Azerbaycan küresel turizm piyasası içerisinde önemli bir oyuncu olma potansiyeline sahiptir. Bu potansiyelin işgal altındaki Karabağ'ın azat edilmesiyle önümüzdeki dönemde daha da artması beklenmektedir. 2020 yılı sonunda Azerbaycan'da, Karabağ'da işgal altındaki toprakların 44 günlük Vatan Muharebesiyle (sert güç ile) azat edilmesiyle yeni bir dönem başlamıştır. Azerbaycan, "Kafkasya'nın Cenneti'ni dünyanın turizm merkezi haline getireceğiz" stratejisiyle Karabağ'da turizm alanında önemli yatırımlara başlamıştır. Çünkü Karabağ bölgesi doğal güzellikleri, tarihi dokusu, kültürel zenginlikleri ve endemik bitki örtüsüyle turizm sektörü için el değmemiş bir coğrafyadır. Bu çalışmada Karabağ'da turistleri cezbedecek yumuşak güç unsurlarına değinilmektedir. Bu unsurların turizm potansiyelinin, Azerbaycan'a ekonomik getirisinin öneminin ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu araştırma sert güç (muharebe) ile işgalden özgürleştirilen Azerbaycan topraklarının yumuşak güç potansiyeli bakımından değerlendirilmesini içermektedir. Bu nedenle çalışma, örneklem olarak ele alınan Karabağ'ın yumuşak güç potansiyelinin turizmle birlikte "Azerbaycan için nasıl yumuşak güç unsuru" haline getirebileceğinin tartışılması açısından önemlidir.

This monograph presents two phases of the Armenian-Azerbaijani war – 1988-1994 and 2014-2015. It expands on the roots and causes of the conflict as well as on the possible solutions thereof.

(ISBN 9781366927606) This book presents a discussion of inter-ethnic conflicts in post-Soviet South Caucasus and analyses of the struggle for independence in Nagorno Karabakh and Abkhazia, two failed Soviet autonomies, from a sociological perspective. Drawing on comparative case studies of the two former Soviet autonomies, it argues that when social and political restructuring is resisted or ignored by a dominant social group over a long period of time, alternative measures are sought by minority groups either to force a change or to create a new social order, especially when 'historic' opportunities are presented. Minority-majority relations in the process of restructuring involve territorial claims, ethnicity, economic inequalities, cultural differences, religion, social customs, political inequalities, access to political power, and group interests.

To understand the causes of events related to the Karabakh issue, one should  consider the historical background and causes of the Armenian-Azerbaijan  contradictions in the region. Like every other conflict, the Armenian-Azerbaijan  conflict also has its roots. In order to reach a better understanding of its essence, it is necessary to shed light on the core of the conflict, for which we have to go back to the XVIII. and early XIX. centuries, as the very origins of the conflict lay there.
Its basis starts with the first quarter of XVIII. century military and political expansion of Russia in the South Caucasus, where the Armenian element was assigned the role of social support for the Russians in the region as well as the Christian outpost in the fight against Muslim Turkey and Iran. After winning two Russo-Iranian wars (1804-1813; 1826-1828) and Russo-Turkish wars (1828-1829) Russia ultimately
augmented its power in the South Caucasus. Thus, the special article of
Turkmanchay (Article XV) and Adrianopole (or Edirne) (Article XIII) created a favorable atmosphere for the mass resettlement of Turkish and Iran Armenians to the South Caucasus territories, which started the process lasting for a century.

Abstract
In 1988, after the rally, carried out in protest against the violence towards Azerbaijanis in Armenia and
Nagorno-Karabakh, riots took place in Sumgait with participation of the Armenian extremists. 26 Armenians and 6
Azerbaijanis were killed. The investigation has established that one of the organizers of the riots was an Armenian
Eduard Grigorian who brutally killed 5 Armenians. After the riots that occurred in Sumgait, some Armenians had
left the city for Khankendi.
Compared with academic journals in Azerbaijan, there were few articles in Turkish academic journals during
1988-2001. It was also due to the fact that the scientific and cultural relations between the two countries had entered
the new stage of formation. Although there are numerous studies on the genocide  committed by Armenians in
Azerbaijan in 2001-2018 in the scientific researches of the Azerbaijan and Turkey media, there is no separate
research. This once again shows the resumption of the research work. In the modern era, the claims of the
Armenians to lying land continue. This also reinforces the relevance and importance of the topic once again.
The main purpose of the research is to analyze the root and historical facts of genocide facts in Azerbaijani
academic journals, to evaluate the Nagorno-Karabakh problem and international law and to analyze the genocide
issue in Turkey academic journals. In paper will be used from the comparative-analytical and scientific description
of methods of analysis. The author's point of view will be shown in concrete specimens.

