Resumen:
El objetivo de este trabajo es percibir la noción de profesionales que se utilizó sobre el costo de conformidad tributaria en la implementación de herramientas del Gobierno Electrónico, tomando como muestra de investigación una parte del sector administrativo de una multinacional en Brasil situada en la Región Metropolitana de São Paulo. En esta perspectiva, el estudio se enfocó en comprender lo que es Gobierno Electrónico en este contexto de globalización, su aplicación y resultados en determinada empresa, buscando demostrar las expectativas de estas herramientas –como el SPED (Sistema Público de Contabilidad Digital, por sus siglas en portugués, Sistema Público de Escrituração Digital)– y, verificar también los costos  para entender los mismos. La metodología aplicada fue realizada a través de un cuestionario para toda el área fiscal ligada directamente a las obligaciones accesorias de la empresa y una parte del área contable. El resultado obtenido demuestra la  percepción que tienen estos profesionales de que el Gobierno Electrónico trajo más control, pero modificando y aumentando  su práctica y rutinas, cambios que afectaron a la empresa como un todo, desde el conocimiento de sus profesionales hasta la estructura de los sistemas internos de la empresa. Los hechos anteriores generan costos para estar de acuerdo con las exigencias tributarias, siendo necesario reconocer y controlar todo el costo empleado con el fin de evidenciar claramente la realidad de estos profesionales, empresa, gobierno y sociedad impactados en el seguimiento y aplicación de estar en conformidad.

Abstract:
The purpose of this assignment concerns in understanding the notion of practitioners on the cost of tax compliance due in the implementation of electronic government tools and a sample search a part of the administrative sector installed in São  Paulo for a multinational in Brazil. In this perspective the study was guided in understanding what is electronic government in this context of globalization, its application and consequences in a particular company, seeking to demonstrate the requirements of these tools as SPED, and also check the costs to meet the same. The applied methodology was carried out through a questionnaire to all tax area directly connected ancillary obligations of the company and a part of the accounting area. The result shows the perception of professionals Electronic Government brought more control, but modifying and enhancing their  practices and routines, changes which affected the company as a whole, from the knowledge of its professional structure of internal company systems, facts generating costs to be in accordance with tax requirements, it is necessary to recognize and track all the employee cost in order to clearly demonstrate the reality of these professionals, businesses, governments and society impacted the monitoring and implementation tax compliance.

The study aimed to assess the accuracy and reproducibility of occlusal caries depth measurements obtained from different imaging modalities. The study comprised 21 human mandibular molar teeth with occlusal caries. Teeth were imaged using film, CCD, two different cone-beam computerized tomography (CBCT) units and a microcomputer tomography (micro-CT). Thereafter, each tooth was serially sectioned, and the section with the deepest carious lesion was scanned using a high-resolution scanner. Each image set was separately viewed by three oral radiologists. Images were viewed randomly, and each set was viewed twice. Lesion depth was measured on film images using a digital caliper, on CCD and CBCT images using built-in measurement tools, on micro-CT images using the Mimics software program, and on histological images using AxioVision Rel. 4.7. Intra- and inter-rater reliabilities were assessed according to the Bland/Altman method by calculating Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICCs). Mean/median values obtained with intraoral systems were lower than those obtained with 3-D and histological images for all observers and both readings. Intra-observer ICC values for all observers were highest for histology and micro-CT. In addition, intra-observer ICC values were higher for histology and CBCT than for histology and intra-oral methods. Inter-observer ICC values for first and second readings were high for all observers. No differences in repeatability were found between Accuitomo and Iluma CBCT images or between intra-oral film and CCD images. Micro-CT was found to be the best imaging method for the ex vivo measurement of occlusal caries depth. In addition, both CBCT units performed similarly and better than intra-oral modalities.

This paper considers the role that representational methodologies play in the dialogue between archaeological material data and narrative creation. It does this specifically in relation to the production and consumption of knowledge at the site of Petsofa, a two-period highland site overlooking the Palaikastro bay in East Crete. A new paradigm, known as ArcSeer (www.arcseer.com), is presented as an alternative approach to the traditional methods of recording, reading and representing the archaeological record. ArcSeer's approach exploits exciting advances made within the technological spheres of web application development, distributed database design and 3D visualisation. This paper will argue that the manner in which the Petsofa site data has been represented to date has significantly influenced its reading by its audience. ArcSeer is particularly interested in accommodating the multiple interpretations that fuel and derive from these representations. If we accept the basic premise that representation cannot be considered a neutral act, then a greater reflexive awareness of this fact must be accommodated by the representational devices that the discipline employs. The ArcSeer project is one such experiment along this road of enquiry.

