Weekly journal (first week):

Sunday:
I arrived to school at 7:18. I find Maitha and she was waiting us. After that, the principle arrived
at 7:30, she welcome us then she tell us to sit and wait other student to come. During waiting the
author friend the children arrived at 7:45. Then the principle takes us to the room and talk about
the school and what should we do, then she takes us to the class. The class was very small and
the children was sit in the table and play with toy. This time was a free morning time. After
finish this period the other teacher come and take the children to musical class. The children sing
and play with different musical instrument. After that, she let them to make a rhythm. While she
teaches them, there was a hyperactive child wants to sit in the chair, and the help parameter
wants from them to sit in another chair but he does not listen to her, then she pulling the
child forcefully and take him outside. I felt upset and uncomfortable because she forced
the child, and the child was crying. After that, the children come back to the same class,
and then they sit to eat the breakfast. After that, children went to the playground. At 10:15 am,
they finish playing then they went to the class and waiting for the teacher. Then Arabic teacher
arrived at 10:52 then she show them STORY about letter "". Then she tells them to tell her
word that start with letter " "and she wrote it in the board. After that Islamic Education teacher
come to the class and teach them about manners by show them video. Then she gives them a
paper to draw a good person that has good manners. After Arabic class they start Free Flow
class. Then they start to eat lunch. After that, they sit and watch music video and teacher let them
to dance. After this class they went to the play area and play for 20 munities then went to the

class and the teacher start read for them a story then they start to go to the bus. I take the children
to the bus station. After that I went to the meeting.

Monday:
I arrived at 7:36, in the beginning of the day the children sing the National Anthem. After
that, they start free play time and teacher takes some student and let them to solve addition
question. And I was helping a special need childe. He is a hyperactive child. I was
engorging them and explain to them the addition. After that, they start other period is an
Arabic lesson and teacher was review with them the letter , and let them to write it in
the book. After that, the children take a break to eat breakfast, and then they went to the
playground. After that, they come back to the class and start a Free Flow class. After this
period the children went to the art class, and they made a sheep. Some child was crying
during the class because other child hate them, the teacher take the child who hate and
punish him by let them to sit in the back of the class. After this class finish, they come back
to the class to eat a lunch. After that, they start a Free Flow class and teacher show them video
story. After that, they start to go to the bus.

Tuesday:
I arrived at 7:35 and wait other children to come. When children came they put their
bags in the locker. After that, they sing the national anthem. Then the (free flower) class
starts at 8:00 o'clock. In this class children play with different cubes and numbers. After
they finish playing, teacher told them to sit on the carpet and she review with them the
days of the week. The children were engaged with her and they sing the days of the
week song. After that, she demonstrated them a different picture of pet animals and ask
them the name of each pet. After that, I start with them by reading story. The story was
about a (Big brother). First of all, I show them the cover page of the story and ask them
what they saw. The children told me the color of the cover page and the picture on it.
However, I read for them the story by acting the voice, the children were very exciting
and they engage with me by tell me the name of their big brother. After I read story, I
ask the children to clean their hand and take their food to eat. During they eat their
breakfast I was discussing with MST about ways of teaching them. She gave me advice
of dealing with naughty child. After children finish their breakfast they went to the
playground and I went to the room to eat my breakfast. So after that, children return to
the class and Arabic teacher enter to the class also, while English teacher take break. Then
teacher start reviews with them a letter"", and gave them book to write letter "". While the
children write the letter" "there was child from special need, he was crying because he not has
a book, then I bring paper and draw for them a points and let them to write letter" ". While he
draw I was engorge them and tell them to give me five hands. He was happy and I pretend feel
pain when he gives me five hands and he start laugh. I feel the child like this way to teach and I

believe every child has a unique way to teach. Then they start other break for lunch. After break
they start class Free Flow. Then, they start to go to the bus and I take them to the bus.

Wednesday:
In this day I arrived at 7:28, then I went to other class, the principle told to my MST I would
be other class with my friend Maitha. I feel happy because I will be with her and also I feel
sad because my MST vey kind with me and I will miss her. They take me to the KG1, and
my new MST names Nicholas, she welcome me and tell me where I should put my stuff
and what I should do. When I enter to the class I saw child his name Zayed, he was cry
and he think I am his mother. I try to play with him put he still crying then I gave him a
toy then he became calm. After that, my MST divides the children to different group and
gave them different activity; me and my friend Maitha was help her. I sit with math group and
ask them about number. There was child his name Kream, he is very clever and know all
numbers. After this class they start Arabic class. The teacher was review with them a letter "".
And the children were very clever and write the letter in the board. After Arabic class they take
break to eat snack. Then they went to the playground to play. After that, they back to the class
and start a Free Flow class and play. After that, my MST told to them story. Then they start to go
to the bus.

Weekly journal (middle week):


Sunday:
In this day I arrived at 7:30 , then I sat with my MST and ask her about the
lesson that I will teach the children , and I show him the activity that I will teach
them. She was happy about different activity because they not do it, and real feel
I have a lot information and experience from my training. During I took with her
the children enter to the class, However, my friend Maith was absent because she was sick. After
that, I sat with children and observe them while they play with puzzle and this class named (Free
Flow). Some girls was act like their mother and carry baby, I really like that because this help
them to improve their emotion and social skills. After this class finish the children make line to
wash their hand to eat their breakfast. I take the children to the bathroom and wait them until
finish washing. Then I took them to the class and each child went to the locker and took their
lunch box. Then they sat and ate their food, and before they ate I remind them to say Doaa. After
finishing food they went to wash their hand, and then went to the playground and play with their
friend. After this period I take my first break. After that, the children start Arabic lesson and
teach was review with them a letter and show them the different fruit and read for them story.
After this class finish the children they start Free Flow, and My MST let them to sit in the carpet
and she told them a story. After that the lunch time start and the children went to wish their hand.
After children finishing eat they tidy up the class then they sit together and play. After that, they
preparing their bags and went to the home.

