Instagram sebagai jejaring sosial yang dijadikan sebagai sarana untuk  identitas,  kekerabatan, peluang bisnis, serta aktivitas untuk menangkap dan menciptakan sebuah momen yang dapat dibagikan.

Syncretism is a concept that has a wide scope. It has been discussed in various aspects by scholars in various fields such as theology, history of religion and anthropology. Since the terminology of syncretism being introduced in the academic stream, various definitions have been given by scholars to explain the phenomenon of syncretism in the community either positively or negatively (pejorative). In the study of religion, syncretism has become one of the categories being debated and controversial concept because the term depicted 'impurity' or 'not authentic'. Although the terminology has widely used by Western scholars to discuss on the phenomenon of syncretism on ancient and Christian society, but the terminology also been used in describing the phenomena that occur in Muslim societies. Therefore, this paper will explain the concept of syncretism from an Islamic perspective to ensure the exact term is used to describe the phenomenon that occurs in the Muslim community.

This PhD thesis is an extended critical investigation of Martin Heidegger’s influential account of the problem of phenomenality, i.e., of how things show up as meaningful phenomena in our experience. As such, it is also a study of his effort to develop and probe the question of phenomenology, i.e., what it means to see, understand, and articulate such phenomena. The aim of the thesis is both historical and systematic. On the one hand, it offers a unified interpretation of how Heidegger’s struggle with the problem of phenomenality unfolds during the main stages of his philosophical development, from the early Freiburg lecture courses 1919-1923, over the Marburg years and the publication of Being and Time in 1927, up to his later thinking stretching from the mid 1930s to the early 1970s. It is argued that the problem of phenomenality constitutes one of the core problems that Heidegger is concerned with from beginning to end, and that focusing on this problem allows us to shed new light on the philosophical logic and motives behind the main changes that his thinking undergoes along the way. On the other hand, the thesis examines both the philosophical power and the problems and ambiguities of Heidegger’s consecutive attempts to account for the structure and dynamics of phenomenality. In particular, it critically interrogates Heidegger's basic idea that our experience of meaningful phenomena is determined by our prior understanding of the historical contexts of meaning in which we always already live. A central argument of the thesis is that Heidegger’s conception of the historical structure of phenomenality raises the decisive question of how to distinguish between historical prejudice and primordial understanding, and that Heidegger’s inability to answer this question in Being and Time generates a deep ambiguity between his program of historical-destructive thinking and his employment of a Husserlian intuition-based phenomenological method in his concrete investigation. Moreover, it is argued that Heidegger’s later thinking of the clearing/event of being is centrally motivated by the effort to answer precisely this question by showing how a historical world can arise and give itself as a binding destiny. Ultimately, however, the thesis suggests – elaborating on the criticisms previously presented by, e.g., Ernst Tugendhat and Emmanuel Levinas – that Heidegger’s radical historicization of phenomenality makes him unable to account either for the truth of our understanding or for the ethical-existential significance of other persons.

This paper, written in the course of a Research Master specializing in English studies, questions a wide-ranging literary
phenomenon: the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. This reflection is based on the observation of this character’s
permanency and universality, whose identity transcended, throughout the years, the strict scope of its creation. This
research paper considersthe reasons of such a universal success, for a character who is referenced just about everywhere,
whatever the time and place, who takes multiple forms in both our daily lives and in the diverse shapes taken by culture
(Literature, art, cinema, television…). This study relies on the reading of the original short stories written by Arthur Conan
Doyle, his autobiography, as well as the analysis of the various adaptations and pastiches that were made after the
detective’s adventures generated such a huge enthusiasm. In addition to these readings and viewings, this paper is
complemented by previous reflections on the character and his author. This research work was furthermore completed
thanks to the reading of documents regarding Sherlock Holmes’ context of creation, the Victorian era, as this period had
a very important role to play in the understanding of the character. The main idea that came out of this reflection is that
Sherlock Holmes is no longer, nowadays, only a character of fiction. He is an idea, a concept, a symbol, which makes him
seem so omnipresent.

