The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between musical performance anxiety, learning styles, and the field of instrument and solo singing music teacher candidates. Musical performance anxiety has been investigated at various musical events, such as performance during exams, singing and playing on stage, or in front of judges for an audition. Many research studies have concluded that in any exam or concert, a high level musical anxiety has a negative effect on the actual performance. While  structured learning environments with learning styles have a positive effect on success. This research aims to identify the kinds of music that middle school students (5th,6th, 7th, 8th Grade) listen to. The research was designed based on a baseline descriptive survey method. The answers that students give to when they listen to music most is categorized based on Parott's (2001) emotional state classification in psychology on primary emotional states. Primary emotional states comprise love, joy, surprise, anger, sadness, fear. The sample of the study are from Mardin, Tokat, İzmir Middle School students (N=608). Problem and Purpose: In the traditional education apprehension it assume that everyone can learn same level of readiness with the same equipment in the same way. Who do not learn in this way, are considered less intelligent or less capable(Boydak, 2001).The perspective that brings Psychologys’ to the field of educational psychology , that personality process and emotional situations are being accepted in an relationship. Learning styles is which have differen sizes when a person learning and doing in preferred way.While the individual running the job to detect and react to events and phenomena within the framework of the features is called.Learning; physiological, biological, psychological and social variables and formed by the interaction of a number is the product of a lifelong process.Accordingly, learning is any cross-section that can't be limited to quality, comprehensive and continuous series of life events (Aydin, 2014).However;establishinglearning inpersistent, purposefulcontinuous structure, primarilywould expect from the formal education system.From this perspective; it was considered that, knowing learning styles and the learning styles of individuals which have a relationship with success in a positive way would be helpful in increasing resconstruction of learning environment and quality of learning. The aim of this research is due diligence of betweenlearning styles which is a important cognitive differences and academic success in the field of music education program in a meanngful relationships. Method:The study group of research consisted from Inonu University Faculty of Education Music education programme. Research datas obtained from, Gencel (2008) who made adaptation of the Turkish version of the Kolb Learning Style Inventory- III. Related datas analyzed through SPSS 21 Statistical Software and Prepared Kolb Learning Styles calculating excel sheet. The Field achievement points, obtained from student affairs and translated from letter to numeric data. To make the relational analysis ; Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, one-way analysis of variance ( ANOVA) , Welch test and Scheffe test was used. To determine the situation of normality to the normal distribution curve, skewness-kurtosis coefficients, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results have been dealt.. Conclusions and Recommendations:According to the results of the research, ” it was determined that the style is concentrated on the learning styles predominantly in the “assimilating” and “inverting”. Field courses, general achievement points and second-grade scores are meaningful relationships between only within “Music Theory”scores; considering the scores of the second class and all class, its concluded that who have assimilation and seperation styles, they are more successful than the changing style. Reached as a result of the findings of the research, as seen in the music education programhas been identified that studentshave groups in four of Kolb's learning styles.Thus, the arrangement of the environments of lessons according to individual learning styleswill increase the success, In the light of the findings,methods and materials used in the course lecture music theory, musical thought processes, If the MIOY course materials, both intellectual processes designed to reduce the level of excitement and anxiety will increase success, Studies have to increase to Music psychology whichConducting field studies on the Musical Learning and forms. The main aim of this research is to investigate violin student’s opinions on distance learning due to Covid-19 epidemic which affects the whole world. We believe that the research is important since its potential to reveal and understand the strong and weak aspects of distant learning. In the study, we used a case study method which belongs to qualitative research approaches. This study was prepared by obtaining the approval letter no 06/05 received at the meeting of Trakya University Social and Human Sciences Research Ethics Committee on 09.09.2020. The research group consisted of 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th-year violin students who were studying at Trakya University Fine Arts Education Faculty, Music education department (n=19). The study was used semi-structured interview questions which aimed to collect violin students’ opinions on the synchronous and asynchronous distant violin courses, general views in process and to reveal their motivational circumstances while in an epidemic situation. Collected data was interpreted via theme, sub-theme and codes- concepts which have been produced by content analysis and descriptive analysis method under the tables. As a result of there search, it was revealed that almost all of the students remarked the view that violin education should be carried out face to face fashion. Also, opinions about the use of the blended learning model in music education are among the results of the research.

In Turkey, the musical hearing-reading-writing lesson that is based on classical western music has an important place in the institutions where mainly vocational music education is given. The solfege that is a great dimension of this lesson means vocalis-ing the notes on stave consonant to their frequency, time and rhythmic structure. Polyphonic solfege in solfege training of these institutions where musical education is given in Turkey is important as it includes polyphony, the most important component of classical western music, and gives students the polyphonic culture.

