The worst and most direct impacts of climate change will fall disproportionately on livelihood systems and vulnerable populations that are already poor and food insecure. The highly vulnerable are communities dominated by farming, with limited livelihood diversification and adaptive capacity at household level. During the past three years, rural enterprises were established in six provinces of South Africa to increase access to food and to create income streams for farming communities in rural areas as part of the broader rural development strategy. The aim of this paper is to highlight the determinants of women land access in Cameron and appreciate its effects on wellbeing trough income and consumption. We use the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to capture land access determinants and a Simultaneous Equations Model (SEM) to put on evidence the implications on wellbeing in Cameroon. From data of the World Development Indicators of the World Bank, our main results show that land access for a woman is determined by her status in the household, that is as household head or being able to participate in main decisions (own health care, major household purchases, and visiting family). The more women are literate the more they advocate for their land tenure security and find ways to purchase or acquiring land. Satisfaction of members with services offered by cooperatives is key for a cooperative success. However, it remains questionnable whether cooperatives have really achieved their expected objectives. This paper analysed the determinants of farmers' satisfaction with access to services offered by Irish Potato Farmer Cooperatives in Northern and Western Provinces of Rwanda. Bu araştırmada okullarda ayrılma, kayıtsız kalma, muhalefet ve sadakat ile örgütsel adalet ilişkisinde iş doyumunun aracı etkisi incelenmiştir. İlişkisel tarama deseninde yürütülen araştırmanın hedef evrenini, Ankara iline bağlı dokuz ilçedeki resmi Anadolu Liselerinde görev yapan 6605 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya küme örnekleme yoluyla belirlenen 612 öğretmen gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Veri analizi öncesinde ölçeklerin geçerlikleri DFA, güvenirlikleri ise Cronbach alfa katsayısı incelenmiş olup, tümünün geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu görülmüştür. The aim of this study was to predict marital boredom of couples based on attachment styles (safe, avoidance and anxiety). The present study was a descriptive correlational study and the statistical population of this study included all married students of Islamic Azad University of Mashhad in the winter of 1398 who were selected by multi-stage sampling method of 200 people and entered the study with informed consent. To collect the data, participants responded to the Kaiser (1996) Marital Boredom Scale, the Collins and Reed (1990) Adult Attachment Styles Scale. Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the present study showed that attachment styles positively and significantly predict the marital boredom of couples. Among the attachment styles, avoidant attachment style and anxiety attachment style in a positive and meaningful way and secure attachment style in a negative and meaningful way predict the marital boredom of couples.

This paper applies a multiplier model analysis to the 2009/10 Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) for Uganda to investigate the impact of private and public investments on the nation’s economic growth. We uncover a positive impact of general investments on growth, albeit with varying degrees of sectoral intensity. Infrastructural investments have the highest income multiplier effect on growth, followed by investments in the industrial and services sectors. We also uncover excess capacity in both the agricultural sector and the labor market; further,  that  the  returns  to  capital  from  each  unit  of  investment  more  than 
double the returns to labor. These results are robust to time series application for the period Q3-1997 to Q3-2015, where a stationary, long-run relationship between economic growth, public and private sector investment, and exports and imports of goods and  services is found. This period also marks a strong  unidirectional causality running from both public and private investments to GDP growth. Capital is increasingly driving growth, but at the expense of the agriculture sector and the labor market. It appears that for growth to be all inclusive, capital utilization needs to be complemented by strategies to absorb
any excess capacity in agriculture and the labor market. One way to address this is for government to use policy to steer the productive system toward the adoption of capital-led, labor-intensive technologies, in tandem with scaling up public infrastructural investment.

