The FSA120 includes following two programs: Offline parameter
• EJXMVTool: for EJX Multivariable Transmitter The general parameters of the device can be
• DYFMVTool: for digitalYEWFLO Vortex Flowmeter edited and stored in offline database.
FSA120 includes FieldMate, Yokogawa’s frame
application. It employs FDT/DTM technology and works Note for FOUNDATION fieldbus
on the FieldMate. • The function blocks supported by Device
Management are as follows;
FSA120 has the following features: EJX Multivariable Transmitter:
• Easy flow parameter configuration by dialog Resource block, Sensor Transducer block,
windows Flow Transducer block, LCD Transducer block,
• Configuration of the fluid physical properties* and AI function blocks

flow configuration can be performed interactively.
FSA120 provides following advantages to device: (1) Auto Compensation Mode (EJXMVTool),
• Highly-responsive flow measurement and saving Detail (Gas / Liquid) Compensation Mode
cost by built-in flow computer inside device (DYFMVTool)
• Highly-accurate mass flow rate output Procedures to configure flow calculation by setting

standard conforming software Steam Compensation Mode (DYFMVTool)
FieldMate: Yokogawa’s frame application which Flow operation and density compensation are
conforms to FDT standard performed as follows.
FDT (Field Device Tool): defines the system environment • With the flow factors being input manually (Basic
in which the DTM runs. Mode/ Simple (Gas / Liquid) Compensation
DTM (Device Type Manager): the application which Mode)
defines the graphical user interface (GUI) specific • With the flow factors inside digitalYEWFLO

Remarks: For FSA120 R1.04 or later, the product name
has been changed to “FieldMate FlowNavigator” (3) Import/export file
from “EJXMVTool”. Import and export the user flow parameters.

2. Functional Details The list of user flow parameters is exported in CSV
file format.
FieldMate Basic is bundled, which supports the online
device parameter configuration while it is connected Obtain Flow coefficient (for EJXMVTool)
to the device. If the offline parameter configuration is
required, specify FieldMate Advance (option code: /Y). The flow coefficient can be obtained from the device.
Input selection: sensor data actually measured or
simulated data input by user.