Türkiye’de, ağırlıklı olarak mesleki müzik eğitimi verilen kurumlarda, klasik batı müziğini temel alan müziksel işitme-okuma-yazma dersi önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu dersin önemli bir boyutu olan solfej; porte üzerinde bulunan notaları; frekansı, süresi ve ritmik yapısına uyarak seslendirmektir. Türkiye’de müzik eğitimi verilen bu kurumlardaki solfej eğitiminde çoksesli solfej, klasik batı müziğinin en önemli unsuru olan çoksesliliği bünyesinde barındırıp öğrencilere çokseslilik kültürünü aşılaması bakımından önemlidir. Buradan hareketle, özellikle teksesli solfej eğitiminde yaygın bir biçimde kullanılan Albert Lavignac’ın Solfege Des Solfeges 1a, 2a, 1b, 2b, 2c ve 3a gibi kitaplarının yanı sıra aynı serinin çoksesli solfej eğitimi için yazılmış kitapları da mevcuttur. Bunlar; iki sesli, üç sesli ve dört sesli yapılarda oluşturulmuştur. Bu kitaplar; iki sesli solfejlerden oluşan 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b; üç sesli solfejlerden oluşan 8a, 8b ve dört sesli solfejlerden oluşan 9a, 9b olmak üzere bir seriyi teşkil etmektedir. Buradan hareketle araştırmanın temel problem durumu, Albert Lavignac tarafından hazırlanan 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b Solfege Des Solfeges kitaplarında yer alan iki sesli, üç sesli ve dört sesli solfej örneklerinin çeşitli parametrelere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın temel problem durumundan yola çıkılarak, araştırmanın problem cümlesi; “Solfege Des Solfege serisinde yer alan çoksesli solfejlerin içerik durumları nasıldır?” biçiminde oluşturulmuştur. Buna göre; çoksesli solfejler; kitap adı, parti sayısı, majör-minör yapı, tonalite adı, anahtar kullanımı, ölçü birimi, hız terimi, ritmik kalıplar, ses sınırları ve ifade-nüans terimleri açısından analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma desenlerinden içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Her solfej, yukarıda belirtilen parametreler ölçüt alınarak içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular, frekans (f) ve yüzde (%) değerleri verilerek ifade edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına ilişkin frekans ve yüzde değerleri, tablolar ve grafikler ile görselleştirilerek sunulmuştur.

This research aims to determine effects of polyphonic performance of Turkish Music melodies containing Hüseyni maqam with modal jazz harmony on undergraduate piano students. Accordingly, " one group pretest-posttest pattern " ,one of the weak experimental modals, has been used in the survey. In scope of the research, a piano curriculum based upon the components such as a general information about modal jazz harmony and chord setups has been applied to the students over two studies that are composed with dorian scale and two folk songs performed polyphonically in Hüseyni maqam. The effect of the applied piano curriculum on students' piano performance has been analysed. As Hüseyni maqam in Turkish Music resembles dorian scale, the studies used for the curriculum have been made based on dorian scale. A six-week curriculum was applied to the students in the process level of the experimental period of the research. The pretest-posttest piano performance success of the students has been analysed by using piano performance rating form prepared pursuant to learned opinion. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and r effect size were calculated in the analysis process. As a result of the survey, it has been determined that the piano curriculum based on
dorian scale and modal jazz harmony, enhances
the piano performance success of the students
noteworthily. Moreover, it has also been
identified that the influence quantity is in a high
level.

Araştırma ile Türkiye'de lisans düzeyinde piyano
eğitimi gören öğrenciler için modal caz armonisi
ile çokseslendirilen Hüseyni makamı içerikli
Türk müziği ezgilerinin, öğrencilerin piyano
performanslarına olan etkisinin belirlenmesi
amaçlanmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, araştırmada
zayıf deneysel modellerden "tek grup ön test-son test
desen" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında,
öğrencilere; doryen dizi ile bestelenmiş iki etüt
ve çokseslendirilmiş iki hüseyni içerikli türkü
üzerinden modal caz armonisine ilişkin genel
bilgiler, akor kurulumları vb. öğelere dayanan bir
piyano öğretim programı uygulanmıştır.
Uygulanan piyano öğretim programının öğrenci
piyano performanslarına olan etkisi
incelenmiştir. Türk müziğindeki Hüseyni
makamı dizisi ile doryen dizi benzerlik gösterdiği
için öğretim programında kullanılan etütler,
doryen dizi temel alınarak oluşturulmuştur.
Araştırmanın deneysel sürecinin işlem evresinde
öğrencilere altı haftalık piyano öğretim programı
uygulanmıştır. Öğrencilerin öntest-sontest
piyano performans başarıları, uzman görüşleri
çerçevesinde oluşturulan piyano performans
değerlendirme formu uygulanarak incelenmiştir.
Analiz işlemlerinde Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar testi
ve r etki büyüklüğü değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda doryen dizi ile modal caz
armonisine dayanan piyano öğretim
programının, öğrencilerin piyano performans
başarılarını anlamlı düzeyde arttırdığı tespit
edilmiştir. Etki büyüklüklerinin ise yüksek
düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to determine the usability of the etude and pieces written in maqam tuned in the equal temperament system in the classical guitar education and the level of the effect of the education program developed in this respect on the success of the student. The study was carried out using the “one-group pretest-posttest” design. Students, who were individual guitar players, studying at the University of Harran, Music Education Undergraduate Program constituted the study group of the research (n=7). The 11-week classical guitar education program based on the Hüseynî, Kürdî, Hicâz, Râst and Nihâvend maqam sequences and structures was applied to the study group. 5 etudes and 5 pieces were composed for each maqam in accordance with the opinions of the experts as a part of this education program. The education period composed of 2-week parts. Maqam and the relevant etude were theoretically studied in the first week and in the second week the relevant piece was studied. In the first week of the 2-week period, pre-examinations consisting 4 questions were held to determine the knowledge levels of the students before the theoretical explanation of the relevant maqam to the students. After the explanations, the same examination was held again and the effect of the course and educational states of the students were determined again. Following the theoretical study, the relevant etude and piece were studied and they were analysed using the pretest-posttest design. This process was performed 5 times for each maqam throughout the study. The pretest-posttest scores for these pieces and etudes were determined through the “performance evaluation form” which is prepared with classical guitar experts. The performance evaluation form is composed of 20 items related to technical and musical aspects. The students’ performance evaluation process was carried out by six domain experts from six different universities. The Kendall’s W and Wilcoxon tests were applied for the data analysis, and their r-values were calculated for the effect size. The interrater match level was determined to be high. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the education program comprising maqam increased the student success with a high impact level; therefore, these programs were suitable to use.

