n educational research, the integration of technology into existing applications is handled with different dimensions in the literature and recently it has become an increasingly important topic in our country and the rest of the World. Technological developments and the pace of adaptation of these new technologies to everyday life have caused the use of technology as well as content and pedagogy in education. In this context, the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) model, which considers these three dimensions together, supports the production and education of scientific knowledge to gain a new dimension as a subject that is frequently studied. In this study, the academic orientation and contribution towards the subject of TPACK in Turkey was investigated by bibliometric analysis method through postgraduate dissertations. Bibliometrics is a method for revealing mathematical and statistical methods and implicit knowledge in academic studies. Communication and relation of scientific information with bibliometrics can be revealed and network maps can be created which will enable visualization methods and interpretation of this information. In this study, we used the co- word query strategy which allows to scan data with descriptive keyword groups. For this purpose, TPACK has been scanned in all bibliographic information in Turkish and English, and 99 items made in the field have been reached. Theses have been downloaded to the computer environment and the analysis has been made available. Web Scraping methods and KNIME (Berthold et al., 2009) program have been utilized. The data used in the study were obtained from Council of Higher Education (YÖK) National Thesis Center with the keyword query strategy based on the words that define the TPACK field. 26 of the thesis were PhD thesis and 73 of them were master thesis. In the analysis, the academic orientation was revealed by the network graphics generated by co-word analysis using index information. The contribution to the field was presented statistically with the size of institution and researchers. The data obtained in the study were analyzed in two stages. First, institutional contribution to the thesis of TPACK is addressed through descriptive statistics of the theses. At this stage, it was presented which institutions related to the field have a certain intensity of work, what the ratio of dissertation branches are, and which scholars contribute more to the development of the field knowledge. In this phase, a descriptive approach was followed and a dissertation was presented through thesis types. In the second stage, the relationship between the co-existence analysis and the branches of the master's theses and theses were revealed by using scientific mapping methods. Coexistence analysis reveals the relationship between the concept sets considered according to the frequency of coexistence of concepts (Tijssen and Van Raan, 1994). In the analysis of co-existence in the study, the relation networks of the branches and theses were presented. This network map shows conceptual relations between the theses in the area and concepts concentrated in the theses in the context of branches of education. For this analysis, Bibexcel (Persson, Danell, and Schneider, 2009) and Gephi (Bastian, Heymann, and Jacomy, 2009) programs were used to create network matrix. According to the network map, with the betweennes centrality indicator (Newman, 2005), which shows the importance of a network as the relations established with the concepts of "Gazi University" (0.164), "Fırat University" (0.145), "Karadeniz Technical University" (0.129). There are six clusters emerged as the result of the analysis. It can be seen that the largest of these clusters in terms of the conceptual relationships established is formed around the three branches of the highest thesis production. It was observed that "Primary Education" (0.395), "Secondary Science and Mathematics Education" (0.234) and "Computer and Instructional Technology Education" (0.201) were important in terms of the betweenness centrality values of science branches. It seems that our  country has started to produce a master's thesis as of 2009. This production continues to increase after this date, but it can be said that the production is largely due to the master's thesis. Institutional concentration can be said to be special to Gazi
University, Fırat University and Karadeniz Technical University.

Teknoloji kullanımının yüksek öğretimde yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte, alana yönelik özel teknolojilerin gelişimi de hızlanmıştır. Bu durum hem uygulayıcıların hem de alanda çalışma yapan araştırmacıların ilgisini çekmektedir. Bilgi teknolojilerinin süreç içinde ağırlıklı bir yere sahip olmasıyla birlikte eğitim teknolojilerin kullanımına yönelik bilimsel yayın  sayısında  artış gözlenmiştir. Eğitimde teknoloji kullanımına yönelik yapılan çalışmalara bakıldığında; ağırlıklı olarak içerik analizi yönteminin kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Bilimetri, bu amaçla kullanılabilecek yöntemler arasında gösterilebilir. Bu bakımdan alana yönelik yeni bir bakış açısı olan bilimetrik analiz yaklaşımıyla Yüksek Öğretimde teknoloji kullanımını içeren çalışmalara dair genel bir görünüm ortaya konulacaktır. Çalışma kapsamında Education Resources Information Center (ERIC) veritabanında, eğitim teknolojileri konu başlığını altında dizinlenmiş makale türündeki yayınlar eş kelime (co-word) analizi yöntemiyle incelenerek, alanda öne çıkan kavramların  trend analizi yapılacaktır.

