Nowadays, public – private partnership is an increasingly common term in the academic literature, in political speeches and international institutions. By carrying out a bibliometric analysis in the field of public-private partnership, the graphic display of a large amount of information was aimed at highlighting the number of publications in this field, the distribution of authors in certain areas, the points of interest and the research methods used by researchers. The information used in this research was collected from the Web of Science database which is one of the most famous in the world, especially from the Web of Science Core Collection, the main component which contains high quality items. Although the first publications on the Web of Science platform dates from 1967, research in this field has been expanding for the last 10 years. In this study we focus on the content of the Web of Science platform and the use of the VOSviewer, a software used to build and display bibliom...

Cryptocurrency has emerged as a well-known significant component with both economic and financial potential in recent years. Unfortunately, Bitcoin acquisition is not simple, due to uneven business and significant rate fluctuations. Traditional approaches to price forecasting have proven incapable of proving adequate data and solutions because prices can now be forecast in real time. We recommended a machine learning-based alternative for a mortgage lender based on highlighted problems in forecasting the price of Bitcoin. The proposed system included a reinforcement learning algorithm for price estimation and forecasting, as well as a blockchain framework for an efficient and secure environment. The proposed prediction, compared to other state-of-the-art strategies in this sector, demonstrated better performance. In this system, the proposed prediction reached improved consistency, in comparison to other systems, with respect to Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), Oryen (ORY), and Bitcoin...

The marketing of peace has been of great impact during the previous century and the first two decades of the 21st. From famous songs to international institutions, the efforts to establish peace as a universal value were multiple. Marketing tools are the main approach to achieve this goal. Yet marketing peace can take more than one form, as demarketing war is also used to prepare people to reject it and pressure governments to take more peaceful measures to keep their interests. The rise of social media and viral videos has played an important role in raising the awareness against war and other kinds of violence. Therefore, this research aims at testing the impact of those videos on their target groups. To achieve this goal, the researchers study the impact of emotional and objective videos about the war in Syria to assess their impact on their analysis of the situation. As a key finding, the two groups had different approaches depending on the video introducing the topic, one more ...

The paper aims to provide an overview of both the theoretical aspects by defining and explaining the concept of Europeanization and the background of ENP and how these concepts are practically realized in the attempt to achieve the Europeanization of the Republic of Moldova and understand what bottlenecks should be tackled in order to make a better use of this policy in its pursuit of the European goal. A special attention is allocated to the assessment of the citizen perceptions about EU in general and EUMoldova relations in particular, common beliefs that have been created among citizens with reference to the EU and the role of the EU as a key player in the Eastern Neighbourhood in general and Europea...

One of the concepts that were studied on a large scale since 1957 is Festinger’s cognitive dissonance. This concept consists on a discomfort or pain experienced by the individual when there is a contradiction between some of his beliefs, his values or his behavior. The generated discomfort might push the pilgrims to avoid the discomforting situation, by avoiding the being in the same situation. This concept has been widely studied in the marketing field as it causes the customers to change their perception about the product or even to quit it. In the field of religious tourism the question of cognitive dissonance seems to be of interest. In fact, combining both a spiritual dimension and a touristic one the religious tourism comes with different expectations and criteria’s of judgment and face contradictious experiences and values resulting in the generation of the discomfort of the cognitive dissonance. Therefore, this research interviews twenty pilgrims in order to discover the mai...

Through this study based on specialized documentaries and field research, we are looking for the promotion of the bio geographical potential of the Superior Basin of Moldova in which the forest vegetation prevails. The biodiversity and the exceptional aesthetic ambiance create the favourable premises for the development of ecotourism and the diversification of touristic activities in this area. The valuation of the bio geographical potential has in sight the vulnerability of the vegetation at anthropic actions and emphasizes on the protection measures and conservation of the environment. Our approach try to understand and analyze some of the components and natural ecosystems within the area of the Moldova valley, on the territory of the Suceava County, by emphasizing their scientific, biological, educational, and tourist importance. We can conclude that the development of future solutions in managing the problem on a local scale must necessarily be correlated with the regional, nati...

Motivation is the driver of the performance in the workplace, as it is the energy that leads and maintains the effort of the worker. Since the early years of the 19th century researchers gave more importance to it. Therefore several theories have been developed to explain what motivation is, what motivates, or demotivates people and what environment is the most suitable to reinforce motivation. However, most of the main authors on this field recognized the importance of the culture in the motivation process, sources and consequences, and yet, they did not demonstrate what specific elements of the motivational process vary from a culture to another. This paper tries to explore the main motivation theories and merge them into a model of motivational process. Then, based on that model, we set an experiment to see what steps of the motivational process are being influenced by the culture. This experiment, consists of a group of tasks to be performed by participants from Morocco and Ukra...

"ABSTRACT. The circular economy is an alternative economic model to the current linear economy. The main feature of the circular economy is to preserve the value of resources. The circular economy generates indisputable environmental benefits, social benefits and added value for companies, aspects necessary to guarantee resource sustainability and ecological diversity in a globalized, complex and often unpredictable global context. Despite the fact that tourism plays an important role in the economic development of tourist regions and in the integration of these economies in the process of globalization, it puts great pressure on natural resources and the environment. Tourism activity generates environmental impacts and economic impacts. The aim of this paper is to analyze the future tendencies of tourism, how the circular economy can create value for the tourism sector and the steps to be followed to create a sustainable model. The society we live in has exhausted the resources needed to meet the future needs of an increasingly affected planet. Tourism is a sector sensitive environmentally, because while exploiting resources for its economic development, compromising their future growth. For this reason, it is very important to adopt tourism practices that promote respect for the planet - Earth, because we destroy our home and today we are already living the consequences and the circular economy is born of the real need to save the planet we live on. Back in 1992, Adam and Schwartz have stated that in all Eastern Europe, privatization was fundamental for the transition from plan to market. The transition was supported by the entrepreneurial initiative, that took advantage from a new open economy [1]. The characteristics of the entrepreneur can influence in a major way the business success and development, the well-being of a nation being closely related to the intensity of the entrepreneurial activity. With no doubt, entrepreneurship is vital for the national economy, being an important growth factor and contributing significantly to the long-term prosperity. For the countries in transition, as Romania, the massive loss of jobs after 1990, determined by “the shrinking of the state sector”, was compensated partially by the small business sector that was the “main factor driving economic growth” and absorbed also the ”unemployment”. The purpose of this paper is to analyse whether there are significant differences in the profile of...

In the dynamic changing environment, entrepreneurial universities have been playing an increasingly important role for socio-economic innovation and development. The aim of this study is to perform an analysis, involving the observation of the dimensions of entrepreneurial universities. We consider that nowadays the evaluation of universities should take into consideration the tools that school leaders, professors and students may use to evaluate teaching programs in innovation and entrepreneurship. As a result of the fact that the tertiary education institutions are appreciated by the way they relate to the social and economic needs and characteristics of the individuals, the Romanian universities are currently pursuing and trying to undergo a development process making the shift from a classical university to an entrepreneurial university. Specific literature has argued that the dynamic culture of the entrepreneurial university encourage students and graduates to new innovative an...

sustainable  development  has  become  increasingly  important,  due  to  preservation  of  natural  and  cultural