Bu araştırma ile klasik gitar öğretiminde eşit tampere sisteme uyarlanmış makamsal içerikli etüt ve eserlerin kullanılabilirliğinin ve bu bağlamda geliştirilen öğretim programının öğrenci başarısına etkisinin ne düzeyde olduğunun tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, “tek grup ön test – son test” desende oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu; Harran Üniversitesi Müzik Öğretmenliği Lisans Programı’nda öğrenim gören bireysel çalgı gitar öğrencileridir (n=7). Çalışma grubuna; Hüseynî, Kürdî, Hicâz, Râst ve Nihâvend makam dizileri ve yapıları temel alınarak 11 haftalık bir klasik gitar öğretim programı uygulanmıştır. Bu öğretim programı kapsamında uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda her makam için 5 etüt ve 5 eser bestelenmiştir. Öğretim süreci ikişer haftalık bölümlerden oluşmaktadır. İlk haftada teorik olarak makamın ve ilgili etüdün çalışılması, ikinci haftada ise ilgili eserin çalışılması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Her iki haftalık sürecin ilk haftasında; ilgili makam öğrencilere teorik olarak anlatılmadan önce, öğrencilerin bilgi düzeylerini görebilmek adına dört soruluk ön sınavlar yapılmıştır. Anlatım gerçekleştirildikten sonra aynı sınav tekrarlanmış ve dersin etkisi, öğrencilerin öğrenim durumları yeniden tespit edilmiştir. Teorik çalışmanın takibinde ilgili etüt ve eser çalışılıp ön test – son testleri uygulamaları yapılmıştır. Bu işlem, tüm çalışma sürecinde her makam için beş defa yapılmıştır. Bu eser ve etütlere yönelik ön test – son test puanları, klasik gitar alan uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda hazırlanmış olan “performans değerlendirme formu” aracılığı ile tespit edilmiştir. Performans değerlendirme formu; teknik ve müzikal boyutlara ilişkin 20 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Öğrencilerin performanslarının değerlendirilmesi işlemini, altı farklı üniversiteden altı alan uzmanı gerçekleştirmiştir. Veri analizi için Kendall’s W, Wilcoxon testleri uygulanmış; etki büyüklükleri için r değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Puanlayıcılar arası uyuşum düzeyinin yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; makamsal içerikli öğretim programının öğrenci başarısını yüksek etki düzeyi ile arttırdığı, dolayısıyla uygulamaların kullanılabilir olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This research aims to determine profile properties of music teachers. The research has been done in general survey model. The study group consists of music teachers (n=150) working in Malatya in 2014-2015 academic year. The data collection tools used in the study are " Profile Properties of Music Teachers Form " and database of Directorate of National Education used for determining the teachers' places of duty. The obtained data has been processed to SPSS packet programme and frequency and percentage analysis have been presented by using graphics. As a result of the research, it has been found that most of the music teachers graduated from general high schools and Inonu University. When the results about distribution of the teachers' KPSS marks were examined, it was seen that they mostly had marks between 55 and 65. Teachers working in secondary schools have been agreed to be the most intensive group in the distribution. When the number of the course hours that music teachers had were viewed it was seen that the most intensive group was consisted of the ones that have 11-15 course hours a week. They mostly had 11-15 and 16-20 course hours. It was also found that nearly half of the teachers had been working in their current school for 5-9 years. Furthermore, nearly half of the teachers didn't have an extra job. It has been identified that recorder and keyboard are the most common instruments teachers use in their lessons.