Digital forms of sound manipulation are eroding traditional methods of sound development and transmission, causing a disjuncture in the ontology1 of music. Sound, the ambient phenomenon, is becoming disrupted and decentred by the struggles between long established controls, beliefs and desires as well as controls from within technologized contexts. I posit that music technologies are reshaping concepts of time and space, and digital mastery now appears to be the valued musical knowledge. It is necessary to consider a new paradigm for what it means to be musical-in-the-world. Virilio suggests that, rather than being democratic, technology “has hijacked democracy in a mediatized, claustrophobic world” (2005, 339), contributing to a posthuman condition through the destruction of embodied experience.

Online media consumption in India has increased post cuts in the Data rates; and it will continue to increase with the availability of cheap data. Printed newspapers have sustained their growth in this digital age, but will they continue to sustain themselves in the coming years when everything is available on the internet? While there is an increase in the sales of printed newspapers in India, there is a noticeable decline in the distribution and consumption of printed newspapers in the USA. We have surveyed different sectors of society to obtain information on people’s reading habits and patterns, which will gauge whether physical newspaper distribution will follow the same pattern in India as in the USA. Our study shows that a large number of youth want access to information that is summarized and easily available; they have also shown interest in revisiting old articles and information which is available in online archives.

Leif Kramp untersucht erstmals umfassend die Gedächtnisrelevanz des Massenmediums Fernsehen sowie den archivischen und musealen Umgang mit der Fernsehgeschichte. Anknüpfend an die interdisziplinären Zweige der Gedächtnisforschung analysiert der erste Band die Bedeutung des Fernsehens seit Beginn des regelmäßigen Programmbetriebs in Deutschland und Nordamerika unter gedächtnistheoretischer Perspektive. Damit legt dieser Band den Grund für eine differenzierte Bewertung des Fernsehens als Medium des Erinnerns und Vergessens. Auf Basis einer breiten empirischen Erhebung bei zahlreichen Institutionen in Deutschland, Kanada und den USA befasst sich der zweite Band mit dem Status Quo und den Perspektiven der Verwaltung und Nutzung von Überlieferungen aus der Fernsehgeschichte. Kramp analysiert die maßgeblichen Problemstellungen, mit denen sich Museen und Archive konfrontiert sehen: von Fragen der Auswahl, Bewahrung und Zugänglichkeit von Fernsehüberlieferungen bis hin zu ihrer Präsentation und dem Medienwandel, und diskutiert Strategien für die Arbeit von Fernsehmuseen im digitalen Medienzeitalter.

The last decade witnessed a growing interest in research on content-based image retrieval (CBIR) and related areas. Several systems for managing and retrieving images have been proposed, each one tailored to a specific application. Functionalities commonly available in CBIR systems include: storage and management of complex data, development of feature extractors to support similarity queries, development of index structures to speed up image retrieval, and design and implementation of an intuitive graphical user interface tailored to each application. To facilitate the development of new CBIR systems, we propose an image-handling extension to the relational database management system (RDBMS) PostgreSQL. This extension, called PostgreSQL-IE, is independent of the application and provides the advantage of being open source and portable. The proposed system extends the functionalities of the structured query language SQL with new functions that are able to create new feature extraction procedures, new feature vectors as combinations of previously defined features, and new access methods, as well as to compose similarity queries. PostgreSQL-IE makes available a new image data type, which permits the association of various images with a given unique image attribute. This resource makes it possible to combine visual features of different images in the same feature vector. To validate the concepts and resources available in the proposed extended RDBMS, we propose a CBIR system applied to the analysis of mammograms using PostgreSQL-IE.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะนักสื่อสารมวลชนดิจิทัลตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และสังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะนักสื่อสารมวลชนดิจิทัลตามกรอบสมรรถนะบุคคล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 21 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าระดับปฏิบัติการในองค์การสื่อ และอาจารย์ระดับอุดมศึกษาที่สอนด้านสื่อสารมวลชน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่เหมาะสมกับการเป็นนักสื่อสารมวลชนยุคดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 14 ประการ และสังเคราะห์ออกเป็น 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) ด้านความรู้ 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ ความรู้เชิงสหวิยาการ ความรู้เท่าทันสื่อ และความรู้ในจริยธรรมของนักสื่อสารมวลชน (2) ด้านทักษะ 7 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ ทักษะการสื่อสาร ทักษะการคิดเชิงระบบ ทักษะการคิดเชิงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ ทักษะใฝ่เรียนรู้และเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และทักษะวิชาชีพที่หลากหลาย และ (3) ด้านคุณลักษณะ 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ ความกระตือรือร้น ความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน การมีจิตสาธารณะและความรับผิดชอบ และการบูรณาการและนำไปใช้
The objectives of the research were to 1) study experts’ perspective on digital mass communication officers’ characteristics and 2) synthesize digital mass media officers’ characteristic based-on individual competency. This research was qualitative research using in-depth interviews with 21 experts who were leaders the field of media consisted of chief executive, chief of section in mass communication organizations, and lecturers in institution of education. The research results revealed that there were 14 characteristics which were synthesized in to three elements of mass media officers’ characteristic included knowledge, skills, and attributes. The knowledge element composed of three essential included interdisciplinary knowledge, media literacy, and mass communication ethic. The skill element consisted of seven essential included communication skills, system thinking, creative thinking, analysis thinking, critical thinking, active learning and self-learning, and professional multi-skilling. The attribute elements comprise of four essential included active, flexibility in working, public consciousness and responsibility, and integration and application to work.