Inclusive business is regarded as having the potential to improve food security status in the Global South. Despite increased popularity among governments, donors and other development stakeholders, little is known about the approach's impact on smallholder farmer communities. As such, the above-mentioned inclusive business promise on food security status largely rests on assumptions. This article scrutinises a case of smallholders' French bean production for export market in Tharaka Nithi County, Kenya. The business model adopted in the initiative is termed inclusive and is intended to enhance food and nutrition security in the community. The empirical findings show that several contextual factors-in particular, access to land and water resources-limit the participation of the majority of farmers in the community. This leads to a notable level of exclusion. Moreover, the company risks negatively influencing local food security when food crops are substituted for an export crop that is not consumed locally. Results of this article demonstrate that while private sector-led development might contribute to higher economic productivity and access to food of better quality, it rarely changes the structural causes of food and nutrition insecurity, which are oftentimes related to access to production resources. We plead for increased scrutiny of the contextual factors when designing and implementing inclusive business models.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of self-efficacy and cynical attitudes on life satisfaction. Participants, including 330 college students of whom 66.97% were women in the 18-36 age range (M = 21.20, SD = 1.91), from different academic departments and class levels of a state university in Middle Anatolia, completed the Self-Efficacy Scale, the Cynical Attitudes Towards University Scale, the Life Satisfaction Scale and the personal information form. In data analysis, correlation and regression analysis were utilized. The correlation analysis indicated significant relations between self-efficacy, cynical attitudes towards university, and life satisfaction. Self-efficacy and cynical attitudes towards university explained 17% of the variance in life satisfaction. The results were discussed in the light of information obtained from related literature and some suggestions for further studies were provided.

Bu araştırmanın literatür bölümünde örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel bağlılık kavramları, boyutları ve sonuçları konuları ele alınmıştır. Örgütsel sinizmin örgütsel bağlılık üzerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma İstanbul'da kamu ve özel hastanelerde çalışan 436 doktor üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre hekimlerin örgütsel sinizm algılarının örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde negatif yönlü etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu etkinin alt boyutları incelendiğinde de örgütsel sinizmin örgütsel bağlılığın alt boyutları olan duygusal bağlılık, devamlılık bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılık üzerinde negatif yönlü etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
In the literature part of this research, the concepts of organizational cynicism and organizational commitment, their dimensions and consequences are discussed. This study was conducted on 436 doctors working in public and private hospitals in Istanbul in order to investigate the effect of organizational cynicism on organizational commitment. According to the research result, it was determined that there is a negative effect of organizational cynicism on organizational commitment. When the subscales of this relationship were examined, it was also found that organizational cynicism negatively affects emotional commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment, which are sub-dimensions of organizational commitment.

This paper looks at the relevancy of cooperatives in South Africa. This discussion will be further extended to Southern Africa, especially focusing on Zambian cooperatives. The reason why I will be looking at South Africa and Zambia is the fact that both countries have had a long history of cooperatives that were first introduced by Whites in the case of South Africa and colonial administrators in Zambia. In both instances, blacks cooperatives were marginalized and excluded from the mainstream state sponsored cooperatives.
This paper will further argue that the turning point for cooperatives in South Africa was in 1999, when President Thabo Mbeki encouraged cooperatives as an alternative business model that may stimulate and sustain the South African economy. From this day onwards, South African government has placed cooperatives under the Department of Trade and Industry, and has devised various policies and strategic frameworks for cooperatives to be viable and legal business models. In the case of Zambia, after independence in 1964, Kenneth Kaunda did not abandon the idea of cooperatives though they tended to be monopolized by the one-party state that existed at that time.
It also important to realize that cooperatives attempts to address issues of gender imbalances, through encouraging equality, solidarity, mutual responsibility and a very important aspect is that of autonomy. Moreover, the United Nation recognized that cooperatives have the capacity to withstand economic and financial break down, hence, in 2012, it was declared to be the year for cooperatives. By this gesture cooperatives are recognized as economically sustainable business model worldwide. Some of the questions the paper will attempt to address include: 1) what is the role of the South African government? 2) What did the policy drawn up by the Department of Trade and Industry in South Africa attempted to address? 3) How has this policy been implemented thus far?