Bu araştırmada müzik öğretmenlerinin profil özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, genel tarama modelinde oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; 2014-2015 eğitim-öğretim yılında Malatya'da görev yapan müzik öğretmenleri (n=150) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları; " Müzik Öğretmenleri Profil Özellikleri Formu " ve bu öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları okulların belirlenmesi için kullanılan Malatya Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü veri tabanıdır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programına işlenmiş ve frekans ve yüzde analizleri grafikler aracılığı sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; Müzik öğretmenlerinin çoğunluğunun genel lise ve İnönü Üniversitesi mezunu olduğu bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin KPSS puanına göre dağılımına ilişkin sonuçlar incelendiğinde, çoğunluğu 55-65 aralığında puan alanlar oluşturmaktadır. Ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin dağılımda en yoğun grup olduğu bulunmuştur. Müzik öğretmenlerinin ders saatine ilişkin dağılımlarına bakıldığında, en yoğun grubun 11-15 saat girenler olduğu tespit edilmekle beraber çoğunluğun 11-15 ve 16-20 saat derse giren öğretmenlerden oluştuğu sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin yarıya yakın bir bölümünün bulundukları okulda 5-9 yıllık bir zaman dilimi boyunca çalıştıkları görülmüştür. Çalışma grubunun yarısına yakın bir kısmının ek iş yapmadığı görülmüştür. Müzik derslerinde, öğretmenlerin çoğunluğunun blokflüt ve klavye çalgılarını en çok kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, the music teacher education program the special aptitude test levels of cognitive flexibility with the success of examination of the relationships between aimed to investigate. In this context, sub-dimensions of examination achievement there is which level of the cognitive flexibility to achieve tought that must be important because of the fact that, individuals be aware about solving problems, entering and searching alternative ways and controling this case the ability to control the level of, in otherwords, searching how to investigate whether cognitive flexibility is thought to be an important issue. Correlational screening model in this study’s research group consists of 2013-2014 education period who entered Education faculty of Music Education special ability examination (N=449). To candidates Cognitive Flexibility inventory was applied. The examination and the success of the placement of the main points to Inonu University, faculty of Education database has been reached.The data obtained using the SPSS 17.0 processed package, and analysing is made with this programme.To determine the situation of normality to the normal distribution curve, skewness-kurtosis coefficients, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results have been dealt. To make relational analyses; Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, t-test for independent groups and one way variance analysis (ANOVA) was made. To determine effect sizes; Cohen’s d and r was calculated. Candidates levels of cognitive flexibility, it was determined that a high level. With scores of cognitive flexibility, exam success of a significant relationship between, cognitive flexibility with a high level of the students were found more successful. It can be say that young teachers love their proffession more. At this point; beginner teachers to the profession, to exhibit their works closer enthusiastic and passionate and idealistic attitudes. Teachers in their attitude towards their profession according to the type of the high school graduate, it was determined that there was a significant difference in the factor of  love. Of those who graduated from religious school, in their love for the profession according to the general high school teacher was found to be more intense. Religious culture and ethics course, besides being a course it is an abrahamic faiths such as islam and it has an effective domain area. In this regard, this course not only by teachers as a course in the religion they believe in, feel the consciousness of a task are thought to feed a separate love. Love level of Music education graduates has found that higher than, Fine arts Faculty, Conservatory and other program graduations. In according to instrurement points only difference has found on value factor points. Group of wind instruments has found more attributed value than piano group. Music teachers and attitudes of their love for the profession, it was determined that a significant difference in the case of additional work. When we look at Love factor points, special course givers has found more love on their profession than doing hob lik musician etc. Based on this result, an important Pillar of music education, instrument training, instrument training and especially individual students for intensive teaching and a high level of technical knowledge to be conducted, have an importance in terms of professional satisfaction, and teachers ' attitude towards their work and love is thought to be a positive influence. Based on this result, instrument education which is An important pillar of music education has a positive effect on teachers own teacher profession. Classical West Music listeners has found more lover than Turkish music listeners.  In the light of this information; naive structure, high art value, especially mental health and effect of on other creatures with a universal artistic value,  Western Classical listener teachers has  love and attitude towards their profession and this have demonstrated the importance of this type of music.