These companies include: Go-jek, Traveloka, and market centers such as Bukalapak and Tokopedia. Indonesia is very likely to see more unicorns in the following years, with the most promising sectors such as: transportation, education, healthcare, and fintech. However, with the Indonesian landscape constantly changing,
companies and investors need to keep updating themselves to stay competitive and to seize opportunities at the right time. Startup in Indonesia began to develop and became one of the government programs to continue to develop startups, there are a number of startups in Indonesia that have become unicorn status that greatly influence the current Indonesian economy. Startup helped foster economic growth and growth in Indonesia, capital and business model problems were the main problems for new startups in the early days to start their business. This research proved the previous research conducted by Adamo Jr. (2014 and Reis (2010) that there are several levels in the startup and its function towards the economy of a country, startups can be a pillar of the economy, especially in developing country economies that need good growth

Este artículo hace la propuesta del concepto “brecha didáctica”, como término unificador de los modos de acercar las formas de saber y las formas de acceder a ese saber en la sociedad de la información y del conocimiento. Parte del resultado de investigaciones y aproximaciones teóricas en los campos de la comunicación, la didáctica, el trabajo con tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y, una vez expuesto el concepto, finaliza con una segunda propuesta de integración de las tecnologías (lectura, escritura y oralidad) y la curación de contenidos como puente metodológico para superar las brechas didáctica y digital.

This article reviews research into why people watch television. Christensen (2003) proposes businesses are best understood by looking at the way they help people address their jobs-to-be-done. If new forms of television are more likely to succeed to the extent that they do the jobs now done by traditional television; then to understand how people will use future forms of TV, we must understand how viewers use traditional TV.

La llegada de internet revolucionó todos los campos, incluyendo el periodístico. La narrativa tradicional, limitada a contar una a historia de manera lineal, pasó a incorporar otros elementos como audio, video y gráficas. Ello abrió pasó al podcast, un fenómeno digital de consumo que provee a los medios de comunicación un alcance mayor de audiencia. Además de sintetizar, también permite profundizar en un suceso con menos restricciones y con mayor libertad de tiempo de gestión del contenido. El formato de audio permite al consumidor escuchar contenido de interés en donde quiera, siempre y cuando cuente con un reproductor de audio digital.

With growing digitization, the challenge for marketers is to understand how consumers consuming Over-The-Top (OTT) content adopt and consume messages in this format effectively. Superimposing the theoretical framework of Uses and Gratification meant for television to internet platform, this paper in a novel approach tries to understand the consumption patterns and adoptability factors of OTT among consumers. The qualitative methodology adopted for this research, brought out four themes enabling the success of this platform: Convenience, mobility, content and subscription strategies. These strategic parameters will ensure higher engagement levels of the consumers for the OTT content.

Recently, many new enterprises has been developed taking advantages from the information and communication technologies. These enterprises play now important role in the market and generate some times high level of revenue through increasing the number of users and their satisfaction. This paper aims to explore the factors that determine costumer satisfaction level about the role of food delivery through focusing of Hungerstation as case study for the enterprise as emerging enterprises in this field of business in Saudi Arabia. The will use UTAUT2 model which finds out the motivations that make users of smartphone application services accept to pay for the services provided by like this digital emerging enterprise in Saudi context. We The study shows that utilitarian, was the most essential factor in determining the level of customers’(users) satisfaction when they use Hungerstation application services. The results of this study are useful for the similar emerging enterprises to take advantage from the success factors of Hungerstation to focus on and to avoiding the negatives which leads to increase the costumer satisfaction for their products and/or services.