This article discusses the role of Garabagh lords in the establishment and consolidation of Safavid state in the first quarter of the 16th century. The author explains the activities of such Garabagh lords as Piri Beg Qajar, Rustam Beg Qajar, Qaraja Ahmad Sultan Qajar, Sardar Beg Qajar, Bayram Khan Qaramanlu, Shahmuhammad Beg Qarabaghi, Gulamali Beg Qarabaghi etc. Relationships Shah Ismail Khatai with Garabagh lords set in the context of history and folklore.

Çalışmada Azerbaycan edebiyatında Karabağ temalı şiirler incelenmiş
olup, bu şiirler mekâna duyulan özlem, yurt, dağ, mezar gibi konu başlıkları açısından sınıflandırılmıştır. Özlem duygusu içeren metinlerde şair ve bulunduğu mekân arasındaki çatışmalar ağır basmakta, yitirilmiş yurtlara dönmek arzusu daha çok uçuş imgesi ile ifade edilmekte, geçmişte yaşanılmış anıların şiirde işlenmesi sık sık görülmektedir. Şairler şiirde arzu edatları (örneğin, kaş, kaş ki, gidebileydim vb.) ile özlenen mekânlara kavuşmanı, olumsuz filler ile ise yaşanılan hasreti betimlemişlerdir. Şiirlerde acizlik ve çaresizlik gibi ruh halleri işlenmiş, özlem duyulan varlıklarda hasretin giderilmesi, onların esaretten kurtarılması mistik boyutlarla gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Karabakh is one of the most ancient provinces of Azerbaijan. It is an inseparable part of Azerbaijan. The word "Karabakh" has created from joining of the words "Kara" and "Bakh". The word Kara, not only means "black", but also "great", "thick", "brave man". And the word Bakh 
reserved its meaning as "a place to grow something".
Since the beginning of 1988, there has been a serious conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan for Karabakh, which is an ancient land of the Oghuz-Turks. Hence a bill was passed about being split of Karabakh from Azerbaijan and merging into Armenia in 1989. After the beginning of military operations by the Armenian Armed Forces in 1991 and the declaration of Karabakh as "the Republic of Mountainous Karabakh" illegally, the conflict became more intense. And it was resulted by the
occupation of seven regions of Azerbaijan including the territories of Mountainous Karabakh by the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia.
The beginning of the expansionist policy against Azerbaijan by Armenia, the situation of the war, the occupation process of the territories of Azerbaijan, and the occupying regime built in Azerbaijan influenced the literature of Azerbaijan as well.
Karabakh war has taken a great place not only in the other kinds of art but also in Azerbaijani literature. The first samples, in which the subjects of them were about Karabakh, were written about the 20th of January massacre, committed in 1990. Since then the themes about the war and national independence were included in the Azerbaijani poems. According to the lives in the battle-fields, the poems of 1990-1994 were generally about the challenging to the people, hatred against the
enemies, refugees, longing for their lost lands.
Since the beginning of 1992, due to the occupation of Azerbaijan and Khojaly Massacre, the people became discouraged. As they were defenceless, after this terrifying massacre the people who didn't
want to lose their native lands had to leave the border lines as a whole and it led to the occupation of those lands by the enemy in a short time. This historical process resulted in innocent victims, loss of lands
and refugee life, misery and losing hearts. Since then the powerful addresses in literature were substituted with deep emotions. In most part of the poems written after 1994, the main topics were about ignoring the horror of war, wishes and principles and the description of disorders arising in the hearts of the people were described in a sentimental way. As the people couldn't accept the occupation of their lands and the tragedy of becoming refugees, those topics were the general part of the poems. Besides, the poets of those terms generally wrote about national, social and political deficiencies.
More than seven poems were investigated and they were classified under the title of nostomania, mountain and grave sickness as the people were longing to return back their homelands. In the poems of
which the main themes were about nostomania, the poets wish to fly like a bird or to become wind. And those conceptions were foreground of this investigation. The motive of flying, which is written in most
parts of the poems, expresses the wish of returning back to the palmy days lived in the past and it symbolizes inconvenience between the place and the poet. And as the poets couldn't make the dreams
come true they tried to reflect those dreams in a mystical way. They described their lands as how they remembered in their poems and they wrote as of how their lands were seemed in the eyes of the other
countries by drawing up their sick feelings in an aching heart. In some poems, the poets condemn the people who left their occupied lands confined to be forgotten and made this as a habit by describing
cutting off the connections with those lands, the horror of the war and the helplessness of the citizens against the attacks, sorrowfully and in a natural way. While investigating those poems we can obviously
see that the poets condemned both themselves and the society for not being able to protect their lands.
And this made them feel regret and sorrow.
The poems, that were written after the temporary peace contract and the themes of which were about Karabakh, were full of the feelings of guilt and shame. The main ideas of those poems were about the questioning of loss and obligation of the people to account before their consciences. The poets couldn't accept not gathering in hard days of the country as a part of this society and not being able to fulfil their obligation, so they drew up all those feelings in their poems.
The poets compared their past days in their lost lands as paradise, but their recent days without their homeland as hell. By this way, they wanted to describe their past days as good memories in their
poems. They used the words meaning wish and desire, such as "I wish", "if only" and the phrases " would be able to go" or "I would be able to see". Those words and phrases showed how they longed their
lands and also they expressed their feelings by using the phrases in the negative form such as " unable to go", "unable to build", "I couldn't feel satisfied with the mountains" or "Don't pick the strings of the saz"
e.t.c. The general moods of the poems were mostly about helplessness and desperation, and the poets admit that they are only able to remind the people what happened as an individual citizen and they
challenge the society to revenge as a solution of the problem.
We can say that in the Azerbaijani literature, the poets, whose themes of their poems were mainly about Karabakh, tend to express their feelings of the loss of their homeland by using the words meaning place and objects. Personalization of everything in that places and expression of the things they suffered from in a metaphorical way (for instance the collapsing of the top of the mountains under the feet of the enemies, crying of a well, or not singing of the birds or comparing their lands with a lost beauty e.t.c) are the main factors for classifying the styles of the poets.
The things, especially "mountain", were personalized by the poets in their poems. The reason for this is due to a close connection between the mountain and God. As a human being believes the power of
the one who created all the being things and he has always been described as an intangible and inaccessible asset, his eternity has been admired and he was thought to be on the sky and has been ever
searched there unlike he was always called with different names. The greatest wish of a human has always been to see, to touch, to greet and to meet God. That's why height and eternity have considered as
the place of God and the geographical beings, especially mountains were thought as the closest means for reaching him. The mountains also have been considered as the path to him.
Moreover, we can observe that sickness feelings were expressed by the dream motives in the poems the themes of which are about Karabakh. The dreams have the symbolic meanings in these poems.
The reason for this is that the dreams have preserved their magic up to recent times and they have been considered as the message carrier from the past.

