Causes of the breakdown: Lightening Strike

2 distribution switches burned affecting internet and network connections at HR, Quality, Intake, PHD
and Dispatch and finance office in 14th and 15th of January and finance department in 17 th of January. To
minimize

Summary:
Downtime: 3 working hours of downtime for HR, Quality, Intake, PHD and
Dispatch offices in 14th and 15th of January. And 1 working hour of
downtime for Finance department on 17th of January
Corrective actions (actions taken to
recover the affected service):