Al-Quran is the great revelation promised by Allah SWT of its protection encompassing the aspect of recitation and writing. The revolving time has witnessed various innovations featured by Islamic scholars to ensure that Al-Quran is preserved. Beginning with mushaf which was transferred from bone, stone, palm branch or animal skin into sheets of paper until the latest form which is digital, scholars have never missed out from paying attention to its protection from all aspects. Besides that, concern of the community also has played its role in increasing the sensitivity of Muslim people to any form of mistake that happens in the publication of Al-Quran mushaf and at the same time the perfectness of Al-Quran can be preserved well and carefully. Concern by the Malaysia government through development of this Smart Quran application indirectly is capable of controlling the usage of various al-Quran mushaf application nowadays. Hopefully, this effort can be continued for the sake of goodness for the global community.

Radiologic Education has substantially changed throughout the years and has certain advancements that have left the country catching on. It has transitioned from analog to digital imaging, which considerably left developing countries behind. Consequently, general radiography practices are assumed to differ from the previous years. Employing a sequential explanatory research design, the study looked into the radiologic interns' competencies in specific parameters such as preparation, patient care and management; positioning; and image acquisition and processing. Using a researcher-made questionnaire, 50 radiologic interns from four academic year batches were invited to participate in the study. Interpreted responses are cross-referenced through the interview data that were gathered from 12 participants, equally representing each batch. The study also probed the interns' general learning preference using the VARK questionnaire. Both of the questionnaires underwent Cronbach Alpha Test of Reliability. The data was probed and analyzed using Regression Analysis; to which the research findings gave an inference that the learning preferences positively affect the clinical competencies of the radiologic interns, providing the institution a broader perspective on improving the interns' educative capacity. It also strengthens the Radiologic Technology program, giving importance to the three generated themes: Rehearsals of procedures, Application more than Theories, and Demonstration of Skills.

Arts  and  Technology  has  been  involved  in  an  interaction  with  each  other  since  the  existence  of  Human  being. Technological  innovations  have  not  only included the society but also the art. ’The New Media’concept which has  been  the  focus  of  this  issue  has  also  affected the  visual  communication  design.The  visual  communication design  has  acreative  process  in  which  the  technology  and  design  are  combined  and  communication  is established.  Additionally,  the  decrease  in  the  interest  in  desktop  publishing  has  led  to  the  development  of  the concept of ‘the new media.’The new media design concept has been an important field especially in the developing  countries. Because,  in  our  century  where  competency  almost  disclaims  right  of  living  to  the  other, the companies and trademarks are making use of the power of visual communication designin order to bring up their  productions  one  step  forward  than  the  others,  to  boost  their  pre-occupyingness,  and  to  turn  will  of purchasing into permanency. In this study, the reasons for the innovation-visual communication design into the digital field, along with the new media concept have been addressed.

Az utóbbi évtizedekben rendkívüli mértékben felgyorsult technológiai fejlődés és az IKT eszközök egyre jelentősebb térhódítása következtében kialakuló információs társadalom számos új kihívást generált tagjai számára. Megváltozott az információhoz jutás módja, sebessége, új kommunikációs formák jöttek létre, átalakultak a munkaerő piac követelményei. Folyamatosan csökken azoknak a szakmáknak az aránya, melyek a digitális írástudás legalább minimális szintje nélkül is betölthetők és a hétköznapi tevékenységeinkhez is egyre nélkülözhetetlenebbé válnak ezek az ismeretek.
A változások természetesen az oktatásira is hatást gyakoroltak, sőt elengedhetetlenül fontossá vált az IKT eszközök alkalmazása, magas szintű integrálása az oktatási folyamatba. Ha ugyanis a XXI. századi tanulókat XX. századi eszközökkel és módszerekkel oktatjuk, akkor a diákok érdeklődése, motiváltsága és ezzel szoros összefüggésben a tanítási folyamat hatékonysága, eredményessége a legtöbb esetben meglehetősen alacsony szintű lesz. Azonban ha használni kezdjük a digitális technológiát, akkor jelentős javulást érhetünk el, de a napjaink igényeinek valóban megfelelő oktatás csak akkor valósulhat meg, ha a módszereken is változtatunk. Ez a könyv ezt a bonyolult, soktényezős, jelenleg is zajló folyamatot vizsgálja.

