Graphical user interfaces design in software development process focuses on maximizing usability and the user's experience, in order to make the interaction for users easy, flexible and efficient. In this paper, we propose an approach for evaluating the usability satisfaction degree of a web-based system. The proposed method has been accomplished in two phases and implemented on an airlines website as a case study. In the first phase, a website usability test is implemented by a number of users, and then the results obtained are translated into charts for a final web-based system evaluation in the second phase. The results achieved were satisfactory, since the places where the weaknesses and gaps in the website are identified and recommended solutions to avoid them are drawn. The authenticity of the results have been confirmed by comparing them with user opinions acquired from a questionnaire, which proves the precision in which the website is rated.

Objective of the study is to present a model of evaluation and improvement of quality to the e-business model “e-advertisements”. The study was conducted in four phases: site quality was analyzed by the automatic machines, surveys with users and developers were conducted and the data generated during manual testing was studied. After the evaluation process of the real estate advertisements portal, recommendations to improve the quality of the website are formulated, the list of areas which need to be improved and change in performance after the adjustments are presented.

We propose a framework (RDF/XML based) that will act as a malleable development support environment, incorporating specific guidelines, which Web developers should always consider. The primary goals are achieving scalability (modular, component-based architecture), re-usability and technology independency in Web development. We focus on hypermedia content and applications.

The aim of this study is to determine online services, which has been rendered by public and private health institutions in Diyarbakir, Turkey. As this study was implemented only in center and districts of Diyarbakir, all health institutions were included. Web sites of these institutions were searched between 01.01.201601.04.2016 and data were compiled. Among 38 institutions, 21 (56%) of them were public and 17 (44%) of them were private. 27(72%) of health institutions were general hospitals and 11(28%) of them were medical specialty centers. These web sites were investigated according to four dimensions such as, institution information, facilitating online services, relations with community, shareholders and target groups and social media integration by 23 measures. Online fraud occurrence and its detection is one of the challenging fields for web development and online phantom transaction. As no-secure specification of online frauds is in research database, so the techniques to evaluate and stop them are also in study. We are providing an approach with Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and mobile implicit authentication to find whether the user interacting online is a fraud or not. We propose a model based on these approaches to counter the occurred fraud and prevent the loss of the customer. Our technique is more parameterized than traditional approaches and so,chances of detecting legitimate user as a fraud will reduce.

This paper presents an overview of the User Experience (UX) team at Google. We focus on four aspects of working within Google’s product development organization: (1) a bottom-up 'ideas ' culture, (2) a data-driven engineering approach, (3) a fast, highly iterative web development cycle, and (4) a global product perspective of designing for multiple countries. Due to its popularity, the iPad is widely used in different higher education (HE) institutions around the world. However, the research on the use of this tablet in HE remains limited. This paper describes how the iPad was used in an undergraduate web development class to encourage collaboration through participatory exercises. Firstly, the students were provided with the tablet in order to contribute to the class exercise, and then the iPad display was streamed real-time to a projector. The device was passed from student to student, thus bypassing the need for them to individually walk up to the lecturer's computer. The aim of this system is to help in fast communication between Rwanda Meteorology Agency, agronomists, famers' facilitators and farmers in meaningful way. The researchers used qualitative methods by conducting an interview with the meteo, agronomist, and farmers. An observation was also used to get first-hand information on the flow of communication betweenmeteo, agronomists, volunteers, farmer facilitators and farmers. Existing Communication was Analyzed andProposed Effiective Kubero Communication Model, which allow faster communication between stakeholders.An Innovative approaches Agile methodology was used to develop a pilot project. A prototype was designed to deliver timely climate related information and predictions to address pressing needs of farmers in climate disaster prone areas. Where farmers will be periodically accessing of clear weather prediction via USSD, together with agronomists' suggestion, so that they can plan a head and a prototype was distributed betweenmeteoRwanda, agronomist, volunteers and farmers for their feedback.Farmers Smart Technology is a three one App, which has Android App, USSD farmer App and Meteo Web App. Agronomist will use Android App to access provincial weather forecast data to provide suggestion to famers. Agronomist can send emergency alert to famers' facilitators. Farmers can retrieve weather forecast data along with agronomist's suggestion in meaningful way using USSD App. Farmers can provide feedback on weather prediction in yes, no or maybe which can help meteorology Agency to improve their prediction. Volunteer will also use USSD App to feed temperatures and rainfall of the day. This Volunteers' data will be accessed by Rwanda Meteorology Agency using Meteo Web App for their approval.The feature that the system provides makes this proposed system an easy to use.
