По инициативе, на основе исследования предложена стратегия развития ЮКГУ им.М.Ауезова по 5 основным направлениям. По итогам обсуждений с проректором по стратегическому развитию и интернационализации стратегия развития сгруппирована и доработана с разделением на 9 направлений. В целом, Стратегия развития преобразована в "Дорожную карту стратегического развития и предпринимательства ЮКГУ им.М.Ауезова".

The advent of healthcare information management systems (HIMSs) continues to produce large volumes of healthcare data for patient care and compliance and regulatory requirements at a global scale. Analysis of this big data allows for boundless potential outcomes for discovering knowledge. Big data analytics (BDA) in healthcare can, for instance, help determine causes of diseases, generate effective diagnoses, enhance QoS guarantees by increasing efficiency of the healthcare delivery and effectiveness and viability of treatments, generate accurate predictions of readmissions, enhance clinical care, and pinpoint opportunities for cost savings. However, BDA implementations in any domain are generally complicated and resource-intensive with a high failure rate and no roadmap or success strategies to guide the practitioners. In this paper, we present a comprehensive roadmap to derive insights from BDA in the healthcare (patient care) domain, based on the results of a systematic literature review. We initially determine big data characteristics for healthcare and then review BDA applications to healthcare in academic research focusing particularly on NoSQL databases. We also identify the limitations and challenges of these applications and justify the potential of NoSQL databases to address these challenges and further enhance BDA healthcare research. We then propose and describe a state-of-the-art BDA architecture called Med-BDA for healthcare domain which solves all current BDA challenges and is based on the latest zeta big data paradigm. We also present success strategies to ensure the working of Med-BDA along with outlining the major benefits of BDA applications to healthcare. Finally, we compare our work with other related literature reviews across twelve hallmark features to justify the novelty and importance of our work. The aforementioned contributions of our work are collectively unique and clearly present a roadmap for clinical administrators, practitioners and professionals to successfully implement BDA initiatives in their organizations.

To ensure dependable and sustainable supply of electricity, a modern power grid is necessary which will be smarter. On this ground, United States and some developed countries in Europe, Asia, and Australia have carried out some significant activities to formulate and promote a pathway for the evolution of the next generation intelligent grid. Implementation of Smart Grid can be a better tool to develop greener digital Bangladesh. This new technology ensures effective control of electric supply and demand using information technology, and assures the potential use of eco-friendly power generation. The objective of this paper is to present a roadmap that could be used as guidance for the development of smart grid architecture based on functions and technological challenges for this south Asian nation. This paper contains a discussion on the functions of smart grid from perspective of the country. The key technological challenges to implement this new intelligent grid have been outlined and their potential remedies are proposed. The paper also illustrates the ongoing initiative taken up by Bangladesh government towards smarter grid. The most challenging part is to run this new technology in a profitable manner and to ensure this, some pilot projects are needed to be demonstrated.

The paper discusses the commitment the Botswana government places on the STI pillar development. It is one of the pillars that drive the country into knowledge driven economy. The paper also highlights key stakeholders in the STI ecosystem who are instrumental in defining the country’s coherence roadmap in the next 10 years. Other policies in the Education and ICT pillars complement the STI pillar in identifying key priority areas and themes in building future scenarios. In order to investigate policy coherence in the STI pillar, the following two futures thinking methodologies/tools were used: The Futures Wheel and Delphi Real Time Questionnaire. These tools helped identify and analyse gaps and opportunities in the STI pillar in Botswana. The paper further discusses major STI policy priorities and initiatives. These priorities led to the identification of four (4) major signals shaping STI in Botswana. The findings from the futures wheel highlight an increase in private sector participation, increase in innovative products and the gap in development disparity is also noted. The Delphi results show an opportunity for effective policy coherence in the three pillars of Education, ICT and STI.

Nowadays, nanoelectroctronic, electro-nanotechnologies environmental friendly products become the roadmap in industry. Hence, nanoscale of reinforcement into lead-free solder becomes more popular rather than the micro size of reinforcement. In this paper, Cobalt nanoparticles-reinforced Sn-Ag-Cu composite solders were prepared by thoroughly blending 0.75 wt% of cobalt nanoparticles with near eutectic cement tended to suppress the growth of Cu 3Sn intermetallic layer. However, upon addition of Co nanoparticles, the growth of Cu6Sn5 was enhanced. The distribution of the Co nanoparticles was observed by the elemental mapping which was carried out by using electron micro probe analysis (EPMA) and transmission electron microscopy which equipped together with electron-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (TEM-EDX). There was no Co detected in the Cu3Sn, it only presented in Cu 6Sn5. The interdiffusion coefficient was increased with the ageing temperature. Upon additionof Co nanoparticles, the interdiffusion coefficient for the formation of Cu3Sn intermetallic layer was reduced, but the interdiffusion coefficient for the formation of Cu 6Sn5 layer was increased. The activation energy for the formation of Cu3Sn was also increased with the Co addition.

