So, to launch products that customers love, fast, product managers
must be strategic about using customer feedback to validate their
product ideas at key stages of the product development lifecycle.

In tourism and other business sectors uses this kind of technique to


improve the product’s performance and purposes.

B. Development Making this role even more challenging, today’s product development
Pagpapaunlad moves at an increasingly rapid pace. So, to launch products that
customers love, fast, product managers must be strategic about using
customer feedback to validate their product ideas at key stages of the
product development lifecycle.

Here are some of the feedback data gathering for you to develop your
product and services:

1. Customer Suggestions and Feedback – this is the most common


way of gathering information from the customer, it usually in the
product packing that has email and numbers so the customer
may contact the manufacturer.

2. Product Satisfaction Surveys - To better understand what’s


working and what’s not working with a new product or feature,
we run product satisfaction surveys. In these surveys, we ask how
satisfied customers are with the feature and what could be
improved. We also ask how disappointed users would be if we
took the feature away—this is a great way to understand the
value of the feature to them. We use the results of the survey to
iterate upon the product.

3. Product Sampling – it is one of the techniques used to gather real


time responses form the customers by giving them samples “Free
Taste” or “Free Trial”.

Other data collection technique in the Tourism Industry:

1. Situational Analyses – carried out through small research to


obtain the quantity of resources available in a place by these 3
factors.
• Primary Information through Locals and other people in the
area
• Information from the workers in the local tourism industry
around the area

2. Supply Trends – Information about the next big thing in the


industry, sometimes it also affected by the seasons in the area,
example: If it is Summer, the popular thing to do during this
time is to go swimming etc.

In Tourism Industry these are every effective tools that gasps the
needs and wants of the people and the resources will provide
answers tus giving the economical and tourism aspect in a place
or region that needed improvements and development.
