Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Explicit Instruction denganmenggunakan video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Keterampilan Komputer dan Pengelolaan Informasi(KKPI) pada SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Teknik samplingyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sample. Over the past decade, we have seen the advent of technologies (more especially Information and Communication Technologies) transforming the higher education landscape. One of the critical challenges emerging within this new landscape has been how to position the integration of technology within an appropriate learning theory. The three 'traditional' learning theories most often utilized in the creation of instructional environments, namely behaviourism, cognitivism and constructivism, have come under much criticism in the design of learning spaces for the twenty-first century learner. In this paper, analysis of a quantized consensus finite-level multi-agent networked system is considered. Logarithmic quantizer is utilized for the transmission of the state of the networked agents. Two protocols employed in the investigation are, the consensus protocol which is determined from the outputs and states of a set of encoder-decoder pair, and the convergence rate protocol that is precisely characterized using a dynamic scaling factor. The asymptotic consensus can be reached through information exchange among neighbour agents. Validity of the protocols for the connected network system is established through careful selection of parameters of the quantizer. A four-agent networked system is used to illustrate the implementation of the protocols. Obtained result showed that information exchange in an undirected networked system is achievable through a communication channel equipped with encoder and decoder pairs. More so, the desired asymptotic convergence is achievable through careful choice of the parameters of the quantizer. This is an open access article under the CC BY-SA license.

By formalizing this idea using summation notation and weighted sums, we demonstrate how cumulative effects of behaviors-both good and bad-manifest over time. Theoretical foundations are supported by empirical evidence from diverse fields including economics, environmental science, behavioral psychology, and social sciences.

Online network technologies have begun to be used more in educationdomain due to opportunities they provide. Social Network Sites (SNSs) have becomevery popular and used as an educational medium. Within this perspective, the purposeof this paper is to investigate Social Network Sites in general and microbloggingplatforms in particular in terms of improving creative writing skills of EFL learners. Forthe purposes of the research, an explanatory sequential mixed methods design wasemployed. Quantitative data was examined through Social Network Analysis (SNA)and qualitative data was analyzed through content analysis. Research findings revealedthat microblogging services, namely Twitter in this context, support creative writingactivities can be used as a learning platform for EFL learners.

Learning, which is the main key of innovation, is an indispensable element for companies to gain sustainable competitive advantage. Although not being adequately studied in management literature, network learning capability, a type of organizational learning ability, is a determining factor in the innovation process. Likewise, open-mindedness is a component that accelerates the creation of knowledge in the organization as well as encouraging the organization to be open towards new opportunities and to value different opinions. In this study, a model including these variables was designed and the mediator role of network learning in the relationship between open-mindedness and innovation performance was explored. This research aims to present a systematic literature review focusing on technology and artificial intelligence (AI) as new vectors for multicultural and digital leadership. With 80% of companies using at least one emerging technology for finance and operations, 58% of firms increasing their spending in AI for workforce planning, and a big data market projected to be worth $77 billion before the end of 2023, multicultural and digital leaders (ML; DL) have to adapt and acknowledge, integrate, and leverage technology into their daily business management (FinancesOnline, 2023). The conference paper intends to introduce an up-to-date systematic literature review and a bibliographic investigation performed with VOSviewer software, focusing on technology and AI as new vectors of multicultural and digital leadership. Mining into the Web of Science Core Collection database, our research creates an evident visual representation of the interconnectedness between technology, AI, ML, and DL. As the global business landscape increasingly values digital leadership, this bibliometric analysis offers valuable tools for multicultural and digital business leaders as well as academic researchers to comprehend, shape, and leverage the dynamics of these evolving domains.

Countries all over the world look for ways to increase their competitiveness. The contribution of cooperating companies in the form of clusters is rather substantial and therefore, for example, the European Union and its member states have long been supporting these cooperative efforts. This support may take the form of a more entrepreneur- friendly legal environment, initiate cooperation, but it may also mean non-returnable financial contribution. This paper does not want to discuss the optimal channels to support clusters, and in particular it does not want to study the ways financial contributions are distributed among clusters. What are networked organizations? The focus of discussions of the networked organization has been on the boundary-spanning nature of these new organizational structures. Yet, the role of the group in these networked organizations has remained unclear. Furthermore, little is known about how computer-mediated communication is used to bridge group and organizational boundaries. In particular, the role of new media in the context of existing communication patterns has received little attention. We examine how employees at a high-tech company, referred to as KME, communicate with members of the work group, other colleagues in the organization, and colleagues outside the organization to better understand their boundary-spanning communications.

