Il tentativo e quello di istituire l’empatia come categoria pedagogica ed educativa, giustificando la nozione di intenzionalita vicariante, che definisce sia la struttura dell’empatia sia il dinamismo proprio del processo educativo. Facendo ricorso al linguaggio della filosofia e della pedagogia classica, nel saggio se ne parla come di una virtu, insieme etica e dianoetica. Il nucleo centrale di tutto diviene la fenomenologia dell’empatia, l’analisi delle intenzionalita costitutive di tale singolare virtu personale: la disposizione veritativa, l’attitudine etica e l’istanza spirituale.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already having a major impact on society. As a result, many organizations have launched a wide range of initiatives to establish ethical principles for the adoption of socially beneficial AI. Unfortunately, the sheer volume of proposed principles threatens to overwhelm and confuse. How might this problem of ‘principle proliferation’ be solved? In this paper, we report the results of a fine-grained analysis of several of the highest profile sets of ethical principles for AI. We assess whether these principles converge upon a set of agreed-upon principles, or diverge, with significant disagreement over what constitutes ‘ethical AI.’ Our analysis finds a high degree of overlap among the sets of principles we analyze. We then identify an overarching framework consisting of five core principles for ethical AI. Four of them are core principles commonly used in bioethics: beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, and justice. On the basis of our comparative analysis, we argue that a new principle is needed in addition: explicability, understood as incorporating both the epistemological sense of intelligibility (as an answer to the question ‘how does it work?’) and in the ethical sense of accountability (as an answer to the question: ‘who is responsible for the way it works?’). In the ensuing discussion, we note the limitations and assess the implications of this ethical framework for future efforts to create laws, rules, technical standards, and best practices for ethical AI in a wide range of contexts.

Esiste l'identità genericamente umana per la quale tutti gli esseri umani sono uguali in quanto esseri umani e diversi dagli altri esseri viventi. Ed esiste l'identità collettiva per la quale esseri umani appartenenti a un determinato gruppo (etnico-linguistico, culturale, storico, politico e così via) si sentono "uguali" fra di loro e "diversi" da altri gruppi umani. Ma esiste anche una specifica "identità personale" per la quale ogni singolo essere umano ha consapevolezza di sé, della propria unicità, avendo realizzato la più profonda separazione da chiunque altro, in primis dal seno che lo nutre, la madre. Come si sviluppa questa identità personale? E come si è affermata nella storia? È sempre esistita o è il frutto di uno specifico percorso evolutivo?

This paper adopts a narrative ethics approach, specifically examining contemporary narratives. It aims to explore the performative role of storytelling in shaping the ethical identities of individuals. The analysis will move from the value of empathy and 'negative empathy' as crucial mechanisms for aligning with or distancing from characters. To delve into this process, the paper focuses on characters often labeled as antagonists or villains. Within contemporary narratives, these negative characters play a significant role, often undergoing rehabilitation through the narration of their past stories, marked by conflicts and misery. As viewers, moral agents typically find themselves aligning with the tale of misery, yet they may disapprove the regression, often culminating in immoral actions such as murder. Consequently, evil characters serve as simulations which provide individuals scenarios to train their moral reasoning and judgment.

