diffusion. magnified image

This paper presents a new identification method for a pulse transformer equivalent circuit. It is based on an analytical approximation of the frequency-domain impedance data derived from a no-load test with open-circuited secondary winding and only requires measurements of primary current and voltage without phase data. Compared with time consuming and complex methods based on off-line non-linear identification procedures, this simple method also gives an estimation of the error on the identified parameters. The history of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be traced back centuries, but its modern incarnation began to take shape in the 20th century. the history of CSR reflects the evolving relationship between business and society, shaped by changing societal expectations, regulatory frameworks, and global challenges. Literature reviews provide insights into the current state of CSR research, including key concepts, trends, and areas of focus. This understanding helps researchers and practitioners stay updated on the latest developments in the field. By examining existing literature, researchers can identify gaps in knowledge or areas where further research is needed. This helps guide future research efforts and ensures that studies address relevant and meaningful questions. This study of literature reviews on CSR enhances our understanding of the field, guides future research efforts, and informs practical applications in both business and policy contexts.

The research about how a nanoparticle (NP) interacts with a complex biological solution has been conducted, according to the literature, for almost three decades. A significant amount of data has been generated, especially in the last one and a half decade. First, it became its own research field which was later divided into many subresearch fields. This outlook does not aim to be a comprehensive review of the field or any of its subresearch fields. There is too much data published to attempt that. Instead, here it has been tried to highlight what, in the opinion, is the main step taken during these three decades. Thereafter, the weaknesses and end are pointed out with what needs to be the main focus for the future to understand the protein corona formation in the bloodstream, which is a prerequisite for the developing of true target specific drug‐delivering nanoparticles.