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between musical performance anxiety, learning styles, and the field of instrument and solo singing music teacher candidates. Musical performance anxiety has been investigated at various musical events, such as performance during exams, singing and playing on stage, or in front of judges for an audition. Many research studies have concluded that in any exam or concert, a high level musical anxiety has a negative effect on the actual performance. While structured learning environments with learning styles have a positive effect on success. Moving from this point, the level of the teacher candidates' anxiety levels and learning styles and the relationships between these variables have been seen as an important condition to be investigated. The study group of research, where the correlation and causal-comparative approach is used, comprises music teacher candidates (n = 99). The data collection tools of the research are Kenny Musical Performance Inventory and Kolb Learning Style Inventory Version-3. The reliability levels of these measurement tools were found to be significantly higher. As a result of normality analysis, it has proven to be appropriate to use parametric statistical techniques. Descriptive statistics are: frequency, arithmetic means, standard deviation, and minimum-maximum values. To determine the relationship between musical performance concerns and learning styles, field of instrument and solo singing one-way variance analysis, and Welch's F, Scheffe tests were used and, for the relationship between learning modes and musical performance anxiety, Pearson's correlation was applied. Learning styles and the field of instrument and solo singing values are presented using crosstabs. To determine the effect sizes; Omega squared ω², Pearson r and r 2 values were calculated. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the musical performance anxiety of students was at a medium level. The most preferred learning style was found to be assimilating. It was determined that there is an insignificant relation in negative and weak direction between the points of psychological vulnerability and somatic anxiety and abstract conceptualization learning mode. It was found that the level of physiological vulnerability of those in the solo singing field compared to those in the bağlama instrument group was significantly higher. The effect size value was determined to be close to the high level.

This research aims to identify the kinds of music that middle school students (5th,6th, 7th, 8th Grade) listen to. The research was designed based on a baseline descrip-tive survey method. The answers that students give to when they listen to music most is categorized based on Parott's (2001) emotional state classification in psychology on pri-mary emotional states. Primary emotional states comprise love, joy, surprise, anger, sad-ness, fear. The sample of the study are from Mardin, Tokat, İzmir Middle School stu-dents (N=608). The cities are chosen in order to reach students with a variety of different level of socio-economical development. This choice is made using maximum variation sample method and regarding the report entitled 'The Research of Gradation of Socio-economical Development in the Cities and Regions' of the General Directorate of Re-gional Development and Constitutive Compatibility of Turkey (2011). The data has been analyzed and visualized through a variety of graphics that have been formed detecting the frequency (f) and the percentage (%) of the data obtained. At the end of the research, open and close ended responses are received detecting that students prefer Turkish Pop-Rock Music most, according to Parrott's emotional states, they listen to music in joy states the most listened singer is 'Arsız Bela' in the style that does not exist in literature but can be explained as 'Arabesque-Rap'.

Ankette öğrencilerin en çok hangi duygu durumunda müzik dinledikler-ine yönelik sorunun cevapları, Parott'un (2001) sosyal psikolojideki duygu durumları sınıflandırmasının “birincil duygu durumları” esas alınarak analiz edilmiştir. Birincil duygu durumları; sevgi-aşk, eğlence-mutluluk, şaşkınlık, öfke, üzüntü ve korku olmak üzere altı duyguyu kapsamaktır. Araştırmada, öğrencilerin bu duygu durumlarına göre dinledikleri müzik türleri ve seslendiriciler tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini; Mardin, Tokat ve İzmir'de öğrenim gören ortaokul öğrencileri (5, 6, 7, 8. sınıf) oluşturmaktadır (N=608). Maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak tespit edilen bu iller; farklı sosyo-ekonomik gelişmişlik düzeylerine sahip öğrencilere ulaşmak ve çeşitliliği sağlamak için seçilmiştir. Bu seçim, Bölgesel Gelişme ve Yapısal Uyum Gen-el Müdürlüğü'nün 2011 tarihli "İllerin ve Bölgelerin Sosyo-Ekonomik Gelişmişlik Sırala-ması Araştırması (SEGE)" adlı raporu dikkate alınarak yapılmıştır.Analiz işlemleri sonu-cunda verilerin frekans (f) ve yüzde (%) değerleri tespit edilerek çeşitli grafikler oluştu-rulmuş, bulgular görselleştirilerek sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucundaöğrencilerin en çok Türk Pop-Rock müziğini tercih ettikleri tespit edilmiştir.Parrot’un duygu du-rumlarına göre öğrencilerin en çok eğlence-mutluluk duygusunda müzik dinlemeyi istedikleri saptanmıştır. Modernization; developed by Western sociologists, which describes economic development, socio-cultural diversity, understanding and realization of the democratic process of social change, with the stages of "traditional society", "transitional society" and the "modern society", is a concept. The modernization in Music can be defined that the traditional approach is replaced by an understanding of polyphonic music that forms the basis of Classical Music. This condition is also a Western understanding of traditional music with a universal quality gain. It has been seen that The modernization in Turkish Music began after Reform movements ( Tanzimat Fermanı in Turkish ), prior to the Republic of Turkey, and there was a significant acceleration in the Republican period . After the establishment of the Republic, some institutions were opened to realize these music movements and some music scholars were sent abroad. Training programs, based on polyphonic music, also has been applied. Being restructured of new music institutions and existing music institutions was carried out by having been taken music scholars from abroad. In the early years of the Republic, as in other areas of music policies, it was concluded that the synthesis of Western and Turkish cultures, and music systems was the basic policy and the modernization process in Music ranged.
Modernleşme; batılı sosyologlar tarafından geliştirilen, ekonomik kalkınmayı, sosyo-kültürel çeşitliliği, demokratik anlayışı gerçekleştirme ve toplumsal değişme sürecini; “geleneksel toplum”, “geçiş toplumu” ve “modern toplum” aşamaları ile açıklayan bir kavramdır. Müzikte modernleşme ise geleneksel yaklaşımın yerini Klasik Batı Müziği’nin temelini oluşturan çoksesli bir anlayışa bırakması olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu durum aynı zamanda geleneksel müziğe batılı bir anlayış ile evrensel bir nitelik kazandırılmasını beraberinde getirmektedir. Türkiye’de müzikte modernleşme hareketlerinin Cumhuriyet öncesinde Tanzimat Fermanı’ndan sonra başladığı ve Cumhuriyet döneminde ciddi bir ivme kazandığı görülmektedir. Cumhuriyet’in kurulmasından sonra bu müzik atılımını gerçekleştirecek kurumlar açılmış, bazı müzik adamları yurtdışına gönderilmiştir. Ayrıca çoksesliliği temel alan öğretim programları uygulanmıştır. Yurtdışından müzik insanları getirilerek mevcut müzik kurumlarının ve yeni açılan müzik kurumlarının yapılandırılması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Cumhuriyet’in ilk yıllarında müzikte modernleşme hareketlerinin, müzik politikalarının diğer alanlarda olduğu gibi değişkenlik gösterdiği, temel politikaların ise Batı ile Türk kültürlerinin ve müzik sistemlerinin sentezlenmesi fikri üzerine geliştiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Each year , the talent examination of Music Teaching Program is done between the end