Dalam kanvas kehidupan yang luas, setiap individu adalah pelukis yang dengan sabar menciptakan karyanya sendiri. Namun, bagi sebagian dari kita, terutama mereka yang berhadapan dengan tantangan seperti disabilitas tunarungu, palet warna mereka terbatas. Sebagaimana kata-kata inspiratif Helen Keller, seorang tokoh terkenal yang juga penyandang disabilitas, "Kita tidak dapat melakukan hal-hal besar, hanya hal-hal kecil dengan cinta yang besar”. In 2022, Europe experienced unprecedented citizen mobilizations to help Ukrainian refugees. Based on two parallel lines of scholarship, we examined individual prosocial dispositions and superordinate identities related to intentions to help Ukrainians. Employing a French-speaking student sample in Belgium (N = 374), in Study 1, we showed that dis- positional prosociality and European identification were both positively related to intentions to help Ukrainians. An interac- tion qualified these main effects, so that highly prosocial European identifiers were particularly willing to help. With a nationwide quota sample of the French-speaking population in Belgium (N = 371), in Study 2, we identified two processes mediating the relationship of dispositional prosociality and European identification with intentions to help Ukrainians. El DSM-5 enmarca el trastorno del espectro autista (TEA) dentro de los trastornos del desarrollo neurológico, cuyo rasgo más característico son las alteraciones de la conducta social, que incluyen afectaciones en prosocialidad y empatía. El objetivo del presente trabajo es determinar la efectividad de las diferentes intervenciones dirigidas a mejorar la prosocialidad y la empatía en personas con TEA e identificar factores determinantes. Kemajuan membawa banyak manfaat namun juga banyak permasalahan. Sehubungan dengan anak, permasalahan dapat timbul dari rumah, sekolah atau lingkungan yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, orang tua harus mempersiapkan anaknya menghadapi berbagai masalah dan hambatan dengan kelangsungan hidup dan pemulihan yang baik. Kemampuan ini disebut ketahanan. Untuk menumbuhkan resiliensi tersebut, orang tua harus menunjukkan empati, berkomunikasi dan berperilaku positif dengan anak, melatih anak dalam mengambil keputusan dan memecahkan masalah, membantu anak bersikap realistis, menumbuhkan kedisiplinan dan anak berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial. Peran orang tua dalam hal ini sangatlah penting. Oleh karena itu, orang tua tidak bisa hanya menggunakan cara-cara tradisional dalam mendidik anaknya, namun harus terbuka terhadap cara-cara baru yang semuanya bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ketahanan pada anak. Pada anak usia prasekolah kemampuan regulasi emosisangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekitarnya, yakni lingkungan rumah dan sekolah.

Empati kavramı pozitif psikolojide ve güncel hayatta oldukça kabul gören bir kavram olmasına karşın bireylerin empati düzeyini ölçmek için yeterli psikometrik özelliklere sahip güncel Türkçe ölçüm araçlarının sayısı sınırlıdır. Bu çalışmada Auyeung ve arkadaşları tarafından (2009) geliştirilen Çocuklar için Empati Bölümü Ölçeği’nin Türkçeye uyarlanması ve geçerlik-güvenirlik çalışmalarının yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Orijinal formu 27 maddeden oluşan ölçek geçerlik güvenirlik çalışmaları neticesinde Türkçe formunda 14 maddelik nihai haline getirilmiştir. ÇEBÖ Türkçe formunun Cronbach alfa değeri .73 olarak hesaplanmış; psikometrik özelliklerinin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu bulunmuştur.