The phenomenon in Kant´s therory has no colour, no sound, no weight, no hardness, no substance, no force, no divisibility it is only figure and Kant is not absolutely clear when refers the words «empirical intuition» meaning the content of the phenomenon.

Stress in human being, has become one of the powerful aspects in the contemporary life. This negative pressure creates a sudden thought-attack and brings forth complications to human beings. In the past, life seemed to be simpler. At the same time, it does not mean that stress has arisen in the modern period. This problem has been existing from the beginning. This modern world burdens the people with complex confusions and pains. On the other hand, the realms of religion, medicine and psychology make their attempts to explain and ease this complication. Having this in my mind, Author is interested to explore the reality of stress and spell out the feasible methods to cope with this problem. Humans are the architect of their own destiny. But in this millennium generation, the complex demands add the weight on their shoulders. Stress, which is one of the modern ailments, is found in each member of every society. Most of the diseases are linked to stress, in which most of the humans live. Here the main task is to focus on the widespread confusion and misunderstanding about the nature of stress and to create an understanding about stress in order to achieve self-awareness.

Qrup anlayışının tədqiqi və ona yanaşma metodları müasir şəraitdə istər kütlə, istərsə də psixologiyasının öyrənilməsi baxımından çox əhəmiyyətlidir. Təqdim olunan məqalədə «qrup» məfhumu, birgəyaşayış formasını şərtləndirən, intersubyektiv mahiyyət daşıyan fenomen kimi səciyyələndirilir. Bu anlayış sosial fenomen olaraq ictimai elmlər tərəfindən cəmiyyət həyatında baş verən proseslərin öyrənilməsində əsas metodoloji yanaşma kontekstində tədqiq olunur. Bu baxımdan, istər sosial psixologiyada, istərsə də sosiologiyada «qrup» fenomeninə olan münasibətin sosial fəlsəfədən qaynaqlandığı göstərilir. Məqalədə cəmiyyət bir bütün olaraq təbiət və ictimai elmlərin fərqli yanaşmaları baxımından araşdırılır. The study of the concept of the group and approaches to it is very important from the point of view of studying the mass and psychology in modern conditions. In the present article, the concept of “group” is characterized as a phenomenon that converges in the intersubjective meaning of the form of coexistence. This concept is investigated as a social phenomenon in the context of a basic methodological approach to the study of processes in social life by the social sciences. From this point of view, both in social psychology and in sociology, the attitude towards the “group” phenomenon flows from social philosophy. The article discusses the society as a whole from the point of view of different approaches to the natural and social sciences. The study of the sociopsychological aspect of a group requires first of all the determination of the significance of the social and psychological aspects. In sociological psychology, the approach to its social and others. Individualized mechanism or psychological, personal attitudes, due to the methodological difference in the study of society in the broadest sense. This methodological difference, in essence, implies different meanings for the community and different approaches to educating society.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the truthfulness of such assumptions and get a real picture of the phenomenon being studied. Methodology: It was qualitatively designed study as the social behaviors and attitudes of people can be explored more in detail via using qualitative measures. 30 Semi-structured one-to-one interviews were conducted from three basic stratums of social classes i.e. high incomed, middle incomed and low incomed classes. Thematic analysis was done to interpret the results, the interpretational skills of researchers and qualitative research data software MAXQDA 2020 was used. Данная работа представляет собой первую публикацию перевода на русский язык классической статьи О. Беккера. В ней продемонстрировано образцовое применение феноменологического метода к сфере эстетических феноменов. В своей работе Беккер декларирует необходимость введения в эстетику новой категории «хрупкости» (впервые намек на нее встречается у К. Зольгера), которая является, с его точки зрения, конститутивной чертой прекрасного и даже эстетического как такового. Содержание этого понятия Беккер раскрывает также через понятия «уязвимости» и «ломкости». Для их точной дескрипции философ использует метод «отделения» этих феноменов от похожих, но не тождественных с ними явлений. По его мнению, ломкость присуща любому эстетическому предмету, независимо от его трагичности или комичности, как и независимо от его характера pulchritudo vaga (несвязанной красоты). В статье Беккер дает очень интересный анализ незаинтересованности эстетического удовольствия и противостоящего ей феномена «thrill». В целом он полагает, что эстетические предметы — это феномены как феномены, а их способ бытия — это auto to phaines-thai (само явление) в смысле Т. Гоббса. Основной тезис в отношении эстетических феноменов у Беккера, который следует здесь Ф. Шеллингу, состоит в том, что их онтологическое основание — это тождество сознательного и бессознательного начал бытия. В заключение Беккер, опираясь на хайдеггеровскую герменевтическую онтологию, дает интересный анализ темпоральности бытия художника. Но, оппонируя Хайдеггеру, он вводит также и собственное понятие «вознесенности», которое указывает на то, что бытие художника вознесено свободной благосклонностью природы над историчностью обычного человеческого существования. Таким образом, согласно Беккеру, темпоральный модус бытия художника — это вечное настоящее.