The article deals with a brief history of Karabakh and the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict between the two republics of South Caucasus-Azerbaijan and Armenia, including the primary aim of defining the ethno-political processes and historical occurrences as emerging the Armenian problem in the Azerbaijani territory of Nogorno-Karabakh (Azerbaijani: Dağlıq Qarabağ). The aim of this writing is to learn how and why this ethnic, religious and political conflict appeared between Armenian and local population of Nogorno-Karabakh. Of course, all the remarkable factors in this article let us prove that the initial indigenous people of Karabakh were the Azerbaijani Turks. In fact, Karabakh historically and legally is an integral territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan recognized by the international community.

Çağdaş Azerbaycan nesrinde, 1960 kuşağı yazarları arasında yer alan Elçin Efendiyev; öykü, povest, tiyatro ve roman gibi birçok türde eser kaleme almıştır. Yazarın “Bayraqdar” povestinde, 1992’deki işgalden önce Şuşa’da yaşayan Azerbaycan Türklerinin yaşamlarından kesitler sunulurken, işgalden sonra Bakü’ye göçe zorlanmaları sonucunda yaşadıkları sıkıntı ve buhranlar yansıtılmaktadır. Bakü’de Buzovna kasabasına göçen insanların 1992’de Şuşa’da yaşadıkları siyasi karışıklıkları, Buzovna’daki sosyolojik ve iktisadi durumlarını ve bireysel psikolojilerini kendi penceresinden kurguya aktaran Elçin Efendiyev, bu povestinde yarattığı karakter ve tipler üzerinden okuyucuya “tarihî hikâyeler” sunmaktadır. Yazar bu hikâyelerde, kimi zaman dış dünyadaki olay ve kimliklere de atıfta bulunmuş ve bunlardan istifade etmiştir.

