This article aims to present new elements connected to a Maya stela kept in the Ethnographical Museum of Geneva. We show more clearly which glyphs are readable from this inscription and then present elements which could correlate this information and that of other Maya inscriptions and which hopefully will help later to identify the ruler depicted on this stela. We also propose a short analysis of the different contexts of scattering ritual, as we showed that this is the subject of the inscription. This stela is also a very important element for a better understanding of the latest page of history in the Petexbatun region at the Classic period.

Sign n° 42 in 1962 J. Eric S. Thompson's "Catalog of Maya Hieroglyphs" (classified as grapheme 1G8 in 2003/2009 Martha J. Macri's "New Catalog of Maya Hieroglyphs") was identified since more than one century ago as the distinctive sign of the glyph that designates what epigraphers call a pictun (a time unit of 8000 tun or counting years of 360 days, thus 2.880.000 days). Since a few decades, it is also known to be-in other cases than in this context of temporal count-a logograph which still awaits for a complete decipherment although it seems to have designated a natural phenomenon that was potentially dangerous and was the main root of the ancient name of the archaeological site of El Chorro (Peten, Guatemala). According to the authors' analysis, this sign could have been possibly read as TOK « vapor » and « evaporate », TOK 'AN(IL) « vapor flow » or (TOK) TAN « ash, powder, lime ».

This first draft is the result of my own researches on Old Minoan kept on Linear A inscriptions.
We try to show evidence of three interesting Old Minoan words, the word ATA, clearly connected to the Hittite ATTA, a word *301-WA-JA (with the sign *301 which we propose to interpret as DO) but which of course requires more cross-researches and parallels and finally the word (J)A-DI-KI-TE-TE (meaning from the Dikte (Mount)) All the inscriptions we display show us a very interesting figure which we may analyse as an early Minoan form of the Cretan Zeus (qualified of A-TA-I *301-WA-JA A-DI-KI-TE-TE "Father Divine of Mount Dikte"). We are of course aware that we need more elements to completely conform all the implications of these first connections but we think that this is a very interesting field for a more indepth analysis of the early Minoan influence on Greek Mythology but also shwoing how Linear A can help us to isolate early Old Minoan cultures and the roots of Greek main gods, such as Zeus. We are looking forward comments and suggestions and we will of course modify the text of this draft as soon as we have other new elements to add. Thank you for your attention and I would like to thank my wife for her constant support! And thank you also to Richard Vallance for his research enthusiasm and our exchanges!

This is a first draft of small contributions, results of my researches on Old Minoan terms, and clearly explaining the connections between a-ta-i, a-di-ki-te-te and I-da-a and the very early Cretan origins of Zeus which according to my analysis may have been called in Old Minoan, kept in Linear A as a-ta-i *301-wa-ja (J)A-DI-KI-TE-TE (in other words "To the divine father of Dikte (Mount)), cf. the Dikteon Cave.
All researches, ideas and correlations in this draft are only from my own composition.
My joined researches on a Linear A lexicon with Richard Vallance Janke are an impulse to go further in this direction and helped me to focus on the deciphering elements I wished to work on.

This paper aims to present useful evidence on early geography of rivers and lakes around the Colchis but also to pay attention to epigraphical and lexical clues contained in toponyms of those specific water places around the Black Sea. We display evidence of their role and description in early Assyrian-Urartu kingdoms but also with Scythians. Finally, we also show very useful and less known passages of Greek geographers included Strabo.

Minoan Larnax: Contextualisation in Bronze Age Levantine and Egypto-Aegean cultures
On Minoan larnax, so much remains to be searched, especially on the cultual and iconographical relationships between ancient Minoan deities and some specific rituals carefully attached to some important animals or personifications of ancient Proto-Hellenic and Anatolian gods or goddesses.
Therefore, we must check all elements which can bring us more comprehensive view on how Minoan brought their gifts to those in the underworld and see how larnax can inform us on the
appearance of certain deities and other aspects of Minoan religion.
The main purpose of our study will be to contextualise the larnax among other early Bronze Age cultures, especially in the Near East and Levantine regions. We will present during our presentation detailed examples of larnax iconography, possible connections with other early Egyptian and Cyprus decorations (seen on Keftiu delegations) and work on a comparative overview of larnax across different collections and places around Crete and see which patterns can be studied in detail.
Keywords: Minoan cults, larnax, iconography, Near Eastern funerary objects, sea, animals, afterlife rituals, Linear A, Aegean Bronze Age, Cyprus, ancient Egypt and Keftiu.

The important reasons behind the Mongolian successful rise of its Empire between 1210 and 1227 has been already overviewed, analysed and exemplified in so many contributions that it is quite useless to pursue on this path.
However, it seems that one path has been left aside, the diplomatic channels opened through Tibet, Tangut territories and Armenian kingdoms, precisely between the years 1210 and 1219. Obviously, this new horizon of Western and Eastern exchange of letters, delegations and confidential missions kept on long after that period but we would wish to bring some light on this particular chain of events which led Mongolia almost towards European medieval borders..
Indeed, one of the main purposes of the Mongolian advance in the West was the relative weakness of the Holy Byzantine Empire in the Central Eastern regions.
Therefore, our paper explores the possibility of using early Armenian chronicles and French Oriental stories to explore important less known aspects of Genghis Khan's life and strategical choices.

This small paper presented during a session of the Oriental Department of the Russian Academy of sciences was a brief communication aiming to work on two aspects: Connections between Cretan Linear A with Anatolia and Indo-European languages, aspects of lexicology related to Linear A and a few aspects of Luwian names of ancient Cretan important cult places
It is obvious that such a short paper cannot grasp all necessary elements related to these topics but there are some based and solid argumentations.
Thereby, by the end of February-March 2022, there will be an entire publication on the cult of the crocus in the Aegean world, a study of the entire lexemes in Linear B and A related to this plant and also its iconography in Aegean and ancient Egyptian world with the study of possible Anatolian connections.

Finally, I announce hereby that by end of February-March will be ready a complete overview of crocus and related flowers in Aegean world with an analysis of Linear B material and other lexemes found in Crete and ancient Egypt as well as Aegean worship related to this plant.

Oceania and Pacific transregional trade and diplomatical relations are complex and very old indeed.
Already from the 11th century towards the 1500s, Oceanian isles, as well as Indo-Pacific sea channels have constantly seen many travelers and marineers, all looking for more richness and precious goods to draw back to Europe or inside the Polynesian Pacific maritime kingdoms.
Regarding Maori and other native Polynesian cultures, we can even suspect this goes far beyond, around sixth or fifth century before Christ. However, this paper will be focused on Oceania in a more contemporary period: our current 21st century.
Please bear in mind that this presentation is just a short review of our observations.
We can fairly say that Oceania's economy is strongly influenced by investors looking for new coral fields, strategical offshore access points and maritime routes, submarine and communication technologies.
In a second part, we will present some important new aspects on Oceania-Japan-Malaysia and US Pacific policies. Then, we will explain how native Australasian-Polynesian cultures aim for a better understanding and a mutual cultural respect towards their civilizations based on a multilateral (or bilateral) relationship between Australian and other Oceanic governments policy makers.
Finally, our paper will provide a short analysis of global trans-oceanic cultural politics:
Pacific multilateralism VS France maritime Oceanic agenda VS AUKUS plans (Oceanic Trans-Pacific Trade and Surveillance Policy).
