    9 Inaccurate level of slab for WWCT/SBT, causing height of wall is PBE 13.03.2018 & to get advice from Ishak - get MEMO
    65mm higher than actual 3800mm. The difference level between 15.03.2018 from him by 15.03.2018 (Mr. Azizi to
    existing drain/ground and top slab only 148mm which is less 152mm submit rough estimation by
    than standard 300mm. PNSB has instructed PBE to prepare taking off 12.03.2018)
    & calculation for the additional height of 152mm as soon as possible.

    10 To submit related supporting document for application of EOT. (1st PBE 18.03.2018 PBE to update - 3 months before
    reminder letter already issued on 15/02/2018) completion date must be submitted
    to PNSB & PAAB
    11 Waterproofing materials (3 coats) - PBE to submit MATERIAL PBE 20.03.2018 PBE to update by 20.03.2018 / to