This study aimed to describe resilience profile of mothers whose children are autistic.  Resilience Quotient (RQ) was developed by Karen Reivich and Andrew Shatte (2002), and consisted of 56 items measuring 7 factors in Likert Scale. Those factors are emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out.  This research resulted in some findings concerning mothers being observed and interviewed. As we look towards the future of healthcare, integrating Care Robots (CRs) into health systems is a practical approach to address challenges such as an ageing population and caregiver shortages. However, ethical discussions about the impact of CRs on patients, caregivers, healthcare systems, and society are crucial. This normative research seeks to define an integrative and comprehensive ethical framework for CRs, encompassing a wide range of AI-related issues in healthcare. To build the framework, we combine principles of beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, justice, and explainability by integrating the AI4People framework for a Good AI Society and the traditional bioethics perspective. Using the integrated framework, we conduct an ethical assessment of CRs. Next, we identify three key ethical trade-offs and propose remediation strategies for the technology. This study describes how through a muhasabah intervention in Blimbingrejo Village, Nalumsari District, Jepara Regency. The purpose of this study was to provide information for parents of children with special needs about muhasabah interventions in developing the resilience abilities of parents when carrying out their care. 06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır.Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin romantik kıskançlık ve empatik eğilim düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin romantik kıskançlık ve empatik eğilim düzeylerinin cinsiyet ve kendini kıskanç biri olarak algılayıp algılamama gibi değişkenler açısından anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermedikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi; 2012-2013 öğretim yılında Marmara Üniversitesi, Mersin Üniversitesi, Anadolu Üniversitesi, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, Siirt Üniversitesi, Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi ve Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi'nin çeşitli bölümlerinde lisans eğitimi alan 357 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Öğrencilerin romantik kıskançlık düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla, Pines ve Aronson (1983) tarafından geliştirilen, Demirtaş (2004) tarafından Türkçe uyarlaması yapılan Romantik Kıskançlık Ölçeği; öğrencilerin empatik eğilim düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla da Dökmen (1988) tarafından geliştirilen Empatik Eğilim Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler; Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyonu ve Bağımsız Grup t- testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, üniversite öğrencilerinin empatik eğilim puanları ile romantik kıskançlık ölçeğinin olumlu etkiler, yetersizlik nedeni ve yıkıcı baş etme alt boyutları puanları arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunurken, tetikleyiciler, olumsuz etkiler, kaybetme korkusu ve yapıcı baş etme alt boyutu puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki bulunmamıştır. Yani empatik eğilim puanları artarken kıskançlık ölçeğinin olumlu etkiler, yetersizlik nedeni ve yıkıcı baş etme alt boyut puanlarında azalma olmaktadır. Üniversite öğrencilerinin cinsiyet değişkenine göre Romantik Kıskançlık Ölçeğinin sadece Yapıcı Baş Etme alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken, diğer alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Üniversite öğrencilerinin kendini kıskanç algılayıp algılamama değişkenine göre Romantik Kıskançlık Ölçeğinin Tetikleyiciler, Olumlu Etkiler, Olumsuz Etkiler, Yıkıcı Baş Etme ve Yapıcı Baş Etme alt boyutu puanları arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunurken, diğer alt boyut puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. The research sample was composed of 357 undergraduate students from various departments of the Marmara University, Mersin University, Anadolu University, Yıldız Teknik University, Siirt University, Sütçü İmam University and Karadeniz Teknik University in the 2012-2013 academic year. A Personal Data Form developed by the researcher was employed as the instrument to gather students' perception of the variables such as gender and think of himself as one jealousy. Additionally, Romantic Jealousy Scale developed by Pines and Aronson (1983) and adapted into Turkish by Demirtaş (2004) to measure the romantic jealousy levels; Empathic Tendency Scale developed by Dökmen (1988) to measure the empathic tendency levels were used in the current research. The date was analyzed via Pearson Product Moment Correlation, T-Test in Independent Groups. In consequence of this research, there is a negative correlation between the emphatic tendency scores and romantic jealousy (subscale of the positive effects, feelings of inadequacy and destructive coping); there isn't correlation between the emphatic tendency scores and romantic jealousy (subscale of the triggers, negative effects, fear of losing and constructive coping) of university students. RESUMEN Objetivo: Identificar el grado de responsabilidad social en estudiantes de una universidad publica. Material y metodo : Estudio Descriptivo, transversal analitico. Utilizo el Cuestionario de Autoatribucion de Comportamientos Socialmente Responsables (alpha de cronbach=0,82)  y una ficha de recoleccion de datos. Para la muestra, Epidat v3.1,  poblacion(13345), proporcion esperada(12%), nivel de confianza 95%, precision absoluta 4,5%, efecto de diseno(2), obteniendo 396 mas tasa de error(9,7%) ingresando 432 estudiantes al estudio. El muestreo no probabilistico estratificado por escuela profesional. Se uso estadistica descriptiva e inferencial con pruebas no parametricas. Analisis estadistico con SPSS v17.0. Introduzione: L'energia degli affetti muove ogni pensiero e azione nel rapporto di cura (1). Il perno, il punto di partenza della cura è l'emozione della compassione per cogliere l'ingiustizia e la condizione di fragilità in cui l'altro si trova (2,3). Attraverso l'esperienza emotiva, la vulnerabilità umana, da problema da risolvere, diventa un punto di osservazione di ciò che ha realmente valore nell'esistenza umana (4). Seguire il flusso dell'intuizione e l'ascolto delle nostre percezioni aiuta a prendere le decisioni migliori nella relazione di cura (3,5). Le emozioni sono altresì un prodotto culturale: prima di andare verso l'altro è bene praticare l'autoriflessione. Osservare le nostre emozioni in primo luogo: i sentimenti dell'osservatore sono sempre in dialogo con la persona osservata (6). Più ci immergiamo nel meccanismo della conoscenza emotiva, più ci alleniamo a entrare in sintonia con l'altro, rendendo la comprensione globale del paziente una naturale capacità (1,3) Materiali e Metodi: Revisione narrativa della letteratura.Conclusioni: Il sentire, è lecito chiedersi, è dunque il minimo comune denominatore dell'umanità? Riusciamo ad occuparci del prossimo nel modo più perfetto possibile poiché lo riteniamo simile a noi? Più la nostra competenza abbraccerà il principio di somiglianza con il prossimo, non a caso si dice che attiviamo neuroni capaci di riflettere il nostro essere, utilizzando l'immagine di uno specchio, più il rapporto di cura convaliderà il suo intrinseco valore terapeutico. E la competenza emotivo-relazionale, in tutta la sua complessità di acquisizione, diverrà in primo luogo un dovere etico-scientifico (7,8).