According to a survey reported by DataReportal dated April 2023, Instagram ranks as the fourth most-used social media network among the world’s population, with more than 1.5 billion registered users. This ranking, preceded only by Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp, shows how the Meta company’s social network has influenced trends and convinced more and more people and professionals to take advantage of its internal features to communicate, entertain, and work. However, despite the wide membership of professors, science disseminators, and projects within Instagram, teaching and learning are still under-recognized as possible practices with social networking sites. Considering that most social networking platforms allow membership from the age of 13, the question arises as to how aware schools are of the teaching-learning techniques that can be applied in this context. To this end, the article proposes theories, methodologies and experiences for considering Instagram as a virtual learning environment in formal education, especially with the latest generation of students. In particular, after selecting studies that justify its choice, value and practice, this paper will illustrate the methodological model “Edu-social Algorithm”, developed through an international action-research with netnography that led 130 students and 77 teachers to connect on Instagram to study and teach together.

Semantic web technologies have the potential to extend and transform teaching and learning, particularly in those educational settings in which learners are encouraged to engage with ‘authentic’ data from multiple sources. In the course of the ‘Ensemble’ project, teachers and learners in different disciplinary contexts in UK Higher Education worked with educational researchers and technologists to explore the potential of such technologies through participatory design and rapid prototyping. These activities exposed some of the barriers to the development and adoption of emergent learning technologies, but also highlighted the wide range of factors, not all of them technological or pedagogical, that might contribute to enthusiasm for and adoption of such technologies. A qualidade da informacao disponibilizada pelos cursos a distância tem recebido atencao recorrente na literatura. Este artigo pretende analisar a aplicabilidade e a contribuicao do instrumento SERVQUAL para avaliacao da qualidade da informacao em cursos de educacao a distância oferecidos a profissionais de seguranca publica. Apos uma revisao da literatura referente a qualidade, e realizada a analise da aplicacao de um survey envolvendo tais profissionais, que abordou cinco dimensoes da qualidade da informacao. Foi realizada a comparacao entre as expectativas e as percepcoes dos alunos de uma instituicao de seguranca publica e atraves da verificacao do gap obtido, foi realizada uma analise das acoes necessarias para implementar melhorias visando a propiciar aos alunos conteudo relevante e adequado para o desempenho de suas atividades laborais.

A interface com o usuario de um software gerenciador de acervos deve proporcionar a realizacao de tarefas de alimentacao da base de dados da forma mais amigavel, confortavel e produtiva possivel durante a atividade. Porem, muitas vezes a eficacia de um software so e estudada do ponto de vista das percepcoes conscientes que o usuario relata. O objeto teorico “Curso da Acao” e definido, por THEUREAU (2014), dentro da perspectiva de que um ator, desde que esteja em situacao de engajamento em seus ambientes extrinsecos e intrinsecos, vivencia um momento pre-reflexivo, isto e, significativo, durante sua atividade de trabalho. Podendo a atividade, por esse motivo, ser a qualquer momento demonstravel, narravel e comentavel, atraves de tecnicas e modelos que propiciem essa verbalizacao. Dessa forma, podemos usar essa metodologia para analisar a usabilidade de softwares de bibliotecas e propor de melhorias a partir da observacao das acoes reflexivas e pre-reflexivas de seus usuarios.

This article aims to analyze the experiences of teachers on the uses of ICTs in the development of teaching practices within the framework of a new learning ecology. We use the SAMR model to scale the levels of ICTs contributions in each practice. 116 teachers from a public educational institution in Brazil answered a questionnaire during the pandemic scenario, while conducting emergency remote teaching. Teachers declared to develop the teaching practices with the integration of ICTs at the levels of Augmentation and Modification by correspondence to the SAMR model. Based on the analyzes carried out, we propose some reflections that help to rethink this model and to understand the second-order barriers that prevent the effective integration of ICT in teachers’ practices.
