Livestock play a vital role in the agriculture and rural economics of the developing world. Animal husbandry is a major economic activity of the rural peoples, especially in the Chittorgarh district of Southern Rajasthan. A field survey was conducted to study goat housing and management practices of 120 respondents of 8 villages of Chittorgarh and Kapasan tehsils of Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan were interviewed. Frequencies were work out for each attributes and percentage were calculated to draw inferences. Most of goat owners has open goat shed attached to own house with floor made by dung and clay. Majority of goat owners used manger feeding (60percentage) which was mostly made of wooden type (55.56percentage). All goat owners used to water trough and cleaning and washing of goat house regularly. This research observed the factors, which influenced attitude (ATT) and job satisfaction (JS), through the mediating role of Intellectual capital (IC) and organization commitment (OC) on job performance (JP) in business institute Lahore, Pakistan. The research was carried out in the education sector of Lahore using convenience-sampling techniques. 420 questionnaires were distributed among all academic staffs. Questionnaire included 29 items in total. Analysis has been done through Smart PLS (Ringle, C.M., Wende,S., and Becker, 2015). Future research & limitations has also been discussed in this research. There are nine hypotheses out of which six showed significant paths. However, the rest showed statistically insignificant results. Banking firms face an industry specific set of agency problems. The heavily regulated nature of the industry alters the shareholder/manger relationship. The scope of market discipline in the industry is severely limited due to regulatory oversight. This article surveys the state of the corporate governance literature with an emphasis on reviewing the agency problems unique to the banking industry.

The present study was conducted purposively in Washi tahasil of Osmanabad district of Marathwada Region of Maharashtra to ascertain the feeding and housing followed by livestock owners in livestock fodder camps. The study was conducted during December, 2015 to June 2016 and data were collected from randomly selected 160 livestock owners through personal interview with the help of pre structured schedule from four villages selected at random. The present study revealed that majority (91.87%) of the livestock owners fed to their animals readymade concentrates feed followed by readymade+ homemade (08.12%) in the livestock fodder camps. Whereas 100 per cent of the livestock owners followed stall feeding in livestock fodder camps during drought. This study sought to examine the relationship between the components of SMEs social capital and firm performance. Using the social capital theory and the resource-based view as the theoretical foundations and census, 1,532 SMEs were selected in the Accra Metropolis for the study. Empirical results from 717 SMEs, utilising the hierarchical linear regression model, revealed that owner/manger’s network relationships are beneficial to the firm depending on when the relationships are closed or opened. Moreover, the study found that social capital has a significant impact on the sales and market performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. The results also brought to the fore the fact that most social networks of SME entrepreneurs are family, friends and relatives, which most times can only be used for expressive purposes and not for instrumental gain. The practical implications of the results are also discussed.

Resources overexploitation generated by food waste, and health issues associated with food consumption, drive the public authorities to think about how to promote more sustainable behaviors. This study focuses on how food waste practices and practices associated with eating-well organize into routines. The analysis is based on practice theories. Using the method of collage applied to a sample of 21 participants, results reveal different degrees of flexibility in the routines, suggesting a variable impact on food waste and eating-well. This work also shows that either the environment or the carriers of practices mostly condition the practices. This work contributes (1) to the application of practices theories to food.