The purpose of this study was to examine the levels of aggression of adolescents playing game in the internet cafes located in the city of Elazig in terms of different variables (gender, academic achievement, and most played game type). The universe of study consists of high school students playing game in the internet cafes in the city of Elazığ in Turkey. The sample of study consists of 119 females, and 268 males, totally 387, high school students playing game in the internet cafes. Both donors and non-donors have a positive image of blood donation, so donors and non-donors do not differ regarding their views on donation but do differ in converting their opinion into an active deed of donation. Several studies have identified altruism and empathy as the main factors underlying blood donation. However, a mixture of various motivational factors mould the complex behaviour of donation. The article reveals the psychological aspects of the professional development of a future specialist and presents the results of an empirical study. The empirical study is focused on the analysis of the content of reflection by professors and students of the psychological characteristics of the professional formation of a future specialist. The ascertaining study covered 589 Ukrainian students of course years from 1 to 6 (future psychologists, teachers, lawyers) and 487 Ukrainian professors. The following methods were used: survey, calculation of average values, ranking and comparative analysis. Although our research started before the pandemic, it seems that focusing on the social emotional development of our students has become a top priority, considering that, globally, the rates of anxiety among children and teenagers are, in the actual context of the pandemic and war, skyrocketing. In 2022, Europe experienced unprecedented citizen mobilizations to help Ukrainian refugees. Based on two parallel lines of scholarship, we examined individual prosocial dispositions and superordinate identities related to intentions to help Ukrainians. Employing a French-speaking student sample in Belgium (N = 374), in Study 1, we showed that dis- positional prosociality and European identification were both positively related to intentions to help Ukrainians. An interac- tion qualified these main effects, so that highly prosocial European identifiers were particularly willing to help. With a nationwide quota sample of the French-speaking population in Belgium (N = 371), in Study 2, we identified two processes mediating the relationship of dispositional prosociality and European identification with intentions to help Ukrainians. On the one hand, dispositional prosociality was positively related to empathy with Ukrainians, which in turn predicted participants' helping intentions. On the other hand, European identification was positively related to both empathy and identity fusion with Ukrainians, which further predicted par- ticipants' helping intentions. Overall, these findings suggest that individual prosocial dispositions and superordinate identities represent two cumulative pathways to intergroup helping. Concluding, we discuss common and specific processes related to intentions to help Ukrainians, compared with other refugee groups.

Penyakit Lupus merupakan penyakit autoimun kronis dimana terdapat kelainan sistem imun yang menyebabkan peradangan pada beberapa organ dan sistem tubuh. Resiko kematian penyakit Lupus yang sangat tinggi dan diagnosanya yang sering terlambat yang berdampak psikologis pada penderita Lupus (yang selanjutnya disebut Odapus). This study aims to investigate descriptive characteristics, research topics and methodological procedures of master’s theses and doctoral dissertations regarding early childhood education in Turkey. Within the scope of the current study, 931 M.S. theses, and 171 Ph.D. dissertations were analyzed according to university, institute, department, publication year, the degree held by the advisor, research topic, the sample group, the city where the study took place, research setting of the study, the type of research, instruments, statistical analysis and sampling methods. Data of the current study covers the theses published in between 1989-2016 years. In the data analysis process content analysis method was used. The current study found that students are the most frequently used subject groups, in regards to both M.S. theses (37.39%) and Ph.D. dissertations (53.39%). This paper is an attempt to consider how engaged anthropology could be practiced in connection with the refugee/migrant crisis. The author presents in detail three anthropological interventions conducted in Poznan, a city in western Poland: (1) the project “We’re All Migrants: (Re)gained Migration Memory”; (2) the campaign “Adopt a Lifejacket”; and (3) the campaign “Gallery without a Home.” At the same time, she criticises the sedentary perspective predominant in the public debate regarding refugees and migrants, and the reduction of the refugee/migrant figure to the category of an Other. She perceives a need to depart from the role of expert and to stimulate empathy by making people aware of the adventitious nature of their lot in life and by emphasizing closeness to the other person rather than constantly focusing on differences.
