    BACKGROUND: Many customers often complain about Indihome facilities, causing dissatisfaction with the service of Indihome products at PT. Telkom. OBJECTIVE: This study examines physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom. METHODS: This study uses quantitative research with a population of all Indihome customers who make complaints or make payment transactions at PT. Telkom. RESULTS: Based on the study results, service quality, as seen from the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, significantly influences customer satisfaction in Indihome PT. Telkom. This study found that reliability and empathy affect Indihome customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, physical evidence, responsiveness, and guarantees do not affect Indihome customer satisfaction.     Performance is the result of work that can be raised by someone or a group of people in an organization, in accordance with their respective powers and responsibilities. It is an effort to achieve the goal of the organization legally while do not violate the law and in accordance with morals and ethics. The purpose of the research is to know about the effect of the application of fingerprint, food allowance and performance allowance to the civil servants. The researcher used multiple linier regression analisys, f test and t test as data analysis. Sample that is used by the researcher is saturated sampling with 51 respondents. The result of the research shows that those three things are simultaneously have a significant effect to the civil servants. A very dominant variable in this research is the application of fingerprint.

    This article aims to look at the effect of capabilities and resources of small and medium businesses on competitive advantage. The writing of this article is based on the phenomenon that most small and medium businesses still have limited ability to achieve competitive advantage. This is due to the capabilities and resources that are also still not fully met. The analysis used to discuss this conceptual article is descriptive qualitative analysis. Capabilities include product quality and reputation while resources include the reliability of human resources, the ability to produce quality products and good teamwork. Competitive advantage is reflected by the uniqueness, reliable strategy and corporate value. The results of the discussion in this article indicate that capabilities and resources that reflect resources based view will affect the achievement of competitive advantage in small and medium businesses.

    This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at Environment Agency of Bondowoso Regency with total sample of 100 employees. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with t test analysis tools and F test. The analysis process using SPSS statistical software. Hypothesis test results show that compensation consisting of basic salary, commission, incentive, structural allowance, overtime pay, social security, recognition and responsibility both partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees. The contribution of variable compensation to employee performance is very dominant as evidenced by the coefficient of determinant 0.98%.

    The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of the education, training, motivation, facilities, discipline, and working environment on the performance of employees and to know the dominant variables that affect the performance of the employee. The analysis of the data used by researchers was a multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The sample used in this study was the census sample, the sample used was 42 people.     This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

    The objective of this researchwas to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Atmosphere, and Career Development on Teacher Performance.The object of this research is teacher at SMAN I GambiranBanyuwangi. Type of this research was quantitative causality. Respondents who were samples in this research were 51 teachers consisting of 44 civil servant teachers and 7 non-civil servant teachers. Data analysis tool used in this research was doubled linear regression. Technically, SPSS software version 2.2 was used to analyze the data. Respondents were 51 teachers consisting of civil servant and non-civil servant teachers. The results showed that the leadership style, work atmosphere and teacher career development partially affect the improvement of teacher performance.     This study aims to analyze the structure of the organization, program structure, information structure, administrative factors, behavioral factors and cultural factors in the design of control system management with organizational goals as an intervening variable. Data is taken from questionnaires that have been filled out by several respondents. Determination of the sample is done using the Slovin formula. The overall sample consisted of 30 respondents who were employees of UTD PMI Jember Branch in 2018. The results showed that the organizational structure showed a significant influence on organizational goals.
