Make sure you serve all the drinks together and also make sure you use the same glass for the same

Make sure the drink is served, before food service.

9. CHECK THE TABLE

Make sure you take the right food order before server to the guest.
As professional ! Never asking is food belonging? always remember from the first time you take
the order
11. SMOKING
If the guests smoking make sure you give them an astray and changes the astray with the clean one
every time the use. (A butt cigarette)
Do you want one bill or separate bill( if the guest come with group )
Do you want to pay cash or room charge
If they pay by room charge make sure their sign, name and room number correctly.
14. WARM FAREWELL or THANK YOU and invited them to come back again.
