Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas perbedaan dan kelebihan pada e-commerce Shopee dan Tokopedia yang dapat memberi keuntungan bagi para konsumen. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus studi literatur yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti dan memeriksa secara longitudinal tentang suatu keadaan dengan menggunakan cara-cara yang sistematis dalam melakukan pengumpulan data, pengamatan, analisis, dan pelaporan hasil. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kedua e-commerce yang dianalisis memiliki nilai unggul masing-masing untuk konsumen atau pengguna yang datang dari kalangan demografis tertentu. Dengan itu, shopee dan tokopedia memiliki perbandingan yang tidak jauh berbeda antara keduanya, dan memiliki keunggulan tersendiri untuk para konsumen yang menggunakanya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi resiko pada mahasiswa Universitas Pancasila terhadap aktivitas berbelanja online di Shopee. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui online dan mendapatkan partisipan mencapai 150. Hasil yang ditemukan ialah, pada perempuan dengan rentang usia 19-24 tahun memiliki skor 25,9 dimana hasil itu termasuk pada persepsi keuangan beresiko, sedangkan laki-laki dengan rentang usia 19-24 tahun memiliki skor 23,6 yang termasuk persepsi keuangan netral. Untuk persepsi risiko produk, perempuan memiliki skor 29,6 dan laki-laki memiliki skor 25,9 dimana kedua hasil itu termasuk persepsi produk yang beresiko. Selanjutnya untuk persepsi resiko waktu, perempuan memiliki skor 11,5 dan laki-laki 11,9 yang disimpulkan dengan persepsi resiko yang netral.

The meaning of the term “big data” can be inferred by its name itself (i.e., the collection of large structured or unstructured data sets). In addition to their huge quantity, these data sets are so complex that they cannot be analyzed in any way using the conventional data handling software and hardware tools. If processed judiciously, big data can prove to be a huge advantage for the industries using it. Due to its usefulness, studies are being conducted to create methods to handle the big data. Knowledge extraction from big data is very important. Other than this, there is no purpose for accumulating such volumes of data. Cloud computing is a powerful tool which provides a platform for the storage and computation of massive amounts of data.

▪ Recent analyses of organizational change suggest a growing concern with the tempo of change, understood as the characteristic rate, rhythm, or pattern of work or activity. Episodic change is contrasted with continuous change on the basis of implied metaphors of organizing, analytic frameworks, ideal organizations, intervention theories, and roles for change agents. Episodic change follows the sequence unfreeze-transition-refreeze, whereas continuous change follows the sequence freeze-rebalance-unfreeze. Conceptualizations of inertia are seen to underlie the choice to view change as episodic or continuous.