Tarihte Şuşa işgalinin ele alındığı bu povest, Elçin Efendiyev’in kaleminden okuyucuların dikkatine sunulmuştur. Povestte dış dünyadaki birtakım tarihî bilgilerin bilinmesi, ele alınan konunun daha iyi anlamlandırılması açısından önem taşıyabilir. Bununla beraber söz konusu metin, bir tarihî belge olarak değil; yazarın tarihî olaylardan yola çıkmak suretiyle kendi kurgusunu yarattığı edebî bir eser olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda makalede tarihî ve sosyolojik eleştiri yöntemi kullanılsa da metinin her şeye rağmen bir kurgu olduğu esası temel alınmıştır.

War is always a tragedy. There are no winners in the war. Each side is losing something. As for the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh, there are two conflicting views on both sides, which should be considered in detail.

Öz Güney Kafkasya'nın en önemli sorunlarından birisi Karabağ sorunudur. Sorunun farklı boyutlarından ve günümüzdeki duruma gelmesinde farklı aşamalardan bahsetmek mümkündür. Ancak sorunun temellerinin anlaşılması açısından XIX. yüzyılın başlarıyla XX. yüzyılın başları arasındaki yaklaşık 100 yıllık dönem üzerinde özellikle durulması gerekiyor. Bahsedilen bu dönemde bölgeye yönelik etnik göçler ve sonrasındaki Rus politikaları XX. yüzyılın sonlarında sorunun günümüzdeki şekliyle ortaya çıkması açısından önemli (hatta belirleyici) olmuştur. Rusya Osmanlı ve Gacarlar ile mücadelelerinde sağladığı başarılar sonrasında Kafkasya'da egemenliğini güçlendirmiş, bu stratejisi doğrultusunda bölgenin etnik yapısı üzerinde de oynamıştır. Rusya'nın Kafkasya'da bir Ermeni devletinin kurulması çabaları bazı Ermeni örgütlerinin " büyük Ermenistan " hayali ile birleşince Güney Kafkasya'da ve Anadolu'da etnik çatışmalar kaçınılmaz olmuştur. Bu çalışmada özellikle Kafkasya bölgesi için yürütülen mücadele, bu çerçevede özellikle 19. yüzyıl boyunca Güney Kafkasya'ya gerçekleştirilen Ermeni göçleri, 19. yüzyılın sonlarındaki Ermeni örgütlenmeleri, XX. yüzyılın başlarındaki çatışmalar çerçevesinde Karabağ sorununun temellerinin atılması süreci anlatılacaktır. Abstract One of the most important problems of the South Caucasus is the Karabakh conflict. One can speak about different dimensions of the conflict and the different stages of the current situation. But in terms of understanding conflict's fundaments it is important to focus especially on the time of about 100-years period from the early 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. Ethnic migrations towards the region following Russian politics during this period was important (even decisive) for revealing of this problem in the late 20th century. Russia has strengthened its domination in the Caucasus after success in fight against the Gajars and the Ottomans, and has managed to play well on the ethnic structure of the region in the interest of its own strategy. Russia's efforts for establishing an Armenian state in the Caucasus coupled with imaginations of some Armenian organizations of "great Armenia" made unavoidable ethnic confrontations in the South Caucasus and in Anatolia. The struggle for the Caucasus, in this context the Armenian migration held in South Caucasus especially in the 19th century, Armenian organizations at the end of the 19th century, foundation laying process of the Karabakh conflict in the beginning of the 20th century in the framework of confrontations-all these topics will be in the focus of this study.

değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. İlk olarak makalede uluslararası hukuk açısından tanınmanın ve ayrılmanın tanımının ne olduğu
ele alınarak bir başlık altında değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci başlık olan, Kosova’nın Tarihi isimli başlık altında Kosova Cumhuriyetini
tarihi ele alınmıştır. Bu başlık altında Kosova’nın bağımlı olduğu Yugoslavya Federal Halk Cumhuriyeti ve 1963-1974 Anayasası
değerlendirilmiştir. Bağımsızlık süreci isimli alt başlıkta Kosova Cumhuriyetinin Soğuk Savaş sonrası Sırbistan tarafından 1974
Anayasası yok sayılarak ilhak edilmesi ve 1998 yılında NATO’nun Yugoslavya’nı bombalaması belirtilmiştir. Aynı başlık altında
Kosova’nın bağımsızlık kazama süreci incelenerek detaylı şekilde gösterilmiştir. Kırım’ın Tarihi adlı başlıkta Kırım yarımadasının
tarihi arşivler taranarak detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Bu başlıkta Kırım Türklerinin SSCB tarafından göç edilmeye maruz
kalmalarına ve 1960 yılına gelindiğinde ise bu yarımadanın Ukrayna’ya verilmesine yer verilerek belirtilmiştir. Azerbaycan
Cumhuriyetinin Kuruluşu ve Dağlık Karabağ Sorunu adlı başlıkta Dağlık Karabağ bölgesinin tarihi arşivler taranarak detaylı bir
şekilde ele alınmıştır. Bu başlıkta Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti tarihi ve Dağlık Karabağ sorunu çerçevesinde Azerbaycanlılarının bu
bölgeden SSCB tarafından zorla çıkarılması göç edilmeye maruz kalmaları ve 1918-1990 yılları arasında bu bölgeye Ermenilerin
yerleştirilmesi belirtilmiştir. İlaveten de ‘‘Dağlık Karabağ Sorunu’’ adlı alt başlıkta Dağlık Karabağ’a verilen sözde özerklik durumu
detaylıca açıklanmıştır. Son başlıkta ise Kosova, Kırım ve Dağlık Karabağ’ın ayrılmalarının uluslararası hukukun tanımı kurumu
açısından ele alınarak değerlendirilerek Analiz edilmiştir.

Abstract
Since 1988 year as a result of influence of intensive political situation the public-city crossed to the front row in literary process and Karabakh theme played important role in publicity. The works of publicism wich have been published in different numbers of “Azerbaijan” journal Baylar Mammadov’s “Yesterday, today and tomor-row of Shusha”, Hamlet Goja’s “Who blur Water?”, Nizami Maharramov’s (Kazim bey) “Tehran 47: “Dashnaktsutyun” and Azerbaijan fortune”, Wahid Meher¬remov’s “Terrible days of captivity”, “Diary journal of battle-front of  fighter girl”, Sey¬fed¬din Al¬tayli’s “Karabakh-Western Azerbaijan and armenian allegations”? Abul¬fat Gasi-mov’s “Genocide” and etc. are about Karabakh theme. The basic problem in this works is the historical roots of the aggressive policy of armenians, the tragic war of psixologizm, the exposure of armenian genocide.

Под влиянием сложившейся с 1988 года напряжённой политической обста-новки в литературном процессе на первые позиции перешла публи¬цисти¬ка, в которой ведущую роль занимала тема Карабаха. В номерах журнала «Азер¬-байджан» печатались публицистические статьи по карабахской теме Бей¬ляра Мамедова «Вчерашнее, сегодняшнее и завтрашнее Шуши», Гамлета Год¬жи «Кто мутит воду?», Низами Магеррамова (Казим бека) «Тегеран 47: “Даш¬накцутюн” и азербайджанская история», Вахида Магеррамова «Жут¬кие дни плена», «Фронтовой дневник девушки-бойца», Сейфеддина Алтайлы «Ка¬ра¬бах – Западный Азербайджан и армянские притязания», Абульфата Гасымова «Геноцид» и др. Главной проблемой которых являлось выявление историических корней армянской захватнической политики, трагический психологизм войны, разоблачение геноцида со стороны армян.

The Ottoman Archive documents confirming the genocide of Azerbaijanis in the Republic of Armenia in 1919

The Ottoman Archive materials have great importance in reveal of the countless crimes carried out by the Armenians against civil Azerbaijani population in the Caucasus at the end of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In our article only one of them – the document which tells about the massacre committed against the Muslim population on the territory of present Armenian 1919 – is researched. At the same time the range of methodological issues linked with the study of the Ottoman Archive documents had been mentioned. Transcription and translation of the presented to the academic circles document is given at the end of the article.