Bu çalışma, Türkiye'deki yükseköğretim kurumlarında çalışan bilim insanlarının ORCID profillerini tamamlama oranlarını araştırma disiplinleri ve akademik ünvanlar açısından incelemektedir. Karma yöntem yaklaşımının kullanıldığı bu çalışmanın örneklemini, YÖK Akademik veri tabanında ORCID profil bilgileriyle listelenen 12 farklı araştırma disiplininden rastgele seçilen Profesör, Doçent ve Doktor Öğretim Üyesi ünvanlarına sahip araştırmacılar oluşturmaktadır. Veriler 'ORCID Profil Tamamlama Ölçeği' kullanılarak toplanmış ve frekans değerleri ile Kruskal-Wallis H testi analizlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuçlar, dijital akademik kimliklerde araştırma disiplinleri ve akademik ünvanlar açısından önemli farklılıklar olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Doçentler ORCID Profil Tamamlama Ölçeği'nde diğer iki ünvana göre daha yüksek ortalama puanlar elde etmiştir. Araştırma disiplinleri arasında, Biglan sınıflandırmasına göre bazı sert ve saf alanların diğerlerine göre daha yüksek ortalama ORCID profili tamamlama oranlarına sahip olduğu tespit edilmiş ve ünvanlar ve araştırma disiplinleri arasında dijital akademik kimliklerdeki farklılıkları azaltmak için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Amaç: Bu çalışmada Türk Kütüphaneciliği dergisindeki web alıntılarının erişim sorunlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Yöntem: Bu amaçla Türk Kütüphaneciliği dergisinin 2005-2020 yılları arasındaki hakemli çalışmaların DergiPark arşivinden bibliyografik kayıtları indirilmiş ve seçilen yayın türlerine göre web alıntıları elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra web alıntılarının kullanım oranları, erişim seviyeleri, URL'lerin yarılanma ömürleri ve üst seviye alan adlarının erişilebilirliği analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Türk Kütüphaneciliği dergisi hakemli makalelerinde web alıntılarının sıklıkla kullanıldığı görülmüş ve son yıllarda kullanım eğiliminin sürekli artış gösterdiği anlaşılmıştır. Web alıntılarının ortalama yarılanma ömrü 3 yıldır. Ayrıca yakın tarihli makalelerde kullanılan web alıntılarının erişilebilirlik oranının öncekilere göre daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Method This exploratory study evaluated Metadata to find academic publications. Meleis's Transition Theory was selected as a case study. A majority of the publications that represented the transition theory were assigned as the core of the theory. 3D printing technology has been perceived as a disruptive technological innovation in many areas as it can revolutionize existing systems. It has many potential advantages in various areas such as medicine, aerospace and customized goods in terms of integrity, cost and speed. This study aims to visualize the evolution of 3D printing technology related patents by patent mapping, in the process, diffusion of 3D printing technologies to different business fields can be traced and evaluated. Patents represent the scientific knowledge that has been already commercialized or is ready to be marketed. The historical evolution and current framework have been demonstrated by using social network analysis on CPC codes of the related patents. Results of the study suggest that most technologies connected with 3D printing depend on B29C (shaping or joining of plastics; shaping of substances in a plastic state, in general; after-treatment of the shaped products, e.g., repairing.).

DergiPark archive and web citations were obtained according to the selected publication types. Then, usage rate of web citations, their access levels, the half-life of URLs, and accessibility of top-level domain names were identified and analyzed. Findings: It has been observed that web citations are frequently used in peer-reviewed articles in the Turkish Librarianship journal, and it has been understood that the usage trend has been increasing continuously in recent years. The average half-life of web citations in data is three years. In addition, the accessibility rate of web citations used in recent articles is higher than earlier ones. Implications: The findings indicate that there have been persistent decay and accessibility issues in the web citations of the Turkish Librarianship journal, and support policies encouraging the use of persistent identifiers should be developed to increase the accessibility of web citations. Originality: This is the first study in the Turkish academic literature to investigate the status of web citations of articles based in Turkey.

Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the structure of the knowledge creation process in nursing science and to investigate the dissemination of theoretical knowledge in other disciplines by analyzing citations and social network data.

Results: The knowledge base of the Transition Theory was built on 7 different information networks. The most effective and vast information network consisted of Meleis, AI as a researcher and the central information network, which is the journal of Nursing Research. Oncology, geriatrics, public health, and psychology in the areas of information propagation within the field of nursing were considered as research areas where the theoretical framework provided by the theory was rendered functional.
Conclusion: In recent years, the use of theoretical frameworks has become a necessity to assess the changing needs of the study of nursing science. The method used in the study can be effectively used to analyze the conceptual structures in the nursing education and professional application processes and to understand the origins of these theories. Further research can help to structure the use of informational science-based research designs to understand the connections between theory, clinical practice, and the development of educational contents in nursing faculties.

Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye’ de İzmir odaklı yürütülen lisansüstü tez çalışmaların özellikleri ve konuları açısından zaman içerisindeki değişimlerini belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda 1972- 2016 yılları arasında Yüksek öğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında içinde İzmir kelimesi geçen 6057 lisansüstü çalışma incelenmiştir. İnceleme sonuçlarına göre çalışmalarının büyük çoğunluğunun Yüksek Lisans türünde ve Türkçe olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca söz konusu çalışmaların büyük oranda İzmir de bulunan üniversiteler bünyesinde yürütüldüğü görülmektedir. İncelenen lisansüstü tezlerin yoğunlaştıkları araştırma konularının tespiti için eş kelime analizi (Co-Word Analysis) uygulanmış elde edilen veri seti sosyal ağ analizi ile incelenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda 8 alt araştırma kümesinin oluştuğu gözlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre İzmir odaklı lisansüstü çalışmalarının yerel nitelikteki araştırma odakları üzerinden yine yerele özel bilgi ürettikleri görülmektedir.

