 Negotiating with candidates for offer & Remuneration acceptance.
 Collect all the necessary documents from the candidate before sending the offer letter
 Take care of Pre-Joining formalities and Induction Process
 Follow-up with the candidate till his/her joining and guide with related issues.
 Reporting / Documentation

 Employees Engagement: - Develop and implement new engagement initiatives aligned with
HR strategies. Smooth interaction between Employees and Management through various
forms of interactions, proactively listening the voice of people, getting their views and fill
the gaps which are observed through involvement of cross functional team. Thorough
analysis and developing the action plan to enhance engagement level. Regular reviews and
monitoring the action plan. Capturing the issues, problems and perceptions of people and
take pro-active action on them & revert back to the associates on their issues, leading to a
very Closed Loop system.
 Employee recognition programs, such as Employee of the Month or Years of Service
awards, can incentivize high performance and dedication.

 Handling Grievance and statutory compliance.

 Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
 Handling sexual harassment committee.
 Prepare the Esi challan.
 Maintaining work place safety issues.
 Follow up & Coordination with Recruitment Consultancies for interviews.
 Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database,
etc...) of each employee and also maintaining the Form D – Rule 6.
 To perform joining formalities of new joining. Collecting of documents from selected
New joining and other joining formalities to be done.
 Introduce the new joining to company profile and policies.
 Recording, Maintaining & Monitoring Attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
 Review, update & maintain proper filing & Records of Employees.
 Training- Identifying needs from reviews and organization appropriate Training.
 Preparing Salary & Salary Transfer also.
 Updates all the HR records in system and Files for audit.
 Client dealing & handling client’s queries through Mails & Calls.
 Coordinating with all Merchandiser in the company.
 Handling new sampling also. (Sample Received by buyer)
 Receiving Purchase Order (PO) from Buyer & preparing Proforma Invoice & Invoice and
Packing list.
 Preparing Purchase Order for Raw Material to Finished Goods.
 Handling Payments through Internet Banking, NEFT & RTGS.
 Follow up of timely production.
