The Android controlled temperature sensing RoboCar. The working is based on Android OS, Arduino, L298N motor, DC motor driver, temperature sensor-DHT11 and Bluetooth module. AirDroid is an app exclusive to Android which enables you to connect your device to PC through a Wi-Fi controller of wireless network. It is used to connect the mobile camera to view in our pc to fixing in the car. It also used to view the location of the car. The Robotic car sense the temperature to view by the mobile app. All the controls of the vehicle on the app on that device. It is used to sense the environment of the military force before doing some of the process. It is used for the sensing the environment of the system.

Lokasi industri dalam pembangunan daerah ataupun pembangunan wilayah harus diperhitungkan secara cermat dan ditentukan secara tepat, agar kegiatan pembangunan industrinya dapat terlangsung efektif dan efisien. Proses penentuan lokasi industri optimal sangat berkait dengan "faktor lokasi", karena "faktor lokasi" ini akan memberikan persyaratan lokasi optimal bagi kelangsungan kegiatan industri pada suatu wilayah. Dengan lokasi optimal tersebut dimungkinkan kegiatan indutri dapat berada pada suatu lokasi industri yang tepat, dan dapat berkembang dengan baik (Arsyad, 1997).

The study examined the distribution and patronage of parks and gardens in Phase 2 of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja Nigeria. Structured questionnaire copies were administered to 377 customers that patronized parks and gardens in Phase 2. Point data of existing parks and gardens were collected with the aid of GPS and transferred into GIS software to determine the location and distribution pattern of parks and garden. Data were statistically analyzed using simple percentages, Nearest Neigbhour Analysis (NNA) and principal components analysis (PCA). Results showed that parks and gardens in Phase 2 showed a clsutering pattern tending toward the west and central. Customers patronized parks and gardens in Phase 2 daily and weekly implying that the parks and gardens were frequently utilized by customers from different works of life and locations. Customers spent different time in the various parks and gardens in the area with majority spending <1 hour to 3 – 4 hours; and the visitations were made alone as well as in the company of friends. Customers in Phase 2 traveled less than 5km or made shorter trips and majority lived within the catchment areas of the available park and garden. Service quality/available facilities, existence of security, availability of parking facilities/proximity of parks and cost of transportation/distance were identified as essential factors influencing the patronage of parks and gardens in Phase 2. It is suggested that more parks and gardens should be established in Phase 2 to make accessibility much easier.

A location and tracking system becomes very important to our future world of pervasive computing, where information is all around us. Location is one of the most needed information for emerging and future applications. Since the public use of GPS satellite is allowed, several state-of-the-art devices become part of our life, e.g. a car navigator and a mobile phone with a built-in GPS receiver. However, location information for indoor environments is still very limited. Several techniques are proposed to get location information in buildings such as using a radio signal triangulation, a radio signal (beacon) emitter, or signal fingerprinting. Using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags is a new way of giving location information to users. Due to its passive communication circuit, RFID tags can be embedded almost anywhere without an energy source. The tag stores location information and gives it to any reader that is within a proximity range which can be up to 10-15 meters for UHF RFID systems. We propose an RFID-based system for navigation in a building for blind people or visually impaired. The system relies on the location information on the tag, a user's destination, and a routing server where the shortest route from the user's current location to the destination. The navigation device communicates with the routing server using GPRS networks. We build a prototype based on our design and show some results. We found that there are some delay problems in the devices which are the communication delay due to the cold start cycle of a GPRS modem and the voice delay due to the file transfer delay from MMC module.

هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد وتجميع المؤشرات الجغرافية لمؤسسات المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات العربية المتاحة بمنصة خرائط جوجل، للتعرف على مدى توافرها وتحليل وتفسير ما شملته من معلومات مكانية ووصفية، تُمكن جمهور المستخدمين من التعرف عليها وتساندهم أثناء تخطيطهم لزيارتها وتحقق وصولهم المباشر إليها. حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لحصر ووصف ما أتيح من مؤشرات جغرافية، كما استخدمت أسلوب تحليل المحتوى في التعرف على سماتها وخصائصها وما شملته من معلومات مكانية ووصفية عن مؤسسات المكتبات العربية. وقد استخدمت استمارة منهجية محكمة لتجميع بيانات المؤشرات الجغرافية وتحليل وتفسير عناصرها، إضافة إلى استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية في تحديد مدى استيفاء معلوماتها وعناصرها وحساب تكراراتها ونسبها المئوية، والتعبير عنها في شكل جداول وأشكال عكست ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج علمية تختص بالمؤشرات الجغرافية لمؤسسات المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات العربية المتاحة بمنصة خرائط جوجل.
وأسفرت عمليات المسح والتنقيب لمنصة خرائط جوجل عن رصد وتجميع (335) ثلاثمئة وخمسة وثلاثين مؤشر جغرافي اختصت جميعها بمؤسسات المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات ومتاحة ضمن (16) ست عشرة دولة بالعالم العربي، جاء أكثر من نصفها (51%) بكل من جمهورية مصر العربية، والمملكة العربية السعودية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن (المكتبات العامة) هي أكثر الأنواع توافرًا بمنصة خرائط جوجل العالمية حيث مثلت نسبة (54.3%) من جملة مفردات ما تم حصره وتجميعه من المؤشرات الجغرافية. في حين عكست عدم اهتمام الكثير من المكتبات العربية بتوثيق وتسجيل مؤشراتها الجغرافية المتاحة بمنصة خرائط جوجل، فضلًا عن تشتتها وعدم انضباط عناصرها ومعلوماتها الوصفية والمكانية على السواء.
وطرحت الدراسة عدة توصيات تطبيقية أتى على رأسها ضرورة اتخاذ مؤسسات المكتبات العربية خطوات جادة وفعالة لتكوين وإتاحة مؤشراتها الجغرافية بمنصات الخرائط الرقمية المتاحة على الويب مع أهمية توثيق ملكيتها وإدارة معلوماتها وتحديثها المستمر بالشكل الذي يضمن صحة محتوياتها ويُمَكِن جمهور المستخدمين من التعرف عليها والوصول المباشر لها للاستفادة المثلى من تجهيزاتها ومجموعاتها وأنشطتها المختلفة.

Geographical Indicators for Arab Library and Information Centers at “Google Maps” Platform: Descriptive study

This study  aimed to  gather  the Geographic Indicators of Arab libraries and Information Centers by surveying the most popular used web-GIS platform "Google maps", and identifying the Spatial and descriptive information of indicators’ elements which help users to find the library which they are planning to visit and reach it. And used the Descriptive Survey Method to collect geographic indicators, and The Content Analysis to evaluate their spatial & descriptive information. It also aimed at measuring the degree of accurateness of those indicators in finding and accessing the libraries & information centers locations. Checklist had been used to collect the geographic indicators and analyzing their elements. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) had been used to degree the availability and to measure the relative weight for the elements of geographic indicators and had displayed the results in tables and charts.
The survey found (335) geographical indicators related to library and information centers available at (16) Arab countries and more than half of them are available in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The public libraries are the most type of Arab libraries available at Google maps (54.3%). It also reflected the lack of interest in the Arab libraries to review their geographical indications which added by “Google Maps” users, as well as the lack of discipline of the information descriptive or spatial covered by its elements.
The study presented several practical recommendations, the main of which is the need for Arab libraries to take effective and serious steps to represent their locations within the digital map platforms which available through the web and mobiles applications. Arab libraries need to document its ownership of their geographic indicators to ensure the validity of its information to enable the users of Web-GIS platforms to properly identify them and achieve direct access to its locations.

I made these drawings working alongside students in my drawing and painting classes at the University of Northern Iowa.  These the subject of the current essay were made c.1993 to 2007. I made the drawings following the same procedures as the students so I could both be immersed with them in the same experience following the larger picture of yet-unawareness and discovery, and at the same time guide the students into deepening persistence. This besideness within experience is fundamental to my teaching. In my drawings as in those of the students, the various ideas we were searching are not always distinctly discernable.

Literature on point pattern methods for analyzing geographical concentration of firms has increased dramatically over the last decade. Revision of the state of the art in empirical applications shows that most methods are mainly exploratory while others focus on the identification of cluster determinants. We contribute in this regard by analyzing key features that underline the differences among exploratory methods: Functional form, selection of controls, significance of results, and treatment of edge effects. We also stress the potential and complementarity of new methods such as Gibbs models.

Location selection is one of the most important decisions of the operations manager. One of the effectiveness criteria of the organizations is the correct location. And the appropriate location for the banking sector means better network to the customers and a competitive advantage in the market. The present paper investigates the best location as using the fuzzy AHP and VIKOR analysis in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The research revealed that "security in the region" and "willingness to work with the bank" have been the most important criterions in location strategy. Poland is the most coal-dependent economy and one of the biggest polluters in the EU. In order to alleviate this problem, meet CO 2 emission requirements set by EU, and improve the country's energy security, Poland decided to introduce nuclear power to its energy mix. So far, several potential locations for nuclear power plants have been officially proposed, mainly based on technical parameters, but no comparisons of the economic impact of such locations have been considered. Consequently, the main goal of this paper is to compare the national and regional economic effects of investments in nuclear power plants-for both the construction and exploitation phases-in the four most probable locations, which are similarly beneficial from a technical point of view. In order to simulate these effects, the spatial recursive dynamic Computable General Equilibrium model was calibrated until 2050 including agglomeration effects and featuring the regional economies of all Polish regions. The results show that although the construction phase is beneficial for economic development in all four regions, the exploitation phase is good for only one. The economies of the other regions suffer, to a greater or lesser extent, from the Dutch disease. The paper argues that the regional economic effects of such an investment differ significantly, due to differences in the regions' economic structures; hence, they should always be taken into account in the final decisions on the power plants' locations.

