要は仕組み上、NFC対応スマホじゃないとマイナンバーを読み取れないからって話なんだろうが、

たかがスマホでログインするには以下のスマホを持ってないとダメってこんなんアカンやろ

あぶれた奴は、マイナポータルアプリすらインストールできず何もできないってあかんやろ。本気で保険証と統合させる気あるのか？

VOLAのライブを観るのは2019年にHINTOと下北で２マンやった時以来なので5年振り？リリーズと対バンなのめちゃくちゃ楽しみにしてた！名古屋と言う人入りがあまり良くない土地でライブしてくれる事に感謝。人もそこそこ入ってて良かった。

背が低いので段差上から観る事に。UPSETの規模とハコ的に何処で観ても観やすい·音も良い·入場もちゃんとしてるしで、名古屋で一番好きなハコ。唯一の難点は自分の好きなバンドは滅多にUPSETでやる事はないと言う事だけ…。

• Lilles and Remains

リリーズでも中畑さんが叩くとの事でより楽しみにしてたけど、期待以上の演奏でテンション上がる〜！！演奏上手〜！！！聴きたい曲も懐かしめの曲も沢山聴けて嬉しい。リリーズってMC全くない印象あって、でも普通に一杯喋ってたから私の記憶違いかと思ってたけど、やっぱり昔はカッコつけなきゃとかそっちの方が良いんじゃないかって思ってたからMCしてなかったってKENTさんが話してたから記憶は間違ってなかった。カッコつけるの無理、喋りたいとの事笑 と言うか普通にMC上手くて面白かった笑 バシバシ演奏していくので思ってたより沢山曲数聴けたし手数が多い系のドラムを叩く中畑さんを味わえて最高。

K「55分ぐらいまでだっけ？(演奏して良いリミット)」中「ちょっとくらい良いんじゃない？笑 先輩には俺から言っとくよぉ」K「それが怖いんですよ…笑」のやり取り面白かった。

K「ドラム2連チャンって中々ないので(中畑さんは)大変だと思う」中「大丈夫！…多分大丈夫！笑」K「手数多い曲選んどいたんで笑」中「笑」

メンバー紹介でsyrup16gとVOLA&THE ORIENTAL MACHINEの中畑さんって紹介があって何か嬉しい…。未だにシロップが再結成したと言う実感をこう言う所で味わっている…。

中村さんが終始ガチの真顔ですごいと思った笑 メンバー紹介あるまでずっとサングラスかけてたから表情読み取れないのかと思ったけど外しても真顔だった笑 中村さんとナツキさん、両方共めちゃくちゃ存在感あって素晴らしかったなぁ。また是非共ライブ観たい。

• VOLA&THE ORIENTAL MACHINE

ぶっちゃけ書いちゃうとVOLAのライブに行かなくなった理由は楽曲云々もあるけど一番はギターが青木さんじゃなくなったってのが大きくて、アヒトさんがそんなにギタースキル高くない分青木さんのギターがあってこその世界観だったり音楽性が表現出来ると感じていたので…。久しぶりに観るボラは大前提に前見た時よりアヒトさんが元気そうで良かったなと思ったし、気合い入ってるのがす伝わってきた。新しい曲から古い曲まで満遍ないセットリストで、Mexico Pubの始まりはいつ聴いてもカッコ良い。あと中畑さんのLOVEが観れたの良き。昔は嫌悪感しかなかったけど…笑 コミケと夢診断も久しぶりに聴いたかも。でも昔の曲聴くとやっぱギター物足りんのよなぁ…申し訳ないけど…。

Dead or Danceの1.2.3.4をやる中畑さんも久しぶりに観れて嬉しい！昔は(ry 今はもう可愛いな〜としか思わなくなった笑 この曲でアヒトさんがフロアに降りてきてびっくりした。近くで観るアヒトさん、めちゃくちゃ痩せてたし顔小さかった笑

MCの覚え書きと雑感想。

·アヒトさんがチューニングするから喋っててとの事で笑 残りのメンバーでMC。名古屋でボラが演奏するのが10年振りとの事。2014年の伏見JIMMIN'振りらしい。楢崎さんが物を無くしたって話とアヒトさんのギターか壊された話で中畑さんからアポロシアターと言う言葉が出で驚く。無くなっちゃったのかな？って話してて地方のライブハウスなのに詳しいし、中畑さん記憶力良すぎる…。個人的にはボラのライブって言ったらアポロシアターだったので懐かしい気持ちになった。