writing, musical play and musical telling. Candidates participating in the exams vary in
terms of variables gender, age, type of school, parents and their education, family income etc. In
this study, the relationships between the exam success, the field of music scores and at İnönü University,
2013-2014 Year of Music Teaching Education Special Skills Examinations of candidates
(N=449) with these variables were investigated. It was found to be a significant relationship
between many socio-demographic variables and the possibility of exam sucess, music scores.
Müzik Öğretmenliği Programı yetenek sınavları her yıl haziran ayı sonu ile eylül ayının ilk
haftası arasında yapılmaktadır. Bu sınavlar, müziksel işitme- okuma- yazma, müziksel çalma ve
müziksel söyleme gibi alanlardan oluşmaktadır. Sınavlara katılan adaylar; cinsiyet, yaş, lise türü,
anne-baba eğitim durumu, ailenin geliri gibi değişkenler bakımından farklılıklar göstermektedir.
Bu çalışmada, İnönü Üniversitesi 2013-2014 yılı Müzik Öğretmenliği Programı Özel Yetenek Sınavı'na
giren adayların (N=449) bu değişkenler ile sınav başarı durumları ve müzik alanı puanları
arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Birçok sosyo-demografik değişken ile sınavı kazanma durumu ve

Postgraduate education, which students has successfully completed his undergraduate education, and can continue their
education in a science with the area that they are interested, is a training phase. In universities in our country, but in the
interim periods are rarely, usually during the months of July and August , applicants are taken to a graduate program. In
this application , ALES, foreign language score and the undergraduate , post- graduate grade point average based on
certain ratios ,are arranged in order. In this study, in 2011-2012 academic year, ales, foreign language and grades of 216
candidates who applied to Inönü University, Institute of Education Sciences have been comparatively studied.
According to the survey, there are negative relations between Ales points which most of the candidates have a high
grade point average and scores of foreign language and this has been determined. However, while there is a significant
and positive relationship between undergraduate grade point average and ALES scores, a significant relationsihip
between scores of undergraduate grade point average and foreign language has not been determined.

Lisansüstü eğitim, lisans eğitimini başarıyla tamamlamış öğrencilerin, mezun oldukları alan veya yasal olarak engel
olmaması kaydıyla, ilgi duydukları bir bilim dalında öğrenimleri devam edebilecekleri bir eğitim safhasıdır.
Ülkemizdeki üniversitelerde, ara dönemlerde nadiren olmakla birlikte, genellikle temmuz ve ağustos aylarında
lisansüstü programlara başvurular alınmaktadır. Bu başvurularda, adayların ALES puanı, yabancı dil puanı ve lisans,
yüksek lisans not ortalamaları belirli oranlarda alınarak, adaylar sıralamaya alınmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada; 2011-2012
öğretim yılında, İnönü Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü’ne başvuran 216 adayın, ALES, yabancı dil ve mezuniyet
not ortalamaları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; adayların en yüksek not
ortalamalarının ALES puanları olduğu ve yabancı dil puanları ile ALES puanları arasında negatif yönde bir ilişki
olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte adayların, lisans not ortalamaları ile ALES puanları arasında pozitif yönde
anlamlı bir ilişki görülürken, lisans not ortalamaları ve yabancı dil puanları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit
edilmemiştir.