This paper is the first publication of a translation of the classical phenomenological article by Oskar Becker into Russian. It contains an exemplary application of phenomenological method in the field of esthetics. The aim of the article's author is to introduce the new category of “vacuity” (it goes from K. Solger) in the former esthetics. Becker believes that vacuity is a con- stitutive feature of the beautiful as well as of the esthetic domain as such. He also calls it “fragility” and “frailness”. The philosopher uses the method of separation (die Abhebung) trying to distinguish the proper meaning of fragility and the similar but not identical phenomena. He states that fragility belongs to any esthetical phenomenon regardless of its tragic or comic character or of its character of pulchritudo vaga. The analysis of the possibility of the disinterested pleasure as opposed to the phenomenon of “thrill” in the field of esthetics given by Becker is of very importance. Generally, he thinks that the esthetical objects are phenomena as phenomena. And their way of being is auto to phainesthai in the sense of Th. Hobbes. The main thesis relating to the esthetical phenomena by Becker, who follows F. Schelling here, is that their ontological basis is in the identity of conscious and unconscious principles of being. In conclusion, Becker analyses of the temporality of being of an artist basing on Heidegger's hermeneutical ontology. Becker, however, introduces his own notion of stateliness (die Getragenheit), which shows that the being of an artist is raised by grace of nature outside the ordinary historicity. Un nuovo paradigma che mette la ragione a ordine in sé del Mondo. Un ordine implicito da distinguersi dalla razionalità umana e di cui ogni cosa si costituisce; razionalità compresa. Così inizia questa opera: mostrando, fin dai primi paragrafi, la possibilità di questo alternativo modo di pensare. This article argues that the governance, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the communications and environmental practices done in the name of it should all recognize that the corporation is an aesthetic phenomenon. Through logos, trademarks, websites and product advertisement CSR practices are being aesthetically projected. In turn, this misleads and influences the consumer about the corporation’s environmental performance and compliance with CSR regulations. As a result, the article argues that the aesthetic nature of a corporation must be taken into consideration when punishing dishonest corporate behavior through governance methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the availability and use of teaching materials in schools, especially elementary schools. The teaching materials used are suitable for the students' needs. This study uses a Research and Development approach and method. The data collection technique here is to use interviews, teacher, and student response questionnaires to digital-based mathematics comic teaching materials. The field studies carried out include identifying the availability of teaching materials, analyzing the needs of teaching materials, analyzing learning, and identifying students' initial characteristic behaviors. El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en sostener el pasaje de una fenomenología de la visión a una fenomenología del lenguaje en el pensamiento de Jean-Luc Marion. Esto con dos objetivos. En primer lugar, señalar que el fenómeno erótico abre la posibilidad de pensar una fenomenología, ya no centrada en los fenómenos visibles, sino en aquellos "saturan" la visión y que, por ende, se transforman en un puro acontecimiento lingüístico. Purpose: This paper explores the Dave Ramsey financial planning phenomenon (comprising his syndicated Radio Programs; Books on the New York Times Bestseller List; Twitter and Facebook presence; Program of Live events and seminars) and considers whether this financial planning phenomena meets the criteria set out by Godin (2008, 13) for a “tribe” and by Foucault (1977) for a “disciplinary Institution”. Design/methodology/approach: This paper employs a form of the Socratic or dialogue approach to explore and comment on various aspects of the tribe mentality that is evident in the Dave Ramsey phenomenon. Resumen:
En el presente trabajo se trata el problema de la vivencia emocional, se indaga la naturaleza de la conciencia emotiva, es decir, la conciencia de la emoción desde una perspectiva fenomenológica, siguiendo principalmente el pensamiento de Sartre en su obra “Bosquejo de una teoría de las emociones”, inserta en la tradición fenomenológica de Husserl, haciendo énfasis en las contradicciones en que incurre la teoría psicoanalítica. Se busca evidenciar cómo la conciencia emocional es ante todo “conciencia del mundo”, así como la emoción es una forma organizada de la existencia humana, un modo de estar en el mundo.  La conciencia se trasforma a sí misma para trasformar el mundo. La conciencia no se limita a proyectar significaciones afectivas sobre el mundo que le rodea,  sino que vive en el mundo que acaba de crear.