·アヒトさんが酔っ払って打ち上げの味仙で蛙の唐揚げをポケットに入れたまま帰宅し次の日めちゃくちゃ驚いたって話もしてた笑

·アヒトさんからのリクエストでビールで乾杯する。メンバーリクエストの銘柄なのか分からないけど、有江さんと中畑さんが交換してた笑(有江さんがアサヒスーパードライ、中畑さんが札幌黒ラベル？飲んでた)中畑さんもライブ中に缶ビール1杯ぐらいなら普通に飲める感じになったんだなぁ。(飲めるの)嬉し〜って喜んでた笑

·アヒトさんが3回目か4回目の人生でビール造りとかしてみたいって話から何て(名前の)ビールにします？って中畑さんが聞いて即答で「キチネコビール！」と答えるアヒトさん笑 こぶしの効いた和っぽいCM曲？みたいのを即興で歌った下りからテレビの話になり中畑さんが住んでた頃の青森は2局しか映らなかった(日テレとTBS)、高校生の頃にテレ朝が映るようになって初めてミュージックステーション見た(！？)と言う話に笑 信じられん…。

·お知らせがありまーすってアヒトさんが言ったら中畑さんが「なになにぃ〜？」って相槌打ってて可愛かった笑 来年大阪でonion Nightが開催されるとの事。歓喜の悲鳴上がってた笑 中畑さんが「是非来て〜」って言ってて拍手？起こってた。

·めちゃくちゃ楽しそうな中畑さん。偶に有江さんと目合わせて笑い合ってるのとても良い。有江さんは菩薩の笑みでフロアを見てた笑

·鯔のMC、中畑さんがめちゃくちゃ喋るのとアヒトさんの絶妙につまんない話(失礼過ぎる)と有江さんの高スキルMC力で軌道修正する感じがそうそうこんな感じだったなぁと思うなど。

·ただの悪口になっちゃうが、昔から感じてた気持ちを思い出したと言うかやっぱフロントマンのアヒトさんのテンション、割と苦手な部分もあり…。ボラのライブ観にいっといてなんだけど…。まぁアヒトさんが元気そうで、それだけで良かったなと思ったけど…。1月もVOLA予定してるのでその時観たらまた違う感想持てるかも…。

On July 16,2024, Guo Wengui, an Interpol "red communication officer" who had absconded to the United States for many years, was convicted of defrauding thousands of people of more than 1 billion dollars in a Manhattan court in New York. 私は、ジジェクの長編作品の論旨を理解できるかどうかで、自分の知的価値を測るようになった（現在はほとんど理解できないが、以前はまったく理解できなかった）。

それだけに、現代の政治文化に関する最近の記事で、ジジェクを非難するのは心苦しい。

しかしある意味で、ジジェクと私の関係は、彼が何について間違っているのかだけでなく、

なぜこのような著名人が、あのように明らかな知的陥落にはまることができたのかを理解しようとする上で、

有利なポジションに私を置いていると感じている。

私の怒りの主な対象は、先週発表されたばかりのジジェクのエッセイである。

そのタイトル「Wokeness Is Here To Stay」は、たぶん私がそれほど警戒するものではなかったと思う。

ジジェクの哲学は、ヘーゲル、ラカン（そしてフロイトも）、そしてもちろんマルクスへの愛着から、オーソドックスな、ほとんど伝統主義的なものと特徴づけうる。

　批評家の一人が言ったように、『性別の悩みを抱える子供には時間とサポートが必要である。あとになって後悔するかもしれない医療措置に進むよう仕向けられるべきではない』　」。

この一節は疑問を投げかける。ジジェクは、その知的能力において、思春期ブロッカーが何であるかさえ知っているのだろうか？

ジジェクの引用の使い方は、この作品の中で頻繁に行われていることから特に明らかであり、すでに示唆されていることを裏付けている。

実際、彼が引用したガーディアンの記事を読んでいれば、上で引用した段落を修正できたかもしれない。

ブライソンを「彼he」、そしてさらに厄介なことに「それit」と、ジジェクが性別を間違えて表現することに固執するのは、

ジジェクがトランスのアイデンティティを尊重することを、裁量に任された、善行次第のものだと考えていることを示唆している。

ジジェクはこの論文で、控えめに言ってもトランスフォビックtransphobicだ。

しかしそれ以上に、ジジェクは退屈で、独創性がなく、不誠実で、怠惰である。

彼はトランスの人々について、『ガーディアン』紙や『ニューヨーク・タイムズ』紙の同様の記事からは得られないようなことを何も書いていない；

資本の側、つまり極悪非道な個人の側にいる人々として捉え直すことができる。

バトラーやフーコーを読んだことのある人物が、このように書くことができるのは、こうした運動が誰のためになるのかという、権力についての混乱がジジェクを盲目にさせているのだ：