Moveable do solfege teaching method is one of them.This system is a solfege teaching method using all the melodies that have the tonal structures, the sounds of do major and la minor sequences. In traditional Turkish Art Music solfege applications, there is no systematic method of teaching. Although many of these applications are the same as the names of note, frequencies are different. In these exams, as well as ÖYSP-SP, the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYMin Turkish) made by the Transition to Higher Education Examination (YGS) and also the secondary education achievement points calculated according to the state in different formats are assesed. ) It is multiplied again for the candidates from the field with a different value of the OBP (0.03) according to the candidates studying their field and off the field after being multiplied one time with the same values (0.11 ). In the final stage; OBP, YGS and ÖYSP–SP added to each other and YP is calculated. OBP candidate's level of academic achievement in secondary education in terms of reflecting a significant extent , besides being quite a special aptitude test is a factor in the success. In this regard, it should be explored as a significant topic in terms of the determination of relation levels OBP and field scores, field types, gender,age.
The study group of this research is the candidates who take the Music Teacher Program Special Ability Test of İnönü University Faculty of Education in the education and teaching year of 2013-2014 (N = 449).The scores obtained from the database İnönü University, Faculty of Education were analyzed to SPSS 17.0 software package. Parametric statistical techniques were used because there was no extreme deviations from normality in the data to be determined. Some relationships were visualized being used scatter graphs. In OBP significantly associated with winning conditions , OBP of winning candidate was found to be significantly higher than the other candidates. CFP of A large part of the winning candidate (n = 25) was concluded that in the range of 350-449 points. Weak points of each field type with OBP level and significant positive relationships were found. The highest and most significant relationship between OBP and YP is middle level and positive. OBP has showed significant differences according to gender, age, state of the field and the OBP points of girls candidates and the field candidates have been found to have higher. In addition, it has been concluded that OBP of candidates aged 17-20 and 25 years later is significantly higher than 21-24 age group.

In this study, it has been examined that polyphonic solfege studies of cooperative learning based
on approach "Student Terms Achivement Divisions'' affect the success of the polyphonic solfege. In this research as
post-test and pre-test control group with full trial model has been applied. The sample of the study in the academic
year 2013-2014 consists of 22 people studying at İnönü University in Class 3. The implementation process covers a
10-week process. According to the method of straight expression have been applied to B the control group while
improved programme based on cooperative learning approach have been applied to the experimental group. As a tool
for data collection, reliability level .88 is calculated as Musical reading (solfege) performance test. Measurement and
evaluation have been carried out by three specialists. After examining the level of normality for analysis of
transactions related and unrelated samples t-tests were used. In addition, for calculating of the size of the impact,
Cohens' d formula has been applied. According to the results of the research, it has been reached to the conclusion that
applications to students based on cooperative learning approach has influenced on the success of the solfege
polyphonic positively and highly.

2019-2020 öğretim yılında Pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan müzik bölümü öğretmen adaylarından, 45 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Problem çözme becerilerinin belirlenmesi için iki bölümden oluşan kişisel bilgi formu ve ölçek kullanılmıştır.
Formun birinci bölümünde araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan cinsiyet, yaş, mezun olunan lise türü, anne eğitim durumu, baba eğitim durumu, anne mesleği, baba mesleği, ailenin aylık gelir durumu, ailenin yaşadığı bölge, okunan kitap sayısı gibi bilgilerinden oluşmuştur. İkinci bölümünde ise Heppner ve Petersen
tarafından geliştirilen Şahin, Şahin ve Heppner tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Problem Çözme Becerileri Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın veri analizi için, kullanılan ölçekteki elde edilen veriler ışığında t testi ve varyans (ANOVA) analiz yoluyla tablolaştırılarak yorumları yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda müzik bölümü öğretmen adaylarının problem çözme becerileri cinsiyet, aile gelir düzeyi, anne baba eğitim durumu, mezun
oldukları lise türüne göre anlamlı düzeyle fark olmadığı sonucu çıkmıştır. Mezun olunan lise türüne göre sınırdaolduğu görülmüştür.

how and what to do in the face of problems.The purpose of this study; To determine the social problem solving skill levels of teacher candidates, whostudied pedagogical formation, music department. The sample of the study consists of 48 candidates from themusic department, who studied Pedagogical formation in the 2019-2020 academic year at the Dede KorkutEducation Faculty of Kafkas University. A personal information form and a scale consisting of two parts were used to determine problem solving skills. The first part of the form consisted of information such as gender, age,
high school type graduated, maternal education level, father’s educational status, maternal profession, father’s profession, monthly income status of the family, the region where the family lived, and the number of books read.In the second part, “Problem Solving Skills Scale” adapted to Turkish by Şahin, Şahin and Heppner developed by Heppner and Petersen was used. For the data analysis of the research, in the light of the data obtained in the scale used, t test and variance (ANOVA) analysis will be tabulated and analyzed. As a result of the research, it was
concluded that there was no significant difference in the problem solving skills of the music department teacher candidates according to gender, family income level, education level of parents, and the type of high school they graduated. It has been observed that it is borderline according to the type of high school graduated from.