Abstract:
In the present work the problem is the emotional experience, investigates the nature of the touching conscience, that is to say, the conscience of the emotion from a  phenomenological  perspective, following mainly the thought of Sartre in its work "Sketch of a theory of the emotions", builds work follows the phenomenological tradition of Husserl, doing emphasis in the contradictions which the psychoanalytic theory incurs. One looks for to demonstrate as the emotional conscience is before “conscience of the world”, and the emotion is an organized form of human existence, a way of being in the world. Consciousness itself is transformed to transform the world.

SARTRE: PHENOMENOLOGICAL THEORY OF EMOTIONS, EXISTENTIALISM POSITIONAL AWARENESS AND WORLD.

A number of human activities exhibit a bursty pattern, namely periods of very high activity that are followed by rest periods. Records of these processes generate time series of events whose inter-event times follow a probability distribution that displays a fat tail. The grounds for such phenomenon are not yet clearly understood. In the present work we use the freely available Wikipedia's editing records to unravel some features of this phenomenon. We show that even though the probability to start editing is conditioned by the circadian 24 hour cycle, the conditional probability for the time interval between successive edits at a given time of the day is independent from the latter. We confirm our findings with the activity of posting on the social network Twitter. Recent findings in different areas of psychology and cognitive science have brought the unconscious mind back to centre stage. However, the unconscious mind worry remains: What renders unconscious phenomena mental? I suggest a new strategy for answering this question, which rests on the idea that categorizing unconscious phenomena as “mental” should be scientifically useful relative to the explanatory research goals. I argue that this is the case if by categorizing an unconscious phenomenon as “mental” one picks out explanatorily relevant similarities to a corresponding paradigmatically mental conscious phenomenon. Explanatory relevance is spelled out in terms of mechanistic norms.

Su tale fondo s'indaga l'importanza sia del soggetto esprimente la verità che dell'oggetto a cui viene riferita, da cui il rapporto fra verità oggettiva e verità soggettiva. Si conclude l'analisi della verità con la trattazione, da una parta, delle verità di ragione e sensibili, dall'altra parte, delle verità fenomeniche e in sé.

Jeepney occupies not only the streets of the country but also the culture, identity, and values of the Filipino. Aside from it depicts as the “King of the Road” and the “moving icon of the Philippine culture,” it also reflects Filipino’s ingenuity, creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship. However, these symbolisms and functions are being challenged by modernization and globalization. Is the phase-out of jeepney possible? This paper analyzed the case of a route in Camarines Sur in which jeepneys had faced an unfortunate fate of death. Many factors cause the demise of the jeep, one of which is the entrance of motorcycle taxies or locally known as the “door-to-door.” The case may reflect the conditions of the transport sector in the rural places in the country or may reflect unilinear outcomes of the transport vehicle.