La musica informatica ha superato mezzo secolo di vita e  riteniamo  sia utile fare un bilancio del rapporto che lega la musica  alla  tecnologia nel passaggio  dalla  computer  music  al  sound  and  music  computing, allargando l'analisi all'evoluzione del contesto sociale e culturale in cui tale disciplina si e` sviluppata. La computer music nasce in  una
fase  storica  dominata  da  un  sistema  politico  di ``blocchi contrapposti'' in cui la cultura aveva un ruolo  molto importante  nei paesi occidentali anche per dimostrare al blocco opposto ed al resto del mondo i pregi e la ricchezza di  una  cultura  libera,  progressista  ed innovatrice.

La fine della  contrapposizione  tra  "blocchi''  ha  trasformato  in maniera sostanziale la funzione  delle  politiche  culturali  dei  paesi occidentali.    Alla    classica    contrapposizione    tra    politiche ``conservatrici''  e  politiche  "progressiste''  si  e`  andata sovrapponendo  una  contrapposizione  trasversale    tra    politiche ``semplicistiche'' e politiche "consapevoli'' con pesanti risultati sul piano culturale.
Avvicinandoci  alla  fine  del  XX  secolo,  molti  altri  elementi  si aggiungono a modificare il contesto culturale e  tecnologico,  favorendo il passaggio al sound and  music  computing:

Oggi, abbiamo tutti accesso a tecnologie di potenza insperata ed inattesa, coniugata con mobilita`, reti, nanotecnologie e quant'altro. Ma sara` possibile generare cultura senza conoscere la storia, le radici che costituiscono le nostre basi del pensiero? Sara` possibile che una nuova cultura emerga dal rumore creato dalla miriade di sforzi individuali di una generazione abbandonata a se stessa?

Questo intervento vuol essere un invito a riflettere sui rapporti fra musica, tecnologia e cultura per rivedere ``dall'interno le ragioni che stimolano l'evoluzione estetica e il processo creativo musicale.

According to the United Nations over 2 billion people and youth lived with lack of access to the food and food products. The idea was to create a scheme for providing a road map for ensuring global food security and offer to interested countries and international organizations ideas for actions.

This study is critical analysis on the VMOSA (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies and Action plan) OF AMUL COMPANY Amul is the world largest producer company in India. Amul is a successful company. It produces dairy products in India. This corporate consists of millions of farmers and they sell their cow milk, ghee, dahi, etc to the corporate. Through this paper I am reviewing the AMUL’s vision, mission, goals and objectives statements. VMOSA is strategic planning tool which acts as a guide to the company. It helps the company to achieve its set targets. VISION STATEMENT It basically tells that at what position the company wants to be in the future. It is short term in nature MISSION STATEMENT It acts as a roadmap to the vision of the company. It tell that how the company will reach its set position GOALS Goals are general statement which tells what needs to be fulfilled in given period of time. OBJECTIVES It states that how the company will attain its goal. Amul is one of the well established company in India with a good brand image but at the same time it faces high competition from its rivals like Mother dairy, Kwality walls and Vadilal. So the company needs to have efficient vmosa(vision, mission, goals and objectives) as efficient comprehensive statements to earn good profits and lead the race in the high competitive environment. Ageing societies face tough challenges namely in terms of their ageing workforce and finding new models to accommodate current demographic trends. The application of the collaborative networks paradigm, and a new generation of collaboration-support platforms and tools, is a promising approach to supporting active ageing, and  facilitating  better  use  of  the  talents  and  potential  of  retired  or  retiring  senior  professionals.  As  such, collaborative  networks  can  contribute  to  demographic  sustainability.  In  this  context,  the  results  of  a roadmapping initiative addressing the implementation of a new vision for extending professional active life are introduced. To support the aimed vision, a strategic research plan for the development of a new digital ecosystem, covering the social, organisational, and technological perspectives, is proposed. A large number of stakeholders coming from different backgrounds contributed to the design and validation of this roadmap.

This paper aims to simplify the interdisciplinary design process that will be used as a design tool for the viable integration of active solar energy systems into buildings, i.e., Building-Integrated Solar Thermal Systems-BISTSs; Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Systems-BIPVSs, through the creation of a roadmap. The research also aims supplement the work of researchers who have dealt with the creation of design tools that aim to optimise a specific aspect of a building design, or their geometric forms, in order to shape energy-efficient and sustainable architectural solutions. More specifically, a prescriptive design strategy is derived from the proposed design tool. This is based on five design steps, each of which is analysed and which lead to the creation of a comprehensive design tool for siting buildings so as to optimise the integration of solar systems. The originality of this tool is based on the fact that it makes an important step in the standardisation of these studies.