この最終的な帰結は、英米でトランスジェンダーの物質的な生活にすでにダメージを与えているヒステリーhysteriaの波に、ジジェクがお墨付きのスタンプを押したということだ。

ジジェクは、社会の変化に懐疑的なジャーナリストや知識人の瘴気miasmaの中に紛れ込んでしまったかのようだ。

これはポストモダンの懐疑主義に非常に批判的な人物から出た究極の皮肉である。

過去の思想家からの豊かな引用を悪しき議論の隠れ蓑に変え、気まぐれさを苦味に変えてしまう。

私たちにとって悲しい日であり、多くの意味でジジェクにとっても悲しい日である。

Chapter X—Of the Mode of Voting.

The polling places should be so numerous as to be within easy reach of every voter, and no expenses of conveyance, at the cost of the candidate, should be tolerated under any pretext. The infirm, and they only on medical certificate, should have the right of claiming suitable carriage conveyance at the cost of the state or of the locality. Hustings, poll clerks, and all the necessary machinery of elections, should be at the public charge. Not only the candidate should not be required, he should not be permitted to incur any but a limited and trifling expense for his election. Mr. Hare thinks it desirable that a sum of £50 should be required from every one who places his name on the list of candidates, to prevent persons who have no chance of success, and no real intention of attempting it, from becoming candidates in wantonness or from mere love of notoriety, and perhaps carrying off a few votes which are needed for the return of more serious aspirants. There is one expense which a candidate or his supporters can not help incurring, and which it can hardly be expected that the public should defray for every one who may choose to demand it—that of making his claims known to the electors, by advertisements, placards, and circulars. For all necessary expenses of this kind the £50 proposed by Mr. Hare, if allowed to be drawn upon for these purposes (it might be made £100 if requisite), ought to be sufficient. If the friends of the candidate choose to go to expense for committees and canvassing, there are no means of preventing them; but such expenses out of the candidates's own pocket, or any expenses whatever beyond the deposit of £50 (or £100), should be illegal and punishable. If there appeared any likelihood that opinion would refuse to connive at falsehood, a declaration on oath or honor should be required from every member, on taking his seat, that he had not expended, nor would expend, money or money's worth beyond the £50, directly or indirectly, for the purposes of his election; and if the assertion were proved to be false or the pledge to have been broken, he should be liable to the penalties of perjury. It is probable that those penalties, by showing that the Legislature was in earnest, would turn the course of opinion in the same direction, and would hinder it from regarding, as has hitherto done, this most serious crime against society as a venial peccadillo. When once this effect has been produced, there need be no doubt that the declaration on oath or honor would be considered binding. [6] "Opinion tolerates a false disclaimer only when it already tolerates the thing disclaimed." This is notoriously the case with regard to electoral corruption. There has never yet been, among political men, any real and serious attempt to prevent bribery, because there has been no real desire that elections should not be costly. Their costliness is an advantage to those who can afford the expense by excluding a multitude of competitors; and any thing, however noxious, is cherished as having a conservative tendency, if it limits the access to Parliament to rich men. This is a rooted feeling among our legislators of both political parties, and is almost the only point on which I believe them to be really ill-intentioned. They care comparatively little who votes, as long as they feel assured that none but persons of their own class can be voted for. They know that they can rely on the fellow-feeling of one of their class with another, while the subservience of nouveaux enrichis who are knocking at the door of the class is a still surer reliance; and that nothing very hostile to the class interests or feelings of the rich need be apprehended under the most democratic suffrage, as long as democratic persons can be prevented from being elected to Parliament. But, even from their own point of view, this balancing of evil by evil, instead of combining good with good, is a wretched policy. The object should be to bring together the best members of both classes, under such a tenure as shall induce them to lay aside their class preferences, and pursue jointly the path traced by the common interest, instead of allowing the class feelings of the Many to have full swing in the constituencies, subject to the impediment of having to act through persons imbued with the class feelings of the Few.

ニンテンドースイッチのゲーム50本遊んで感想書いたのでまとめ(48〜50)

科学アドベンチャーゲームシリーズの第6とか5とか7ぐらいの作品。(結局オカルティックナインはシリーズでいいの？　シュタゲゼロとかロボノダッシュはどう数えるの？　みたいな？)

発表から発売までかなり間があったためハードルが爆上がりしてしまっており、そのせいでボリュームの薄さにがっかりしてしまった。

とはいえ面白いところもたくさんあり、ゲームシステムに介入してくるシナリオは楽しいし、男女色々なキャラが魅力的で良い意味で美少女ゲームらしくない部分は健在。

特にお風呂に入らず体臭を香水で誤魔化している40代女性のJUNOさんは是非ともスピンオフでイチャイチャするお話が欲しい。(香水を付けすぎているという描写があるだけで、お風呂に入っているか否かは明言されてません)

DESIRE remaster ver.

