Kazan Tatar language, runic script old turk language, kalendar terms. 12 year Tatar calendar kept calendar terms, the 731 recorded in the official text of the second Turkic khanate. Over 1300 years only preserved ancient Turkic Tatar calendar terms, the other Turkic-speaking peoples do not have this fact. The existence of the Tatar calendar for 1300 years at fixed documents proved on the basis of the written materials on the culture as epigraphy, numismatics, manuscripts, and in the tradition of oral language on folklore. Work carried out for the first time and break the existing scientific opinion that Kazan Tatars are not the heirs of the Turkic khanate and runic inscriptions, which were formed in the Volga region. Articles language and practical life refute this view completely. This publication in 2007, the new version has not yet been published.
