A new form of modified microstrip-line feed fractal patch antenna is proposed for wideband application. The fractal shape is based on triangular, modified with circle and iteration of self similar design. The -10 dB return loss (VSWR 2:1) impedance bandwidth is 80% ranging from 2.4-5.6 GHz . The EM characteristics of the antenna are presented by the current distribution. Proposed antenna maintained good radiation pattern with gain. Detailed design steps and study of different parameter are presented in this paper.

Mobile health, telemedicine and other services are considered part of a telehealth or e- health spectrum of care. Mobile health
mental health options (i.e., smartphones/devices and apps) are part of a broader framework of e-mental health options. Technology
usually offers portability for access anytime/anywhere, are relatively inexpensive and have additional features (e.g., context-
aware interventions and sensors with real-time feedback). The evidence-based literature shows that many people have an
openness to technology as a way to engage others, change behaviors and obtain clinical services. Skills/competencies for mobile
health, smartphone/device and app have similarities and differences from in-person and telepsychiatric care. It is suggested that
evidence-based apps be used with an evidence-based approach. Relatively few treatment studies evaluate outcomes for mobile
health, directly compare it to in-person and e-behavioral healthcare or compare new technology-based care options to one another.
Few studies have assessed the cognitive function related to smartphone/device and app use. At least three facets of cognition
that are affected by these technologies: attention, memory and delay of gratification (reward processing). More research
is needed with respect to health services delivery models, effectiveness, competency outcomes and how a paradigm shift like
mobile health re-contextualizes digital healthcare.

Work holding devices are a crucial part of the component that are custom made for a particular part or situation. Over the past decade, there in increase in mass production and has increased the demand for forged components. Wheel hubs being the major component in an automotive responsible for attaching the wheel. The work holding was the primary issue of the machining operation to be confronted. The objective of this paper describes the detailed definition of work holding devices and also identifies several benefits that are connected with the use of work holding in manufacturing that includes increase in production rate and cost reduction. Interchangeability and accuracy of machining parts which at most eliminates the need for inspection and quality expenses. It also describes the changeover from the traditional job holding technique towards the fixtures that can be controlled through CNC machines or VMC machines itself and serves the necessary purpose with minimal errors as there is not much of interference of human operators. Adapting this kind of simple and effective mechanism in fabrication and manufacturing sector drastically reduces the cost of labor and cycle time, thereby increasing the quantity and quality of production. This fixture assists the forged work piece used for the wheel hubs of an automobile for drilling and tapping at required positions. The forged component already manufactured needs to be drilled as per the drawings with respect to its orientation to perform the mentioned operations. To undergo the operation a special Colette system was designed and manufactured.

We describe a model for the thermal stresses calculation in sapphire-glass dielectric structure for pressure sensor using the finite element method (FEM) based on the Coventor Ware Turbo 2012 package. We use an inorganic glass dielectric of the PbO-B 2 O 3-ZnO system (5 μm thick) and a sapphire substrate (0.5 mm thick) obtained by the horizontal directed crystallization (HDC) method as components of the sapphire-glass dielectric structure. The model of the thermal stresses calculation in sapphire-glass dielectric structure for the pressure sensor allows defining the thermal stress values in the glass dielectric film as well as making suggestions to the developers of pressure sensors that incorporate glass dielectric as the connecting element for construction improvement. We determine the dependence of the residual thermal stresses of the glass inorganic dielectric on the sapphire substrate surface on the thickness of the dielectric film for the pressure sensor. The results of numerical simulation of thermal stresses in sapphire-glass dielectric in Coventor Ware Turbo 2012 have shown that the thermal stresses in the glass inorganic dielectric film of PbO-B 2 O 3-ZnO system on a sapphire substrate obtained by HDC method for a pressure sensor were in the range of 26-41 kg/cm 2 , which corresponds to theoretical calculations. The calculation results of thermal stress model for sapphire-glass dielectric structure contribute to improving the performance characteristics of the pressure sensor.