Bu amaca yönelik olarak nitel araştırma deseninin benimsendiği bu çalışmada elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Piyano alanı ile ilgili araştırmalar; YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi, Google Akademik ve DergiPark veri tabanları üzerinden taranmış, bu tarama sonucunda 1987-2020 yılları arasında yayımlanan 425 tez ve 210 makaleye ulaşılmıştır. Bu tez ve makaleler; yayın yılı, enstitü, konu alanı, model/desen, üniversite, yazar ve danışman cinsiyeti, yazar sayısı, danışman unvanı gibi değişkenlere göre incelenmiş, elde edilen veriler analiz edilerek frekans-yüzde, çapraz tablo ve grafikler kullanılarak açıklanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda; piyano alanındaki tez ve makalelerin çoğunluğunu piyano eğitimi konusundaki çalışmaların oluşturduğu, tezlerin çoğunluğunun yüksek lisans tezlerinden oluştuğu, bu alanda en fazla tezin 2019 yılında yazıldığı, bu alanda en fazla tezin Gazi Üniversitesinde yazıldığı ve en çok tarama modelindeki çalışmaların yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. ABSTRACT This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing national theses and articles on piano in according to some criteria. For this purpose, the method of the study was determined as content analysis. Studies related to the piano branch were scanned from YÖK National Thesis Center, Google Scholar and Dergipark, 425 theses and 210 articles have been reached. These thesis and articles were examined according to variables such as year of publication, institute, subject area, method, university, gender of author and advisor, number of authors and title of advisor; the data obtained has been analyzed, are explained using frequency-percentage, cross-table and graphs. As a result of the study; the majority of dissertations and articles in the field of piano consist of studies on piano education, the majority of theses consist of Master's theses, most theses on this topic were written in 2019, most theses on this subject have been produced at Gazi Universityand in these theses, the screening model was most often used. When the articles are examined, most articles published in 2017, Most articles on this subject have been published in 'Fine Arts NWSA' journal. The most commonly used model in articles is musical analysis.

Bu yöntemler çoğu kez bir birinin devamı olacak şekilde evrimleşmiş, bir birini etkilemiştir. Bu süreç içerisinde standart notasyonun geri plana ittiği fakat hala kullanılan notasyon türlerinden biri de tablatür sistemidir. Tablatür, beş çizgili standart notasyonun kullanılmasından yakın bir zaman sonra çalgı icracılarının nota okumasını kolaylaştırmak amacıyla ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ilk olarak org partileri şifrelenmiştir. Ardından, telli çalgılarda geniş bir alan bulmuştur. Bu sistemin temel yaklaşımı, çalgı müziği için harf, sayı ve şekiller kullanarak notaları betimlemektir. Dolayısıyla tablatür sistemi tarihsel süreç içerisinde içerik ve kavramsal yapı bakımından gelişim göstererek pek çok değişik formda kendine alan bulabilmiştir. Rönesans ve Barok dönemde birçok çalgı grubunda kullanılan bu sistem, daha sonraki dönemlerde ise sadece gitar, vihuela ve lavta gibi telli ve perdeli çalgı gruplarında popülerliğini devam ettirebilmiştir. 21.yy’da ise yaygın olarak gitar müziğinde kullanılmaktadır. Bu sistemin varlığını hala sürdürüyor olması işlevsel bir niteliğe sahip olduğunu kanıtlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, 21.yy gitar müziğinde popüler bir şekilde kullanılan tablatür yönteminin tarihsel süreç içerisindeki gelişimi ve yapısal özellikleri görsel öğeler ile birlikte analiz edilerek betimlenmiştir.
The notion of musical note that everyone who learns, teaches and performs music is in need at some point has been
portrayed in various ways during the historical process. These methods have often evolved to be the continuation of each other and have influenced each other. During this process, one of the notation types that standard notation pushes it into background but still used is the tablature system. The tablature has come to existence in order to facilitate instrument readers to read the notes soon after the use of the standard five-line notation. For this purpose, the organ partitions are encrypted first.
Then, the tablature gained a wide ground in the stringed instruments. The basic approach of this system is to describe notes using letters, numbers and shapes for instrumental music. Thus, the tablature system has evolved in terms of content and conceptual structure in the historical process and has been able to find itself in many different forms. This system, used in many instrument groups in Renaissance and Baroque period, could continue its popularity in stringed and fretted instrument groups like guitar, vihuela and lute in later periods. In the 21st century, it is widely used in guitar music. The fact that this
system still maintains its existence proves to be functional. In this study, the development and structural features of the tablature method which is popularly used in the 21st century guitar music in the historical process are described and analyzed with the visual items.
