The KATE method will allow teachers to use different key applications (with room to expand or mix different key teaching principles together ) to educate students with ease, confidence, and support.

Western cultures have different values  and means of expressing specific ideologies than Eastern cultures. Specific language  that leaders from past to present vary from culture to culture are primarily based on a few factors : Direct / Indirect communication , emotional appeal vs emotional suppression, different types of authority references in speech,  varied cultural values - independence vs filial piety, individual / collective hope, patriotism  vs nationalistic pride based on tradition heritage vs national identity  . Understanding these language ques and tactics can better serve specific types of culture  when attempting to persuade or impose an idea to the audience for personal,  or business dealings.

Culture is a great part of why certain people interact and express themselves in the way they do. Since language is a part of culture- it is also a strong indicator of why people from a culture express themselves differently than another group . I find it would be beneficial for people who live in an area with different demographics, including varied ethnic backgrounds to explore the different dynamics between the sytantical form of various languages and the relationship with the culture since the way people use language  can determine more of their culture. This would provide more insight of why individuals display more of one characteristic than another (punctuality  vs being late, obedience , submissiveness, direct vs sneaky , tactful vs tactless). Syntax shapes the way people in different cultures perceive and interact with each other - illustrating specific ideas of time, progress, clarity, structure, respect, storytelling, spatial relationships which reflects specific cultural and personality traits.

An Organization’s Culture and Virtue
As a collective, individuals can promote a virtuous culture of excellence through a combination of varied approaches, including ideas such as growth plans and codes of conduct. Several esteemed speakers such as Mellody Hobson, Dr. James Otteson, and Jordan Petterson, note several key aspects of what a virtuous organizational culture may include- self-regulation, intentional inclusivity, awareness, and integrity (YouTube, n.d.). From experience, I have witnessed leaders often demonstrate virtue in their leadership journey by example and through practice. Oftentimes, leaders and members of an organization will fall short of expectations, however, “being comfortable with the uncomfortable,” is a model that leaders should recognize, as this highlights the struggle of building virtue (TED, 2014). This paper will discuss virtue ethics concerning company values, leadership, and a self-cultivation reflection strategy growth plan to cultivate a stronger organizational culture.

When reading Gilgamesh, it surprisingly reminded me of the 2001 movie, Zoolander. When Ben Stiller is aiming for the male model of the year, his rival, Owen Wilson comes and tries to steal his image. Prologue
During a period in my life when I wanted, and needed change, I was instead left with a type of damage quite difficult to heal. I knew that only through words would I be able to express anything close to how it pains my spirit to this day.
This is a journey of a boy and a girl who weaves through each other's lives during their formative years of adolescence. Alison serves as an allegory of how words that turn into wounds can and will eventually drain our spirit if we are not careful. (Proverbs 18:21) As with our journey with Aiden, the boy serves as an innocent reminder of hope and the desire for faith unseen. (Hebrews 11:1)

Words will bring wisdom instead of wounds when used with love and care.

Slang usage can be studied within several different types of boundaries- sociolinguistics, covert groups, speech communities, diachronic studies, word derivation, connotation analysis, conversational analysis, and the study of the superstrate between speech communities. Not only this, frequency patterns of slang can be predicted and charted in regards to socioeconomic class, gender, and region. However, it should be noted that these berries themselves do not determine the slang usage, or lack thereof, within these speech communities. The morphology of slang, such as the coda, syllables and rhythm, can also determine the frequency. For example, with a potential cross study between child acquisition and slang usage, one can propose that since children are reported to prefer voicing two syllable words "ma-ma" at the critical stage, it can also be hypothesised in a future study,through research at the library, that usage of certain slang has more frequency because of a certain rhythm, sylbile, or coda pattern.

In the US classrooms, it is understood that a teacher will work with various cultures throughout his or her career. From finishing assignments, aiding students to participate in group work, and providing a safe classroom - it is part of a teacher’s obligation to understand who the student is, and how to best aid him / her to successfully complete the course.

One imperative aspect a teacher must consider when working in a classroom is the cultural difference a student may experience when interacting with their peers and authority. These obstacles include how a student responds to authority, the preference between group vs individual work, individualized study methods and interaction with peers. Although there are many learning disabilities that can be used to label “troubled” or “misbehaved” students, we must consider cultural factors which more than likely have an impact on a student’s performance.

The importance of emotional intelligence is underrated in regards to the value it holds in society, as it is far more important for career and leadership success than intelligence or IQ. As HBR states- “emotional leadership is the spark that ignites a company's performance, creating a bonfire of success or a landscape of ashes. Moods matter that much” (Goleman, et. al, 2015, p. 42). Emotional intelligence, fortunately, can be taught. Emotional intelligence components such as self-awareness, empathy, self-regulation, motivation, and social skills can be enhanced and mastered with practice. In this paper I will write about a situation where I had a low level of EQ (emotional intelligence), but later dealt with the same problem with a higher level of EQ, eventually resulting in a positive outcome.

This paper discusses three concepts of SLA which have built strong foundations for many future educators, including myself. The conceptual theories, which include universal grammar (UG), Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), and Operant Conditioning, are the pillars to my philosophy of teaching, highlighting behaviorism. Personal Journey of SLA : Learning Mandarin Chinese as a L2 learner during my formative years has been a remarkable journey of understanding both myself, and the world of second language acquisition. From reflecting upon the types of methods my language instructors had used in their lesson plans, I now have a better comprehension of my current abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. About
This class offers students further opportunity to study English language skills, in more creative and challenging environments. It will prepare students for more advanced opportunities in social, business, and academic settings. The class meets 20 hours/week and includes: Writing, Reading, Grammar, and Listening/Speaking classes.