Strategic global facility location-allocation decisions involve many factors that may be con#icting in nature and can pose a di$cult selection problem. Recognizing the multiple and con#icting objective nature of the location-allocation a problem in an international setting, this paper proposes the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and multi-objective
goal-programming methodology as aids in making location-allocation decisions. The methodology presented can help facility planning authorities to formulate viable location strategies in the volatile and complex global decision environment. The recent surge of social media networks has provided a channel to gather and publish vital medical and health information. The focal role of these networks has become more prominent in periods of crisis, such as the recent pandemic of COVID-19. These social networks have been the leading platform for broadcasting health news updates, precaution instructions, and governmental procedures. They also provide an effective means for gathering public opinion and tracking breaking events and stories. To achieve location-based analysis for social media input, the location information of the users must be captured. Most of the time, this information is either missing or hidden. For some languages, such as Arabic, the users’ location can be predicted from their dialects. The Arabic language has many local dialects for most Arab countries. Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques have provided several approaches for dialect identification. The recent advanced language models using contextual-based word representations in the continuous domain, such as BERT models, have provided significant improvement for many NLP applications. In this work, we present our efforts to use BERT-based models to improve the dialect identification of Arabic text. We show the results of the developed models to recognize the source of the Arabic country, or the Arabic region, from Twitter data. Our results show 3.4% absolute enhancement in dialect identification accuracy on the regional level over the state-of-the-art result. When we excluded the Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) set, which is formal Arabic language, we achieved 3% absolute gain in accuracy between the three major Arabic dialects over the state-of-the-art level. Finally, we applied the developed models on a recently collected resource for COVID-19 Arabic tweets to recognize the source country from the users’ tweets. We achieved a weighted average accuracy of 97.36%, which proposes a tool to be used by policymakers to support country-level disaster-related activities.

Reverse logistics network problems are accepted as sophisticated research areas in the existing literature due to difficulties of the prediction of the material flow in the network and the conflicting objectives of minimizing total cost and energy consumption while maximizing customer satisfaction and control of the pollution. There are different approaches to dealing with the difficulties of the problem, yet these approaches overlook the geographical aspect of the problems. In this paper, a reversed network of a governmental organization is evaluated, with spatial decision criteria taken into account. A methodology is proposed that integrates Analytic Hierarchy Process, Geographic Information Systems and integer programming to determine the locations of the return centers and to deal with the complicated structure. The representation of demand is a key issue which can significantly affect results in several demand covering models. In this paper we concentrate on the well known Maximal Coverage Location Problem and introduce a new parametrical object oriented approach for the discretization process so as to demonstrate that alternative representations of the demand space during the discertization process may lead to largely fluctuating as well as misleading results which seriously overestimate or underestimate the real coverage achieved by a specified number of servers. The purpose of this report to the Special Magistrate is to  examine the need for a small 11-bed substance abuse residential level 1 program in Juno Beach, Florida and a 9-bed substance abuse detoxification program. The programs already exist and are currently operated under the business name of Oceanside Detox.

The geographical area around Juno Beach is densely populated.
Within a ninety-minute driving distance of Juno Beach there are an estimated 4.3 million people over the age of 18.

An examination of the distances from Juno Beach to the other Residential Level 1 and Detoxification programs shows that the area west and north of Juno Beach has fewer programs than the area south of Juno Beach. The heaviest cluster of programs is about 20 miles south. Given the distribution of existing programs it makes sense to focus on the areas west and north of Juno Beach where there few other residential and detoxification beds.

Statewide, the average size of a Residential Level 1 program is 24 beds and the average size of a Detoxification program is 18 beds approximately.

There are an estimated 740,028 persons over the age of 18 in the area west and north of Juno Beach within a 90-minute driving distance.

Federal statistics estimating the percentage of the population over the age of 18 that is involved with alcohol and drugs can be applied to estimates of population size in the area west and north of Juno Beach.
This analysis indicates that in the area west and north of Juno Beach approximately 64,456 persons were dependent on or abused illicit drugs or alcohol. Approximately 19,907 needed but did not receive treatment for illicit drugs, and approximately 47,510 needed but did not receive treatment for alcohol.

Assuming statewide average length of stays, approximately 138 patients a year could be treated in the Juno Beach Residential Level 1 program and could serve and 582 persons in its Detoxification program.

The Juno Beach Residential Level 1 and Detoxification programs supply a need for services.  These are small programs located in an area of higher than average need. Even if they operated at 100% occupancy, more services are still needed in this geographic area.