What does the idea of the FAKE ART exhibition consist in? The nature of art, according to Brzeziński, lies in the sign. The sign is the material means (the medium) and the object to which it refers (meaning). Digital video, though, does not have the characteristics typical for other media (a pixel is not a feature of vector graphics, image flatness is not a feature of a 3D image, and each image may be printed or projected in various ways.) Thus, it is features of the final form of presentation, not features of the digital image, that constitute artifacts and visible features. In this respect, the digital image is a perfect potentiality: its characteristic feature is a lack of features. Brzeziński has coined the term of ‘d-effect’ in order to render the double relationship between an effect and a defect, to undermine ‘failure’ aesthetics by introducing the term of ‘fake’.

What consequences does it bring to the digital image aesthetics? Media art has traditionally equated the meaning with the medium, exploring aesthetic properties of the medium. Tautological forms have been created which, supposedly, refer the meaning to the medium itself. Fake art aims to transcend this construction and refer digital image to other media since digital video lacks intrinsic features and cannot naively refer to itself. In this respect, the idea of art according to Brzeziński thus approaches the classic situation known from figurative art which depicts external meanings in the medium, for instance, a deer painted on canvas using oil paint or a light projection on the wall. Classic art also equates the form with the content. Brzeziński reinstates the sign in the digital era. Instead of simulating the deer or depicting the medium itself, FAKE ART strives to falsify other media. With the use of one medium, it visualizes impossible constructions of another medium, uses irony and generates absurd research results.

For example, Brzeziński simulates an explosion of gold nano-particles or a process of bacterial incubation which is calculated in 3D space on the basis of a DNA code of a flu virus. From the scientific point of view, these constitute absurd actions, non-existent in nature, neither discovering nor depicting the truth about the world. Nevertheless, in the context of art, they acquire an aesthetic, often metaphorical or symbolical dimension. Structures of this type, which infect science and transform it into art, are actualisations of conceptual art. Processing of objects, images and artifacts of the cognitive process aims to blur the obviousness of conclusions drawn and sometimes to fabricate theories that would have a social, political, religious or even mystical dimension. This dimension, however, will only come into being as a result of interpreting a fraudulent fact.

This professional thesis brings a set of solutions involving technology in order to improve education in Morocco. The recommendations are set to gradually integrate technology in the training of teachers, to give them key insight to drive lessons and improve their abilities. This step by step integration enables to have feedback along the way to improve itself; and relate to the logic of building an ecosystem of knowledge and capabilities involving both public and private sector, at the regional level. In order to do so, the thesis anchor the historical context of Moroccan education. Then assess the key stakeholders: children, teachers and policy makers. Upon those findings, it suggests a disruptive way to address the quality problem in education. Finally, to achieve reliable recommendations, built upon a partnership with the innovative private sector, it examines the local technology and startup scene.

Abstract- This paper presents the design of a Digital Clock that displays 24-hours, minutes and seconds. A time-based oscillator containing a 555 timer Integrated Circuit (IC) in an astable mode with a frequency of 1Hz provides the clock pulses for the seconds display. On each of the Dual Seven-Segment (7-Segment) displays for hours, minutes and seconds, Binary Coded Decimal (BCD) counters converts each clock pulse received into a 4 bit 8421 synchronous logic output. Display decoders/drivers connected to each 7-Segment display decodes the 4-bit 8421 logic and converts it to a 7-Segment display codes. The dual-7-Segment displays of each of the hours, minutes and seconds output the figures 0 to 9 according to the set time. The clock is designed to work with the stabilized 9V DC voltage power supply.

Diese Arbeit erforscht anhand des größten deutschen christlichen Kanals auf YouTube, was die Zuschauer des Kanals genau an diesem anspricht, wo die Zuschauer derzeit in Bezug auf das Christentum stehen, inwieweit und wodurch die christliche Botschaft diese auch tatsächlich erreicht und welche Auswirkungen diese Botschaft auf sie hat. Grundlage dafür bildet eine Erhebung mittels Online-Fragebogen an der 2757 Zuschauer teilgenommen haben.

The question of interactivity in technical commu-nication is complex. First, building interactive technical documents means relinquishing some amount of control over authorship, readership, and document presentation, each of which can be frightening for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is the uncertainty involved in this process. Second, interactivity in technical documentation must also compete with interactivity in entertainment, a moving industry target with billions of R&D dollars invested each year.

Las tecnologías de la información se han convertido en herramientas inseparables de las personas del siglo XXI. Al mismo tiempo, Internet, blogs, medios sociales, telefonía móvil y otras tecnologías emergentes, han abierto un gran campo de acción en el entorno cambiante de los medios.