Resumen
En esta investigación hemos abordado dos casos de conflictos articulados en torno a las condiciones ambientales en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina: el caso de Pueblos Unidos y el de Vecinos
Unidos en Defensa de un Ambiente Seguro. Se han realizado veinte entrevistas en profundidad con la finalidad de conocer el rol que asumen los discursos científicos en estos conflictos. Las entrevistas han sido analizadas utilizando la técnica del análisis de contenido y herramientas del análisis de discurso. Del análisis se desprende que los discursos científicos funcionan como discursos de poder que producen luchas por su sentido. En el primer apartado se ha abordado el diverso despliegue del dispositivo de poder del discurso científico en cada caso que, en articulación con diversas necesidades del capital, producen territorios particulares. Por último, se han abordado las estrategias que las y los vecinos en lucha oponen frente al despliegue de este
dispositivo.
Abstract
In this investigation we have studied two cases of conflicts articulated around the environmental conditions in the city of Córdoba,
Argentina: the case of Pueblos Unidos and the one of Vecinos Unidos en Defensa de un Ambiente Seguro. We have conducted twenty in-depth
interviews with the purpose of knowing the role assumed by scientific discourses in these conflicts. The interviews have been analyzed
using the technique of content analysis and some tools from discourses analysis. From the analysis it follows that scientific discourses function as power discourses that produce struggles for their meaning. In the first section we have addressed the diverse role of scientific discourses as devices of power, that, in articulation with diverses needs of economic capital, produces particular bodies and territories in each case. Finally, we presented the strategies that neighbors in struggle oppose to this device of power.

Efficient organic photovoltaic cells (OPV) often contain highly reactive low-work-function calcium electron-collecting electrodes. In this work, efficient OPV are demonstrated in which calcium electrodes were avoided by depositing a thin layer of the amine-containing nonconjugated polymer, polyethylenimine (PEIE), between the photoactive organic semiconductor layer and stable metal electrodes such as aluminum, silver, or gold. Devices with structure ITO/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/poly(3-hexylthiophene):indene-C60-bis-adduct (P3HT:ICBA)/PEIE/Al demonstrated overall photovoltaic device performance comparable to devices containing calcium electron-collecting electrodes, ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:ICBA/Ca/Al, with open-circuit voltage of 775±6 mV, short-circuit current density of 9.1±0.5 mA cm(-2), fill factor of 0.65±0.01, and power conversion efficiency of 4.6±0.3%, averaged over 5 devices at 1 sun.

Malnutrition is a major concern in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC), but the full extent of nutritional deficiencies remains unknown largely due to lack of accurate assessment methods. This study seeks to develop and validate an objective, passive method of estimating food and nutrient intake in households in Ghana and Uganda. Household members (including under-5s and adolescents) are assigned a wearable camera device to capture images of their food intake during waking hours. Using custom software, images captured are then used to estimate an individual's food and nutrient (i.e., protein, fat, carbohydrate, energy, and micronutrients) intake. Passive food image capture and assessment provides an objective measure of food and nutrient intake in real time, minimizing some of the limitations associated with self-reported dietary intake methods. Nanostructures of zinc oxide are synthesized by physical vapor condensation method. From the SEM image, it is observed that these nano structures look like nanosprings mixed with nanorods. The typical diameter of these nanostructures is in the range of 80-150 nm and the length is of the order of several micrometers. The XRD data shows a sharp peak at 36.87deg

The power system deregulation requires thechange in reactive power compensation in the power system. The optimal placement of FACTs (Flexi ble AC transmission system) devices is mandatory to recalculate the reactive power compensation in deregulation case. The FACTs devices generally used in series and shunt conections. Here the various facts devices connected in series & shunt combination simultaneously. The optimal placement and sizing of the devices are done in this paper by formulating the objective function with minimization of cost of the generation and minimizing the cost of Facts devices. MALAB is used for writing the code. IEEE 14 bus system is used to here for testing the system. Placing the FACTs separately and simultaneously are studied in case study. Cuckoo search algorithm is used to identify the solution to the optimization problem.

We investigate thermoelastic stresses in titanium dioxide films on a sapphire substrate that arise during thermal annealing. The effect of thermal processes on thermoelastic stresses in titanium dioxide films has been studied experimentally. The obtained experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations of mechanical stresses in a titanium dioxide film.