Abstract A Strategy Proposal for the Journals Published in the Social and Human Sciences The importance of scholarly journal management policies is increasing day by day in the digital publishing trend. In the study, with the help of the citation analysis based on the Web of Science database, up-to-date scientific collaborations and emerging issues in the field of History and Archeology have been put forward via bibliometric analysis. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that the fields of History and Archeology have two different disciplines in terms of publication dynamics. The Belleten has been studied as a case study in order to demonstrate the relevance and suitability of the bibliometrics. As a result of the study, new publishing strategies have been proposed for the future, such as the necessity of visibility of publications in social and human sciences, which have different characteristics from other disciplines in terms of publication dynamics and resource utilization characteristics.

The aim of this research to determine the basic dynamics of folklore research and examine general characteristics of discipline with comparing the topics that studied in Turkey and international literature. In this context, growths of scientific knowledge and existing indexing system have been examined by Scientometric point of view. The literature of folklore studies has been evaluated with a hybrid approach that combined, social network analysis and text mining applications, bibliometric data and Scientometric laws which are both similar approach relationship and dynamics of field. Current trends of folklore publications and cultural heritage material classification seen that general framework of publication are closely related to folklore core publication journals. Our findings confirm that scientific cooperation between researchers' that are regularly published in folklore related journals and diversity of sources that are used in folklore. Considering this literature and its applications it seems that the interconnections in folklore between collaboration and multi-authored papers may be more complex than the others. Most of the authors works alone (%93), in other words according to the results of the study, in folklore researches single-authored papers predominate. A number of publications have reflected on the new collaborative possibilities that after the year 2010. However, looking to studies of collaborative publication patterns in folklore studies, it is clear that relatively little has been done on this from a quantitative perspective. The visualization of the network has shown that folklore publication dynamics are based on single authored papers. It can be defined the folklore discipline is closed research area, based on reference sources.

Smart Technologies have provided features that can be integrated to many products that are used frequently in everyday life. In order to comprehend to what extend this concept has been researched, and which research areas it has spread, it is important to determine the emergence of the concept of Smart Technologies and alterations it has had over the years. In this study the changes in smart technologies has been examined from the processes from ideation stage leading to product itself via scientific bibliographic data. For this purpose, the international scientific publications of including the concept "smart" in literature are examined, the bibliometric analysis conducted according to the bibliographic data.The aim of this analysis is to determine the publications’ subcategories in the context of subject, institutions, research dynamics, and applications. It will be possible to see to what extend the future work in Turkey will be aligned with the research trends globally.

Doğal ve insan kaynaklı afetlerin artan sıklığı, toplumsal işleyişin ayrılmaz bir parçası olan kurumsal, kamusal ve akademik bilgi merkezlerinin dayanıklılığını güçlendirmek acil bir ihtiyaç haline gelmiştir. Bu ihtiyacı ele alan çalışma, söz konusu bilgi merkezlerinin afet direncini güçlendirmede çok önemli bir adım olan özel bir İş Sürekliliği Yönetimi (İSY) çerçevesi oluşturmaya çalışmaktadır. Çok yöntemli bir yaklaşım kullanan bu çalışma, doğal afetlerin bilgi merkezleri üzerindeki etkilerini tanımlamakta ve bu tür afetleri ele almak için alınan önlemleri değerlendirmektedir. Çalışma, özellikle Canterbury Üniversitesi Kütüphanesi'nde yaşanan bir deprem örneğiyle BCM planına odaklanmakta ve bilgi merkezlerinin sürekliliğini sağlayan temel adımları analiz etmektedir. Çalışma, çerçeve planın farklı afet türleri için düzenli olarak güncellenmesi gerektiği ve personelin planlama ve hazırlık süreçlerine aktif katılımının doğal afetlere dayanıklı bir bilgi merkezi yapısı geliştirmek için çok önemli olduğu sonucuna varmaktadır. Bu çalışma aynı zamanda politika yapıcılara, iş dünyası liderlerine ve bilgi merkezi yöneticilerine bilgi merkezlerinin çeşitli acil durumlarla başa çıkabilmesi için uyarlanabilir çözümler geliştirmeleri konusunda değerli bilgiler sunmaktadır. Özetle, bu araştırma bilgi merkezlerinin karşılaştığı afetlerle ilgili mevcut literatüre önemli bir katkı sağlamaktadır.

3D printing technology has been considered one of the most potentially groundbreaking technologies for the future, as the customer expectations, market requirements, and the competition grows in a global scale. In order to understand the potential effect of 3D printing technology and if it is a disruptive innovation that will change the traditional manufacturing paradigm, it is essential to examine the diffusion of knowledge in this area. In this study, 3D printing technology has been reviewed and patent analysis regarding 3D printing technology has been conducted in order to understand the diffusion of 3D printing technology. The results of the patent analysis indicate that the diffusion of 3D printing technology which is represented by the patents of four key methods not expected to fit with Bass diffusion model. According to the findings, it can be concluded that 3D printing technologies are in a situation where a state of maturity has not been reached, yet the growth still continues.