NARRATIVE ORIENTATION AND AXIOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THEMATIC SONGS ON ARTSAKH WAR

This article deals with the scientific issue of the narrative orientation and axiological significance of Artsakh War songs – yet not properly investigated in the Armenian scientific literature. Our theses state, that these songs are in consistent interdependence and correlation with their prototypes, composed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Thus, there is a strong organic tie between the past, the present and the future which is made on the literary basis and expressed in the songs.
    Due to the victorious outcome of the Artsakh War, thematic songs on Artsakh War are void of classical sorrow songs which were partly peculiar to the songs of the previous generation of the Armenian Liberty Fight.
    The author has divided Artsakh War thematic songs into three distinct groups: songs dedicated to Artsakh in general and its different villages in particular, songs having general warlike character and songs dedicated to different battalions, commanders and heroes-volunteers.

5 ноября 1724 г. в Коллегии иностранных дел в Санкт-Петербурге посланники карабахского армянского войска сделали следующее заявление: “А их всего армянского народу, военного и протчаго, одной карабахской провинции, которые желают притти под протекцию его императорского величества, будет со сто тысяч дворов, кроме другой армянской провинции, зовомой Капан, которая между карабахской провинции и Эривана, от них 3 дни езды, и армяня той капанской провинции с ними в одном согласии и такожде под протекциею его императорского величества быть желают; а народу армянского в той капанской провинции более, нежели в карабахской, и большая часть купецких людей”. Исходя из того, что наименьшее число членов армянских семей сотавляло 5 человек, можно заключить, что общее число населения “большого” Карабаха насчитывало 500,000 душ в 1724 году (куда входит и армянская часть населения города Гандзак (Гянджа) вместе с окрестными армянскими деревнями), которые во время неудачного штурма Гандзака османской армией в октябре 1723 г. перебрались в Карабах

Tehran şəhərinə son elmi ezamiyyətimiz zamanı tariximiz üçün əhəmiyyətli olan bir sıra mənbələri və araşdırma əsərlərini əldə etdik. Bu əsərlər arasında İran tarixçisi Pərviz Zare Şahmərəsinin Qarabağ tarixi ilə bağlı monoqrafiyası xüsusi aktuallıq kəsb edir. “Qarabağname: əz ədvar-e kohən ta doure-ye moaser” (“Qarabağnamə: qədim zamanlardan müasir dövrə qədər”) adını daşıyan və 626 səhifə həcmində olan monoqrafiya hicri-şəmsi təqvimi ilə 1389-cu (miladi 2010-2011) ildə Tehranın “Şirazə” nəşriyyatında 500 tirajla farsca nəşr edilmişdir. Kitab ön sözdən, yeddi fəsildən, nəticədən, əlavələrdən və istifadə olunmuş ədəbiyyatın siyahısından ibarətdir.

Artık çeryek asırdır ki, Yukarı Karabağ sorunu adlandırılarak ortaya atılmış olan bu problem, Azerbaycan halkının ve Azerbaycan devletinin ekonomik ve toplumun refah düzeyinin kalkınmasında çok önemli bir engel olmakta ve bölgenin normal şekilde dünyaya entegrasyonuna imkan vermemekte ve genellikle tüm Kafkasya bölgesinde güvenlik sorunlarının ortaya çıkmasına neden olmaktadır. Dağlık Karabağ Azerbaycan’ın tarih boyu ayrılmaz, bölünmez bir hissesi olmuş ve şimdi de hissesidir. Dağlık Karabağ Özerk Cumhuriyyeti, Azerbaycan devleti sınırları içinde otonom bir bölgedir. 1923 yılından bu yana Azerbaycan Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyeti tarafından yönetilmiştir. Karabağ’ın yeni başkenti Hankenti, eski başkenti ise yüksek dağ tepesinde, bir doğu şehri olan Şuşa şehri olmuştur.

It was February of 2020 year that the publication of "Managibname"  (Sufi stories) of Pir Muhammed Garabaghi was planned, that we were wishing for many years. Although "Miras" Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage could not continue its “Historical Karabakh Heritage Documentation Project” (Gafar Jabiyev, Fariz Khalilli. Historical Karabagh Region Heritage Documentation Project // "Terrorism, Migrations, Refugees - Contemporary Challanges on Cultural Identities, Heritage, Economy, Tourism and Media" Conference Proceedings, 17-19 January 2016. Ohrid: 2017, p. 11-18), it established a new “Karabakh Heritage Research Community” in February 2020. The project of publishing manuscripts and documentaries by the community began with Pir Muhammed’s “Managibname” (azertag.az 22.09.2020).
