This research study aims at exploring the perceptions of the student-nurses on the caring behaviors portrayed by their nursing faculty and to what extent do they affect the nursing education. The researcher utilized a modified Collaizi method to organizely go through with the entire systematic process of data collection and analysis. Individual interview sessions and observations with second year to fourth year students were utilized by the research as methods of data gathering. Results of the study presented three central themes of nursing faculty caring behaviors, namely: (1) clinical supervision; (2) professional role; and, (3) personal attributes. Participants revealed that the caring behaviors of nursing faculty contribute to student-nurses' development of competent knowledge, enhanced skills, and appropriate attitude. A nursing faculty also referred to as clinical instructor has his or her own unique approach towards student-nurses, either professionally or personally, and that these responsibilities and characteristics could enhance or hinder the progress of student-mentor relationship.

The aim of this paper is twofold: to assess NLP patterns and
behaviors as practiced by a sample of UAE employees and
managers in order to shed light on current practices in the UAE
workplace; and, to assess the impact of NLP on respondents’
behavior and its consequences on the organization’s objectives.
Accordingly, a quantitative analysis is applied using a survey
questionnaire. Employees and managers from different areas
and work environments constitute the sample population.
Outcomes of the research are expected to define the workplace
environment by defining the dynamics of UAE employees and
managers that are believed to play a significant role in
contributing to the assessment of the organization’s health.

Objective. This paper describes and discusses patterns of behavior of M. chimachima related to nesting, feeding, parental care, learned behaviors, vocalizations and mobbing. Materials and methods. Between the months of January and May, 2017, synchronized and parallel linear transects were applied to the location of birds in the urban area of Santiago de Tolú, Sucre Colombia; subsequently, four fixed observation points were established for recording the different evaluated behaviors. Results. It was established that the construction of nests agrees with that established for the species, and contributions were made to the knowledge of parental care and learning processes. For the first time, three types of flight were described. It was evident that there are differences in the food consumed by adults and juveniles, with fishing and removing ticks from cattle as activities only carried out by mature individuals. It was recorded for the first time that P. sulphuratus (Aves, Tyrannidae) harasses M. chimachima (Aves, Falconidae), a behavior associated with parental care. Conclusions. The results contribute to knowledge on the ethology of this falconiform species of common occurrence in the Colombian Caribbean.

Sharing information has been democratized with the rise of social networks. Consequently, increasing the usage of Social Network, especially Twitter platform, leads to growing malicious activities. With a silent hack, a hacker can continuously dig around to control over victim's account. In this paper, an observed direct impact to users' security and privacy has been identified. Therefore, we address hidden tactics in the problem specific feature engineering with detailed results to show how deep leaning classifiers are promising direction to understand sentiment than classical machine learning. Thus, we focus on the state of the art Deep learning techniques by constructing a model to detect behavioral changes of users. Our evaluation shows that working with just classical machine algorithms to analyse social data do not achieve higher performance than deep learning algorithms. This will open directions for using deep learning for similar problems. Moreover, our results demonstrate the shortages of classical Machine Learning classifiers compared to Deep learning and how they can be mitigated.

The purpose of this study was to design a comprehensive mental health promotion model in girls' schools in Tehran. Method: The research method is a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) method. The statistical population of this study included all students of Tehran girls' schools who were studying in the academic year of 96-97. The sample consisted of 150 female students in Tehran who were selected by cluster random sampling method. The instruments used included General Health Questionnaire, Neo Characteristics, Family Valuation, Social Support, and Economic and Educational Factors. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that personality trait (0.63) was more than other factors, family relationships (0.43), social factors (0.37), and educational factors (0.51) could explain the variance of mental health in students. Family relationships play a decisive role in mental health of students. Among family factors, the component of emotional reactions in the family with a coefficient of 0.75 was able to play a more important role. There is a significant relationship between educational achievement and students' health at the level of 0.001. The coefficient of behavior of teachers with mental health of students is equal to 0.59 and significant. Also, the coefficient of school staffing path with mental health of students is equal to 0.51 and significant. educational factors such as the behavior of teachers and school staff can play an effective role in improving mental health of students. Also, out of a variety of personality traits, the extraversion feature is able to predict mental health of students with a coefficient of 0.46, as compared to other characteristics. This study aimed to develop and test the instrument of the caring behavior of nursing students in the Intensive Care Unit. The caring behavior domains were formulated and prepared according to the significant findings from the review of literature on the carative factors of Jean Watson. All third and fourth year Bachelor of Science in Nursing students of the University of Hail were recruited as respondents based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Content validity was reviewed by an expert panel. Data analyses were performed using Stata SE 13. Quantitative variables were presented as means and standard deviations. The internal consistency reliability of each domain was calculated as Cronbach's alpha 1.00; very high from 0.81 to 0.99; high from 0.61 to 0.80; moderate from 0.41 to 0.60; low from 0.21 to 0.40; and very low from 0 to 0.20. Using the developed tool, sixty-nine (94.52%) Bachelor of Science in Nursing students actively participated in the study. Ages of respondents are from 21 to 44 years old (M= 26, SD ±5.67). Seven caring behavior items were rated outstanding, being sensitive to patients' rights, (4.58 ±0.85) monitoring patient's vital signs (4.55 ±0.83) provide privacy (4.58 ±0.88) awareness of patients' health problems (4.55 ±0.72), hand washing (4.59 ±0.81), performs nursing procedures (4.57 ±0.90). This study demonstrated that perceptions of caring behaviors among Saudi nursing students were congruent to the results of other related studies on the most and least important caring behaviors.

AIMS This study aimed to enhance the conceptual understanding of the working alliance in the context of nursing care for people experiencing suicidal ideation. DESIGN A qualitative study based on grounded theory was conducted. METHODS Two authors conducted individual semi-structured interviews from September 2017-January 2019. Twenty-eight nurses in 13 wards of four psychiatric hospitals participated. The Qualitative Analysis Guide of Leuven was used to support constant data comparisons and the cyclic processes of data collection and data analysis. FINDINGS The nurses' perspectives revealed that the working alliance can be understood as an interpersonal and collaborative relational process. This relational process highlighted the core variable 'seeking connectedness and attunement with the person at risk of suicide'. The core variable underpinned three clusters: investing in the foundations of the working alliance, nourishing the clinical dimension of the working alliance and realizing an impact with the working alliance. CONCLUSION This study highlights the importance for nurses to assess, evaluate and respond to persons' suicidal ideation in harmony with a commitment to connect with them and attune to their perspective. IMPACT The relational process uncovered through this study offers valuable insights to support advanced nursing practice, where nurses meaningfully integrate relational elements of care with their contributions to suicide prevention and treatment.
