    The purpose of the study was to determine the differences in several soil biological properties and peat functional groups based on the location of soil formation (tidal peat, transitional peat, and inland peat). The study was conducted on peat soils in the Kahayan Sebangau Hydrological area, Central Kalimantan, from June to August 2018. The research method is laboratory observation to determine the biological and chemical properties of soil from each soil sample from each location, soil chemical analysis using the FTIR method and biological properties analysis using the Count Cup method. The variables observed were Total Microbiology, Total Fungi, Total Bacteria, Total Respiration and functional groups at Tidal (PS), Transitional (PR) and Inland (PD) peat locations at depths of 0-25 cm and 25-50 cm. The research used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) arranged factorially including 2 factors which were repeated 3 times. Factor I is the nutrient dose of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer which consists of 3 levels 4 namely D1: 0 ml/1 water, D1: 2 ml/l water, D2: 4 ml/l water, D3: 6ml/l water and Factor II is Time interval for application of 3 level Azolla liquid organic fertilizer.     The aim of the research is to determine the effect of differences in melon cultivation in two greenhouse construction designs which provide the best results on the growth and yield of melon plants (Cucumis melo L.). The research was conducted from July to September 2022 at the Balitar Islamic University of Blitar Greenhouse. The design used is a dependent analysis method which tests the relationship between independent variables. The analysis technique used is the parametric t-test. The t-test difference test was carried out on two category groups with the condition of two paired sample groups (paired sample t-test). The study used a randomized design of split plots with various doses of chicken manure as the main plot and various distances as subplots. There are 4 types of chicken manure, namely P1 = chicken manure 1 ton / ha, P2 = chicken manure 1.5 tons / ha, P3 = chicken manure 2 tons / ha, and P4 = chicken manure 2.5 tons / ha.     The aims of this study is to determine the soaking time of the seeds with natural auxin which is appropriate for the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L). The study was arranged in a randomized treatment group 7 treatment and repeated 4x. The treatment was soaking time of shallot seeds (D). There are 28 field trial units. Treatment consisted of  D0 = without soaking, D1 = soaking 2 hours, D2 = soaking 4 hours, D3 = soaking 6 hours, D4 = soaking 8 hours, D5 = soaking 10 hours, D6 = soaking 12 hours. The variables observed were shoot length, shallot / plant weight, tuber diameter. The results of the study showed that the 3 variables observed showed the best results in D3 treatment (soaking for 6 minutes) in natural coconut water. The best treatment is D3, which is a tuber weight value of 41.01 grams per plant with a tuber diameter of 2.01 cm.

    The aim of this study was to select the best sources of auxin of which it can stimulate the growth of shoots Pineapple plant cuttings. This research is compiled in a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The Data were statistically Analyzed by the DMRT. Level of treatment given proves that no treatment 0%, cow urine concentration of 25%, young coconut water concentration of 25% and Rootone F 100 mg / cuttings. The results showed that cow urine concentrations of 25% and Rootone F 100 mg give the best results in stimulating the growth of shoots pineapple stem cuttings. Experimental results concluded that the effect of this natural hormone were better than the shoots without given hormone.

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk  mengetahui  durasi perendaman bibit   dengan auxin alami dan dosis pupuk NPK yang tepat  pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L). Dalam budidaya bawang merah sering dijumpai pertumbuhan benih yang lambat disebabkan karena faktor dalam bibit (endogenous factor) yang merugikan karena akan berdampak pada serangan penyakit busuk umbi. Maka mempercepat munculnya tunas dengan perlakuan pemberian auxin dan pemberian pupuk NPK ini diharapkan akan diperoleh bibit yang segera tumbuh supaya dapat berproduksi dalam keadaan sehat.