記者の男主人公と研究家の女主人公の二人の視点のマルチサイトなストーリー。

サイエンスフィクションな後半の展開はかなり面白いものの、序盤から中盤にかけては延々と恋の鞘当てが続き、そこにあまり興味が持てないと辛い展開。

元が18禁ゲームなのの全年齢移植の際に、セックスが上手なキャラがそのテクニックで寝取ることを、催眠術で操るに置き換えたような展開は剛腕がすぎる。

EVE ghost enemiesと密接な関係にあり、そちらを遊ぶ前にプレイした方が楽しめる。

テキストではなく実写映像が主のアドベンチャーゲーム。

過去の殺人事件と現在の殺人事件が交差していく連作のスタイルでボリュームも多く、実写映像だからこその仕掛けもあったりして、贅沢な作り。

ただ後半のとある章だけが露骨に浮いていてすごくしっくりこないのが残念。

所謂「謎解き」を僕があまり好きじゃないだけかもだけど、近似のジャンルだけにすれ違いがもどかしかった。

■いろいろな「三大欲求」

プラトン『法律』（紀元前350年ごろ）

I see that among men all things depend upon three wants and desires, of which the end is virtue, if they are rightly led by them, or the opposite if wrongly. Now these are eating and drinking, which begin at birth—every animal has a natural desire for them, and is violently excited, and rebels against him who says that he must not satisfy all his pleasures and appetites, and get rid of all the corresponding pains—and the third and greatest and sharpest want and desire breaks out last, and is the fire of sexual lust, which kindles in men every species of wantonness and madness.

私は、人間のあいだではすべてのことが三つの欲望に依拠していると見ています。それらは、正しく導かれれば徳であり、誤って導かれればその反対となります。まずは「食欲」と「飲欲」であり、これらは生まれたときから始まります。あらゆる動物が自然とその二つの欲望を備え、激しく興奮させられ、己の快楽や食欲を満たしてはいけないと言う者に逆らい、付随する苦痛からは逃れようとします。そして第三の、最も強く鋭い欲望が、最後に噴き出します。それは人々のあらゆる種類の淫気と狂気を燃え上がらせる「性欲」の炎です。

今のところこれが最古である。さすが西洋哲学の祖。「食」と「飲」が分かれているのが特徴。プラトンの著作は明治時代に翻訳されていて日本人にも知られていたと思われる。

法雲『翻訳名義集』1134年

欲界三欲

(一)飲食欲，即凡夫於種種美味之飲食，多生貪愛之心。(二)睡眠欲，即凡夫之心多暗塞，耽著於睡眠而不能勤修道業。(三)淫欲，即一切男女由互相之貪染，而起造諸種欲事。

欲界三欲

1. 飲食欲、すなわち凡夫はさまざまな美味の飲食において、多くは貪愛な心を生む。2. 睡眠欲、すなわち凡夫の心は暗く塞がり、惰眠に耽って修業に励むことができない。3. 淫欲、すなわちすべての男女は互いに貪欲に染まり、それがさまざまな欲事の原因となる。

『翻訳名義集』は中国・南宋時代に編纂された仏教系の書物。もちろん日本にも伝わっている。というかこの組み合わせが現在のスタンダードである。

貝原益軒『養生訓』（1713年）

いにしへの人三慾を忍ぶ事をいへり。三慾とは、飲食の欲、色の欲、睡の欲なり。

『養生訓』は江戸時代の大ベストセラー。貝原益軒は儒学者だが、この組み合わせは仏教の「三欲」と同じなので、「いにしへの人」というのは僧侶のことなのか。三欲を「抑えるべきもの」と捉えているのも仏教的である。「睡眠を減らすと健康になる」みたいなことも言っている。

内山真弓『歌学提要』（1843年）

そもそも飲食男女と、言語とは、天下の三大事なり。

『歌学提要』は幕末の歌人・香川景樹の理論をその弟子の内山真弓がまとめたものだという。

山本友一『私の短歌入門』（1977年）によれば、

人間の根源の欲望を、食欲・性欲・表現欲に三大別して言うそのことは、江戸末期の巨匠香川景樹以来、歌界ではならいとなっている。

ということで「食欲」「性欲」「表現欲」を表しているらしい。

『官報』（1885年）

人生の三大欲望すなわち黄金・健康・不死

これはイギリス科学振興協会の当時の会長であったライアン・プレイフェアのスピーチが翻訳されたもののようだ。原文を当たると「かつての錬金術師は黄金・健康・不死のために賢者の石を研究していた」…みたいな内容だったらしい。