The paper presents an algorithm to create a visibility roadmap for optimized flight path planning in 3D terrain environment. Optimizing of flight path has been dynamically research in Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (SUAV) technology development due to the need of enhancing its endurance in operation. We proposed an algorithm which generates a roadmap for point-to-point flight path planning in 3D digital map. The proposed approach shows potential in efficient estimation of consumed energy in a planned flight path.. Introduction Due to the increasing demand on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) applications for both civil and military purpose, research on UAV has been an active field which attracted investment from both public and private sector. Recently, development trend focuses on small UAVs which are lightweight , inexpensive and could operate at lower altitude. Working in low altitude environment, autonomous obstacle detection and avoidance capability are required as one of the most impactful technologies. Besides, energy consumption reduction is an important concern for Small UAVs in their missions. Due to the limitation of carried payloads on the drone, the endurance of flight operation will be largely dependent on control management, including optimized path planning. Recent years, there were many research topics related to 3D Path Planning with Obstacle Avoidance for SUAV. Lightweight and satisfaction, stochastic methods such as Probabilistic roadmap (PRM) [1] and rapidly-exploring random tree (RRT) [2] become noticeable. These algorithms first create the way points and flight path randomly. Another direction of approach involved the discretization of map data using uniform grid [3], navigation mesh [4], Voronoi diagram [5], and visibility graph [6]. All the above methods are graph based approach which means the optimized paths are selected by using one of multiple classical graph search algorithms such as Dijkstra [6], A* [7] and Fast Marching Method (FMM) [8] or newly developed algorithms which are variations of A* such as Jump point search [9]. Except for visibility graph, the paths generated by these methods are not realistic flight path due to the huge number of heading changes. To addresses the issue of energy reduction in flight path planning, we appraise a method which is feasible to model the realistic flight path. In this paper, we introduce a new approach for roadmap creation based on visibility graph, to plan optimized flight path for SUAV which is befitting for estimation of the power consumption. In this paper, we set up the digital map simulation space which means the configuration environment is certain with fixed obstacles. We will evaluate the proposed method with the aim to quick selection of flight path considering the spending energy.. Description of Approach In this section, we describe about the k-layer visibility graph model in 3D digital map. The roadmap is a set of waypoints and connection flight paths between waypoints. Recognizing the need to consolidate the research and development (R&D) activities in microelectronics fields in a strategic manner, the Plasma Processes Laboratory of the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (LPP-ITA) has established a technology roadmap to serve as a guide for activities related to development of sensors based on silicon carbide (SiC) thin films. These sensors have also potential interest to the aerospace field due to their ability to operate in harsh environment such as high temperatures and intense radiation. In the present paper, this roadmap is described and presented in four main sections: i) introduction, ii) what we have already done in the past, iii) what we are doing in this moment, and iv) our targets up to 2015. The critical technological issues were evaluated for different categories: SiC deposition techniques, SiC processing techniques for sensors fabrication and sensors characterization. This roadmap also presents a shared vision of how R&D activities in microelectronics should develop over the next five years in our laboratory.

Logistics is the key to economic competitiveness, growth and poverty reduction. Each country has its particular challenges and opportunities, when it comes to logistics. This concept paper deals with the problems faced and possible solution approaches for internal reforms and other actions required for enhancing exports in logistic services from India. As intra-country transportation plays a key role as a foundation for gearing up for exporting logistics services, we cover this as well.
We start with types of logistics services present world-wide based on literature and secondary sources and present their simple classification for better understanding in the given context. Thereafter, the paper covers India’s current position in logistics performance starting with the current state of exports in logistics services from India. It identifies the key/ major players involved in such services in terms of last 10 years aggregate exports using Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) Prowess data. On the basis of some preliminary data analysis, it figures out the logistics services which prima facie seem more suitable for exports. As regulatory policies and administrative set-up could be vital enablers/ barriers in the context, the paper briefly describes relevant ministries and government departments in terms of roles and responsibilities at various levels and the resources allocated. It also describes a few good initiatives in the logistics sector.
Based on all these and existing secondary sources as well as the authors’ interaction with a few logistics practitioners in the government and corporate sector, the paper identifies various
impediments and lacunae. These also lead to important pointers for possible improvements and reforms. The country needs improvements in the legislative framework, changes in the
administrative set up and probably an institutional mechanism to enhance exports in logistics services from India.
This paper tries to suggest a solution approach (roadmap) for augmenting logistics services exports based on the existing set-up and envisaged required interaction between various stakeholders in the long run.It recommends setting up a central task force comprising representatives of important stakeholders under the aegis of the planning commission to suggest ways and means for infrastructure development, quality development and cost reduction in logistics services leading to export enhancement. The final objective should be export promotion of high quality cost effective logistics services carried out by logistics service providers (LSPs) with strong multimodal capabilities leveraging information & communication technologies (ICT). With involvement and support of all stakeholders, India may achieve community capacity building and capability development through cost reduction and service quality improvement with concomitant infrastructure development and export promotion leading to enhanced exports in logistics services. Our solution approach also suggests that setting up a regulatory body as an institutional mechanism to co-ordinate various stakeholders and to develop, enforce and monitor regulatory and operating policies could be a great facilitator and enabler. Finally, taking the likely interaction among various stakeholders in the long run into account, the paper tries to suggest a few changes in the regulatory framework and administrative setup as well as certain actions to be taken by important stakeholders such as logistics industry, industry associations and academic/research institutions. It also suggests the readers as well the suggested task force to brood over ideas like setting up a statutory “Logistics Regulatory Authority of India” and bodies like “Logistics Exchange” and “Bureau of Logistics Service Efficiency”.