Monday:
Monday 24 October 2016, in this day I had a lesson to teach the children. In the beginning of
the morning I went to my MST and show her the activity that I include it for my lesson. She
was surprise when she saw the three activities and she like it. After that, children arrived to
the class and they start the first class. The first class was (Free Flower) in this class the
children play with different material, and this help them to develop their physical and
emotion skills. After this period they went to the bathroom and wash their hand to eat their
snake. Then they went to the playground and play swing. After that, they came back to the
class and start Arabic class. The Arabic teacher read for them story about the manners. After
that, she shows them a song about manners and sings with them. After this class I start to
teach the children. The lesson was about animals. In the beginning I start warm up them by
simple. Then, I greet each child and choose the helper hand to count the children and help
me. After that, I sing the days of the week song. Then, I warm up the lesson by
demonstrating them a story video. After that, I ask them what the animals they see in the video.
The children were cleaver and they know all the name of the animals. Then I bring a prop box to
let them feel excite and I ask them what the animals on the box. After that, I pick a different
animal masks and I let to choose the mask and wear it, then I give one child basket that include a
fruit. After that I let them to act the story. The children were acting the animals sound and how
the animals walk. Then I ask them the name of each animals and fruit. After that, I give them
different activity depend of the child level. The, I explain the activity and let them do it. During
activity I was observe what they do and ask them question. After that, I put a cleanup song and
tell them to clean the class. After this class the children went to the bathroom and wash their
hand to start eat lunch. After that they take class Free Flow then start to went to the home.

Tuesday:

I arrived at 7:26, and then I went and prepped the activity to the children. At 8:00 the children
start a (Free Flow) the children was play with toy and I was observe them. After two class of
(Free Flow) the children went to the bathroom to wash their hand to eat a snack. After that they
went to the playground and I was take them to their. I was sitting on the ground and read for the
children story. After this period the children went to the Art class and they drew a tree. After that
they went to the class and start a (Free Flow) class. After this class they start Arabic class and
teacher sing with them a song and read for them story. Then they start lunch break. After the
lung break, the English teacher take them to the carpet and read for them story. Then she sings
with them the duck song. After that, she let them to play with toy. Then they start to go to the
bus.

Wednesday:
In this day I was absent.

Weekly journal (last week):


Sunday:
In this day I arrived at 7:49. Then I wait all children to come. The
first two class was about Free flow, during this class I read for them story. After that,
they start to eat snack. Then they went to the playground and I was
play with them. After that they went to the Art class and make
Emirates' flag. After art class they went to the sports room (PE) and
play football with coach. Then they come back to the class and start a Free Flow class and
teacher put for them cartoon. Then they take break for lunch and ply ground. After that,
they take another Free Flow class and play with toy. Then they went to the bus.
Monday:
In this day I was absent because I have appointment.
Tuesday:
Tuesday 8 November 2016, in this day I had a lesson to teach the children.
Before my lesson the children start class (Free Flow) they play and we observe
them. After that, the children take a science class. My MST was told them a
story about a bear inside the cave, then she let them to find teddy bear inside the
cave by bring a small tent as a cave and put inside a bear, and then she give each
one a lamp and told them to fine the teddy bear. The children were searching
the teddy bear inside the tent and they were happy for this experiment. After this
class finish the children went to wash hand to ready eat a snake. After this period the children

want to play ground. After that, they come back to the class and I start to teach them. In the
beginning of the lesson, I demonstrate to them a video about numbers and let them to dance
with the music that in the video. After that, I demonstrate to them a book that include
numbers them I make a game by tell them to close their eyes then open and tell me what the
number they see. The children were exiting and they know all numbers. After that, I bring a
big board that include different picture and the children count the picture and write the
numbers inside it. After that I start giving them activity. The activity includes different level.
After the activity I told them to clean up. After that they went to the bathroom to wash their
hand and then ate lunch. After that they went to the playground, and then start a Free Flow
class for two periods. Then they went to the bus.
Wednesday:
This was a last day in my school TP and I was very happy to finish training, I felt
this was a long training. In the begging I arrived at 7:34, and then I want to the
class and wait other children. We start in first and second period Free Flow
class. After that we take the children to the bathroom to wash their hand to eat
snack. After that, they went to the playground and play, and I was observing them.
Then they finish and went to the class to start other lesson. The third class was
with my friend Mitha, she taught them about color yellow. After that, the children
take Arabic lesson and the teacher was taught them about the fruit and she wear
banana. The children were laughing and happy. After Arabic lesson they start Free Flow class.
After that, they eat lung, then we take them to the DIGISKY tent, this is a wonderful tent the
children go inside and see the heavenly stars like a video, I real like it and the children feel
interesting. After that, they come back to the class and start a Free Flow class for two periods.

Then they take break for lunch. Then they went to the playground. After that they take Arabic
class and teacher review a letter. Then they start Free Flow class. After that they getting ready to
go to the bus, and I went to the teacher and thank her then I left the class.