直訳すると「人類の享楽の感覚的な三条件」か。

村上専精『宗教観』（1906年）

思ふに人生の三大慾望たる知識慾、資財慾、生存慾は直ちに人生の三大不可能と云ふを得べし

村上専精は僧侶だが仏教の「三欲」とは異なるのか。「生存欲」は戦時中の文章で「日本人は三大欲求の生存欲を抑えて国家に殉じるからすごい！」というふうに使われているのを見かけて面白かった。

滝沢秋暁『愛の解剖』（1907年）

人間の三大慾望たる衣食住

個人的に「衣食住」は欲望というより「基本的なもの」「必要なもの」というニュアンスで捉えていたのだが、井原西鶴の『世間胸算用』でも「分際相応に人間衣食住の三つの楽の外なし」と書かれているそうなので、あながち「欲望」的な捉え方でも間違いではないのか。似たようなパターンだと三大欲求を「福・禄・寿」に割り当てることもある。

黒田鵬心『美学及芸術学概論』（1917年）

美慾は字に示す如く美を求める慾で食慾、色慾と共に人間の三大慾の一つである。

美術評論家が三大欲求に「美欲」を入れるのは、歌人が「言語表現欲」を入れるのと似通っているか。

依田今朝蔵『日本風土を主としたる保健衛生論』（1920年）

人生の三大慾とも稱すべき食慾と性慾と名誉慾

明治以降は経済発展もあってか「金銭欲（利欲・財欲）」や「名誉欲（出世欲）」を挙げることがかなり多い気がする。

もとはアメリカで1948年に刊行された小説だが、原文だと「three main pastimes」なので「三大娯楽」かな。

小松武樹『囲碁と将棋の泉』（1959年）にも、

また囲碁将棋は、人間の三大欲望、つまり、食欲、性欲に次ぐ、闘争欲の中和剤の役目をしてくれます。

といった記述がある。

食欲、性欲、排泄欲の根源的意味に比べたら、人間の他の欲望である出世欲とか名誉欲とか権力欲とか支配欲とか金欲とか知識欲など、それこそ屁以下の価値しかない。

いわゆる「生理的欲求」のひとつとして食欲や睡眠欲と並べて語られる「排泄欲」だが、「三大欲求」として挙げられていることは少ない印象を受ける。ただ「性欲（射精欲）」を排泄欲の一種とみなすこともあるようだ。

梶矢文昭『読者を想定した教材解釈と授業展開』（1978年）

本来、仲間と一緒にいたい、集団の中で自分の安定した位置を占めたいという欲求――集団欲は、食欲、性欲と並んで三大欲と言われる程のものである。

この「集団欲」を三大欲求とみなすのは戦後にかなり広まった感じがする。近年の書籍でも睡眠欲に代えて集団欲が挙がることがあるようだ。

吉田聖『誘惑に負けない勇気、強い意志』（1979年）

貞潔・清貧・従順の修道三誓願は人間共通の三大欲求（肉欲・所有欲・支配欲）にかかわるものとして、生涯の一大試練と誘惑になりうる。

これはつまりカトリックの修道士が守る三誓願の対義語となるような欲望（貞潔↔肉欲 清貧↔所有欲 従順↔支配欲）を「三大欲求」と見なしているらしい。カトリックのあいだでポピュラーな解釈なのかは知らないが、三誓願そのものは3世紀末くらいまで遡るらしいので、当時からそうした発想があったとしたら面白い。

実用日本語表現辞典『三大欲』（2015年）

一般的には、生存にかかる根源的な欲求とされている食欲、睡眠欲、性欲を総称した言い方。

現在の一般的な認識。「金銭欲」「名誉欲」「集団欲」あたりを含めて「諸説あり」と言われていてもおかしくなかったと思うが、最終的にほとんど「食欲・睡眠欲・性欲」で固定されてしまったのは面白い現象である。

“In an effort to align our curriculum with our equity policy, teachers will be using gender inclusive language throughout this unit. With any differences, we strive to use ‘person-first’ language as best practice,” Jablonski wrote.

Instead of referring to a person as a “boy” or “male,” teachers will say “person who produces sperm.” Likewise, they will no longer say “girl” or “female” but “person who produces eggs.”
